This study aims to describe the ideal characteristics of a counselor based on the values contained in the Sanghyang Siksakandang Karesian (SSK) manuscript. A hermeneutic approach was employed to interpret the meaning of the text from the perspective of guidance and counseling grounded in local wisdom. The findings indicate that the concept of Rampes, mentioned 24 times in the manuscript, serves as the foundation for shaping a counselor’s professional, moral, and integrative character. This dissertation develops a framework and new, valid, abbreviated instruments for researching engineering identity formation as an evolving relational and attitudinal development process rather than a fixed outcome. The framework centers on “posture”, a mediating effect analogous to physical posture in human factors engineering. The investigation was unique, and developed evidence for a structural model using an interdisciplinary, systems-oriented approach. Moreover, untreated trauma and subsequently negative mental health outcomes, like anxiety and depressive disorders, can negatively impact the psychosocial and academic functioning of students. This research investigated the perspectives of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students on their experiences with group work (GW) in both online and offline environments. The results indicated that most students who participated in GW in both settings held a positive perception. Implementing a Collaborative Learning (CL) approach can enhance students’ self-confidence, motivation, engagement in a studentcentered environment, and sense of responsibility. Vygotsky's constructivism theory is used as a basis for understanding how AI supports independent and interactive learning. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat adopsi Artificial Intelligence (AI) di kalangan dosen Universitas Terbuka (UT) menggunakan pendekatan mix method dengan analisis deskriptif. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh dosen UT, dengan 172 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kesediaan berpartisipasi. Mengacu pada teori Diffusion of Innovations dari Rogers (2003), dosen dikelompokkan dalam kategori Innovators, Early Adopters, Early Majority, Late Majority, dan Laggards berdasarkan skor adoption rate. Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas dosen UT berada dalam kategori Early Majority (37%) dan Late Majority (32%), menunjukkan adopsi yang moderat terhadap AI.
