การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ของสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อโรคยืดอายุผลไม้ผลิตจากกากกาแฟเหลือทิ้ง, อรนุช หิมะทองคำ

สารนิพนธ์นี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อโรคยืดอายุผลไม้ที่ผลิตจากกากกาแฟเหลือทิ้ง เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการเสื่อมสภาพของผลไม้ที่มีอายุการเก็บรักษาสั้นทำให้เน่าเสียไว ผู้วิจัยได้สัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่พบปัญหาผลไม้เน่าเสีย และสำรวจข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 100 ราย โดยนำข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไปใช้ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ (prototype) จากนั้นทำการสอบถามผู้บริโภคด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการยอมรับนวัตกรรมของผลิตภัณฑ์ จากการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ผลจากแบบสอบถามพบว่า ผู้บริโภคให้ความสำคัญในประสิทธิภาพ และผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่มีกลิ่นกาแฟหรือกลิ่นตกค้างใด ๆ เป็นอย่างมาก และเน้นความปลอดภัยไร้สารเคมีและมาตรฐานการรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์จาก อย. เป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดในการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้า โดยเฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์สเปรย์ยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลไม้ที่ได้รับการทดสอบความสามารถในการยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาของผลไม้ได้ถึง 2 เท่าของระยะเวลาเก็บรักษาเดิมที่ 3 วัน เป็น 6 วันในสภาวะปกติที่อุณหภูมิห้อง ผลิตภัณฑ์มีอัตราการยอมรับจากผู้บริโภคอยู่ที่ 77.50% ด้านความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงินของธุรกิจ มีการใช้เงินลงทุนเริ่มต้น 26.1 ล้านบาท ธุรกิจมีผลตอบแทนโดยมี NPV (มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ) 49,274,122 บาท IRR (อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน) เท่ากับ 41 % และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนของธุรกิจภายใน 1 ปี จึงสรุปได้ว่าสเปรย์ยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาผลไม้มีความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาสู่เชิงพาณิชย์

We examined the interplay effects of device types (touch vs. non-touch) and the tactile sensitivity (fur vs. woven) on the product attitudes mediated by the mental simulation for touch. The participants from MTurk were randomly assigned to one of two tactile conditions. Responses from those who used tablets (n=83, touch device) and laptops (n=96, non-touch device) were included in the analysis. The main effects of device types and tactile-sensitivity on the mental simulation for touch were significant. The interaction effect of device types and tactile sensitivity was also significant. การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ลูกอมที่มีสารช่วยเติมเนื้อฟันที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการคืนกลับเนื้อฟัน และเพื่อศึกษาประเมินศักยภาพความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ วิเคราะห์การตลาดสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ลูกอมที่มีสารช่วยเติมเนื้อฟัน เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเพิ่มประสบการณ์ประสาทสัมผัสการรับรสของบริการสปา โดยได้ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 60 คน สำหรับการวัดในเชิงปริมาณ และ การสังเกตพฤติกรรมการรับประทานผลิตภัณฑ์ลูกอมต้นแบบสำหรับการวัดในเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิเคราะห์จากแบบสอบถามพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการเลือกบริโภคลูกอมของผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ รสชาติ กลิ่น และ สี โดยคุณสมบัติความสามารถของลูกอมที่ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสนใจนอกเหนือจากการทำให้ชุ่มคอหรือการช่วยระงับกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ที่มีอยู่ทั่วไปในตลาดนั้น คือ การช่วยรักษาสุขภาพฟันแข็งแรง และยินยอมที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ลูกอมในราคาที่สูงขึ้นหากตัวผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณสมบัติและประโยชน์ที่คุ้มค่า และผลการวิเคราะห์จากการสังเกตพฤติกรรมการรับประทานผลิตภัณฑ์ลูกอมต้นแบบพบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบที่มีส่วนผสมของสารช่วยในการเติมเนื้อฟันไม่ทำให้ลูกอมสูญเสียรสชาติ หรือ แตกต่างไปจากเดิม คณะผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอลูกอมที่มีสารช่วยในการเติมเนื้อฟัน พบว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีความสนใจต่อนวัตกรรม และรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ของนวัตกรรม ด้วยเหตุนี้ผู้วิจัยจึงนำลูกอมที่มีสารช่วยเติมเนื้อฟันไปทำการศึกษาต่อยอดถึงความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงธุรกิจต่อไป

กรณีศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์สำหรับน้ำยาล้างรถแบบเจลบอล, พรเทพ หงส์วัฒนกุล

การวิจัยเรื่องกรณีศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์สำหรับน้ำยาล้างรถแบบเจลบอล เพื่อหาความเป็นไปได้ที่น้ำยาล้างรถแบบเจลบอลสามารถออกสู่ตลาด และตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์การแข่งขันธุรกิจ การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยภายในและภายนอก และการวิเคราะห์ลูกค้า จากแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 111 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามพบว่า ปัจจัยที่จะทำให้ผู้ใช้งานสนใจได้ต้องมีคุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่มีความสามารถในการทำความสะอาดได้ดี เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ต้องคำนึงถึงในการผลิตน้ำยาล้างรถยนต์ นอกจากนี้คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติมของน้ำยาล้างรถที่พึงควรมี คือ ความมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม หรือป้องกันรังสียูวีได้ โดยราคาอยู่ในช่วงที่สมเหตุสมผลหรืออยู่ในช่วง 101-300 บาทต่อเดือน รวมถึงช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่ายทั้งทางออฟไลน์และออนไลน์ สุดท้ายการสร้างการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการใช้งานของน้ำยาล้างรถแบบเจลบอล หรือคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นสำคัญให้กับผู้ที่ต้องการใช้งานรับรู้ได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์เกิดกระแสของทางสังคม ให้เกิดการอยากทดลองใช้งาน

การวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ “เนยออร์แกนิคคอเลสเตอรอลต่ำ เสริมประโยชน์จากโพรไบโอติก” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ในตลาดภายในประเทศไทย รวมถึงศึกษาความต้องการทางการตลาดและการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์ และเพื่อศึกษาโอกาสทางธุรกิจเพื่อจัดทำแผนธุรกิจใหม่ของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยการวิจัยนี้มีการใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยเครื่องมือการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ในกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 10 ราย และเครื่องมือการใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคและการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์ ในกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้บริโภคทั่วไป จำนวน 100 ราย นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา ทำให้เห็นภาพรวมของข้อมูลและความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูล สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งในเรื่องของความพร้อมทางด้านเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในการผลิต ความเป็นไปได้และโอกาสทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีมูลค่าสูง โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายของผลิตภัณฑ์คือกลุ่มผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เนยมาเพื่อทานสดร่วมกับอาหาร และจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงิน พบว่าโครงการมีความสามารถในการทำกำไร อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) เป็นบวก และระยะเวลาคืนทุนภายใน 2 ปี ด้านการศึกษาความต้องการทางการตลาดและการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์ ผู้บริโภคมีความต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์เนยที่มีการลดปริมาณคอเลสเตอรอล เนื่องจากความกังวลที่เป็นผลเสียต่อสุขภาพ และต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์เนยที่เสริมจุลินทรีย์โพรไบโอติกท้องถิ่น ซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยให้สามารถรักษาสมดุลในระบบทางเดินอาหาร กระตุ้นภูมิคุ้มกัน และเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งงานวิจัยมีโอกาสทางด้านการตลาดและพัฒนาสู่แผนธุรกิจได้
