ความเจ็บป่วยเป็นสภาวะที่รู้สึกไม่สบาย สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ทั้งทางกายและใจ สำหรับความเจ็บป่วยที่ต้องพักรักษาในสถานพยาบาลจำเป็นจะต้องมีการควบคุมคุณภาพในการให้บริการเพื่อให้กระบวนการรักษาพยาบาลเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของสถาบันรับรองคุณภาพสถานพยาบาล อุบัติการณ์ความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยาเป็นความผิดพลาดที่พบได้บ่อยเป็นอันดับต้นๆ ในการรักษาพยาบาล แม้ว่าอุบัติการณ์ความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยาจะมีแนวโน้มที่ลดลงอย่างมากในช่วง 4 ปี ที่ผ่านมา แต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้วไม่ควรให้มีการเกิดขึ้นเลย เนื่องจากส่งผลกระทบต่อทั้งผู้รับบริการและผู้ให้บริการ ผู้รับบริการหรือผู้ป่วยอาจเสี่ยงต่อความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ทั้งในระยะสั้นแลระยะยาว ในขณะที่ผู้ให้บริการเองก็อาจเผชิญกับการฟ้องร้องเรียกค่าเสียหาย รวมไปถึงสูญเสียความเชื่อมั่นในการเข้ารับบริการจากผู้รับบริการด้วย อุบัติการณ์ความคลาดเลื่อนทางยา สามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 4 ประเภทหลัก ได้แก่ ความคลาดเคลื่อนในการสั่งใช้ยา คลาดเคลื่อนในการคัดลอกคำสั่งใช้ยา คลาดเคลื่อนในการจ่ายยา และคาดเคลื่อนในการบริหารยา ในปัจจุบันมีการนำเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือบุคลากรทางการแพทย์เข้ามาใช้งาน อาทิ ตู้จัดยาอัตโนมัติ ระบบบาร์โค้ด ระบบ RFID และ บลูทูธ ระบบหุ่นยนต์ช่วยจัดยา เป็นต้น แต่แนวทางการปฏิบัติขั้นพื้นฐาน การตรวจสอบความถูกต้องโดยบุคลากรมีส่วนช่วยในการลดอุบัติการณ์ความคลาดเคลื่อนทางยา ซึ่งจะส่งผลไปสู่การเสริมสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือ และชื่อเสียงของสถานพยาบาล การยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการทางสาธารณสุข ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นผลดีต่อสถานพยาบาลเอง แต่ยังมีส่วนช่วยเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์ในด้านการให้บริการด้านสาธารณสุขของประเทศได้ ในปัจจุบันมีปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่เอื้อต่อการผลักดันให้เกิดการยกระดับการให้บริการทางด้านสาธารณสุข อาทิ ความเข้มงวดของกฎหมาย ความพร้อมทางเทคโนโลยี ผู้วิจัยได้เล็งเห็นโอกาสในการนำเอาเทคโนโลยี Optical Character Recognition (OCR) มาผสานการทำงานร่วมกันเทคโนโลยี Pill Identifier ในรูปแบบของโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการออกแบบแอปพลิเคชันต้นแบบ นำไปดำเนินการทดสอบกับเจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาลวิชาชีพประจำหอผู้ป่วยอันเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมาย จากนั้นจึงทำการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยหลังจากมีการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ของ การพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันตรวจความถูกต้องในการบริหารยาผู้ป่วยในสำหรับสถานพยาบาลในประเทศไทยแล้ว พบว่าในด้านความพร้อมของเทคโนโลยีมีการยอมรับและประยุกต์ใช้งานอย่างแพร่หลายอยู่แล้วในชีวิตประจำวัน และในด้านการเงิน มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนที่สั้นเพียง 1 ปี 2 เดือน ในภาพรวมจึงสามารถสรุปได้ว่า "การพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในการบริการยาผู้ป่วยในสำหรับสถานพยาบาลในประเทศไทย" มีความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินการเชิงพาณิชย์

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจยอมรับนวัตกรรมของเกษตรกรไทย โดยบูรณาการแนวคิดทฤษฎีการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมและทฤษฎี Health Belief Model (HBM) เข้าไว้ด้วยกันมาต่อยอดสร้างเป็นกรอบแนวคิดเชิงทฤษฎีการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมสู่เกษตรกรไทย ผู้วิจัยได้คัดเลือกนวัตกรรมเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่มาเป็นกรณีศึกษาในงานวิจัยนี้ โดยศึกษาทั้งเกษตรกรที่ทำเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่และเกษตรกรที่ไม่ได้ทำเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเกษตรกรกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มล้าหลังด้านเทคโนโลยีและเป็นคนกลุ่มท้ายๆ ที่จะยอมเปิดรับนวัตกรรมรวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 400 รายประกอบด้วยเกษตรกรจากทั้ง 6 ภูมิภาค จากกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัยคาดว่ามีปัจจัยอิทธิพล 8 ด้านที่จะส่งผลให้เกษตรกรตัดสินใจยอมรับนวัตกรรม ได้แก่ การรับรู้ภัยคุกคามเกษตรกร (Perceived threats), การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการทำเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ (Perceived benefits), การรับรู้อุปสรรคในการทำเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ (Perceived barriers), แรงจูงใจในการทำเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ (Motivation), ความพร้อมของเกษตรกร (Self-efficacy), ปัจจัยทางสังคม (Social factors), ปัจจัยแวดล้อมอื่น (Exogenous factors) คุณลักษณะของนวัตกรรม (Attributes of innovation) ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณพบว่าปัจจัยอิทธิพลที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่มีทั้งสิ้น 3 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ Social factors, Perceived benefits, Perceived threats ตามลำดับ จากนั้นนำผลการศึกษามาพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรโดยใช้ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมของเกษตรกรไทยกลุ่ม Laggards และ Late majority โดยมีเป้าหมายให้เกษตรกรและชุมชนร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมที่เหมาะสมไปสู่เกษตรกรภายในชุมชน ส่วนสุดท้ายของงานวิจัยเป็นการศึกษาความเป็นได้เพื่อภาครัฐสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ให้เกษตรกรยอมรับมากขึ้น

However, the existing fabrication methods of amorphous cellulose (AC) and amorphous cellulose-graphene oxide (ACGO) beads are complicated with many chemical use, multi-step, time and energy-consuming. In this research, we proposed an efficient method for fabricating amorphous cellulose-graphene oxide (ACGO) beads using less chemical under a simple 2-step approach. The production process of AC and ACGO beads was successfully fabricated via sulfuric acid (H2SO4) gelatinization and regeneration using eucalyptus paper as a raw material. This correlational study uses a combination of diffusion of innovation theory and technology–organization–environment framework to examine if a relationship exists between relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, technology readiness, top management support, firm size, competitive pressure, and regulatory support and intent to adopt IoT in U.S. manufacturing organizations. The study sought to understand how the structurational environment shapes socioeconomic outcomes of government workspace digitalization in Ghana based on a qualitative, interpretive case study and the structurational model of technology as a theoretical lens. The findings show how the availability of electronic transactions law, government borrowing, and extendable system design can positively influence socioeconomic outcomes of government workspace digitalization. However, use of multiple system development environments, bureaucracy, a within-country digital divide, and a persistent physical signature and letterhead culture can negatively influence the socioeconomic development goals of government workspace digitalization.
