The outsourcing of maintenance and other technical services is a trend in both military and civil aviation. This article uses input from real outsourcing cases in Northern Europe to verify previous literature findings and to introduce new viewpoints to fill an identified research gap.

Interviews of deeply involved individuals from six cases were selected and analyzed using the Delphi method. The findings were synthesized using a framework that articulates contexts, observed outcomes, and generative mechanisms.

This research focused on product test scheduling in the presence of in-process and at-completion inspection constraints. Such testing arises in the context of the manufacture of products that must perform reliably in extreme environmental conditions. Often, these products must receive a certification from prescribed regulatory agencies at the successful completion of a predetermined series of tests. Operational efficiency is enhanced by determining the optimal order and start times of tests so as to minimize the makespan while ensuring that technicians are available when needed to complete in-process and at-completion inspections. Globally, about half of all children under five do not receive essential nutrients, often unnoticed until too late. On the other end of the spectrum, the incidence of overweight and obesity in 5-19 year old has increased from 4% in 1975 to 18% in 2016 ¹. Motivated by the need for transportation infrastructure and incident management planning, we study traffic density under non-recurrent congestion. This paper provides an analytical solution approximating the stationary distribution of traffic density in roadways where deterioration of service occurs unpredictably. The proposed solution generalizes a queuing model discussed in the literature to long segments that are not space-homogeneous. We compare single and tandem queuing approaches to segments of different lengths and verify whether each model is appropriate. A single-queue approach works sufficiently well in segments with similar traffic behavior across space. In contrast, a tandem-queue approach more appropriately describes the density …

งานวิจัยนี้ถูกสร้างขึ้น เพื่อเป็นโครงการวิจัย ทำการศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความนิยมอาหารของผู้โดยสารชาวไทยที่เดินทางบนเที่ยวบินในเส้นทางระหว่างประเทศไทยและประเทศญี่ปุ่น เนื่องจากเป็นเส้นทางที่ได้รับความนิยมในการเดินทางเป็นอย่างมาก รวมถึงปัญหาการไม่ได้รับอาหารตามที่ผู้โดยสารต้องการ ซึ่งส่งผลทั้งการสร้างความไม่พึงพอใจให้แก่ผู้โดยสสารและหากผู้โดยสารไม่รับประทานอาหารที่มีให้บริการ ย่อมสร้างขยะและของเสียจากอาหารขึ้นโดยไม่จำเป็นการศึกษานี้จึงมีเป้าประสงค์ในการสร้างความพึงพอใจและลดของเสียดังกล่าวไปพร้อมกัน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เคยเดินทางในเส้นทางบินนี้มาแล้ว ปัจจัยที่นำมาศึกษาเป็นปัจจัยทางประชากรศาสตร์ ที่ผู้โดยสารมักต้องให้แก่สายการบินในขั้นตอนการจองตั๋วโดยสาร ทั้งข้อมูลเพศ อายุ รวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อาจมีผลต่อการพิจารณา เช่น ข้อมูลช่วงรายได้ อาชีพของผู้เดินทางและเป้าหมายการเดินทาง ผู้วิจัยเริ่มจากการออกแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การยอมรับอาหารแต่ละประเภทและทัศนคติต่อการบริการอาหารบนเที่ยวบิน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยโลจิสติกส์ทวิ ตามอาหารแต่ละประเภทและการเลือกกลับมาใช้บริการ พบว่า ผู้โดยสารส่วนมากมีความชื่นชอบต่ออาหารประเภทปลาและกุ้งเป็นอย่างมากส่วนเนื้อวัว เนื้อหมูและเนื้อไก่ การยอมรับจะลดลงตามลำดับ ในด้านการเลือกกลับมาใช้บริการความคิดเห็นเรื่องการให้ความสำคัญกับอาหาร เป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ส่งผลให้ผู้โดยสารเลือกกลับมาใช้บริการ แต่ในทางกลับกัน การไม่ได้รับอาหารตามที่ตนต้องการกลับไม่ส่งผลต่อการกลับมาใช้บริการ

โครงงานพิเศษฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิต่อการยอมรับการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสำหรับผู้นำเข้าส่งออกและตัวแทนผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศเนื่องจากปัจจุบันอุตสาหกรรมทางด้านขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลหรือสาสยเรือนั้นมีการแข่งขันกันสูงมากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะทางด้านบริการ ในแง่ของการบริการทางสายเรือ จึงจำเป็นต้องพัฒนาระบบให้การทำงาน มีความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ ถูกต้องแม่นยำ ข้อมูลเข้าถึงได้ง่าย และผู้ใช้บริการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ของการใช้งาน โดยบริษัทกรณีศึกษาเป็นสายการเดินเรือรายใหญ่ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้นำเข้าส่งออกและตัวแทนผู้ให้บริการขนส่งสินค้าทางทะเลระหว่างประเทศ จำนวน 350 คน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับการใช้งาน Online Platform กรณีศึกษา บริษัสายเรือ XYZ จำนวน 4 ด้าน และความตั้งใจที่จะใช้งาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ด้านความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคม และ ด้านความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน ซึ่งพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกใช้ Online Platform อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มีจำนวน 3 ปัจจัย คือ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านอิทธิพลทางสังคม และ ด้านความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน

Accelerating the reconstruction of housing stock becomes crucial in minimizing the time that residents are displaced.
