يسعى البحث التعرف على مدى ممارسة المصارف التجارية للريادة المصرفية بأبعادها الثلاثة (الإبداعية, الاستباقية, الاخذ بالمخاطرة) متغيراً تفسيرياً، إدارة مخاطر المعرفة متغيراً تابعاً بأبعادها الثلاثة(المخاطر البشرية, المخاطر التكنولوجية, المخاطر التشغيلية). وبغية تفسير العلاقات والروابط بين الريادة المصرفية وإدارة مخاطر المعرفة, جرى صياغة مجموعة تساؤلات تعبر عن تلك الروابط في اطارها النظري على مستوى المفاهيم, والعملي على مستوى التطبيق لدى المصارف الاهلية في منطقة الفرات الأوسط. ولقد مثلت المصارف الاهلية في منطقة الفرات الأوسط والبالغ عددها(26) مصرف مجتمع البحث, بينما كانت عينة البحث في مجموع القيادات الإدارية للمصارف المذكورة, اذ بلغت الاستبانات الصالحة(357) استبانة. وقد سعى البحث لاختبار عدد من الفرضيات …

We describe how community weavers and artisans who operated various Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karnataka, India, during the pandemic, and how they were able to sustain and grow their business despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic. We used data from two rounds of surveys conducted by Shreni Samudaya[1], along with Impactree Data Technologies Private Limited. The textile industry recorded negative growth during the pandemic, with the smaller MSMEs experiencing the biggest losses. Problem definition: In collaboration with Heathrow airport, we develop a predictive system that generates quantile forecasts of transfer passengers’ connection times. Sampling from the distribution of individual passengers’ connection times, the system also produces quantile forecasts for the number of passengers arriving at the immigration and security areas. Academic/Practical relevance: Airports and airlines have been challenged to improve decision-making by producing accurate forecasts in real time. This paper proposes a new inertial triple-projection algorithm for solving the split feasibility problem (SFP).The process of projections is divided into three parts. Each part adopts a different variable stepsize to obtain its projection point, which is different from the existing extragradient methods. Flexible rules are employed for selecting the stepsizes and the inertial technique is used for improving the convergence. Convergence results are proven. Numerical experiments show that the proposed method converges more quickly than the general CQ algorithm.

Problem definition: We consider a customer-to-customer (C2C) platform that provides an inspection service. Uncertain about his product’s authenticity, a seller sells his product through the platform. Before purchasing, a buyer obtains a signal of the product authenticity from the product’s price set by the seller. The platform’s inspection service can detect a counterfeit with a probability. If the product passes the inspection, the platform sends it to the buyer and charges the seller a commission fee. Problem definition: In this paper, we explore how a firm’s concern about profit distribution and the size of downstream firms in supply chains affect corporate social responsibility (CSR) investment strategy. Methodology/results: In a supply chain consisting of one supplier and one manufacturer, both players decide whether to invest to reduce CSR violations, and they negotiate over a wholesale price. Distributive comparison behavior makes the manufacturer compare the profit with his equitable payoff, which is determined by the supplier’s profit. When suppliers lose in a competitive tender process, they need feedback to make accurate sales loss attributions and adjustments to their competitive strategy. Unfortunately, buyers seldomly provide sufficient feedback to enable diagnostics, learning, and adaptation. The purpose of this research is to explore a buyer's debriefing as an effective feedback mechanism. Based on data from a sample of 218 U.S. government source selections, a new construct, debriefing quality, is developed as a multi-dimensional construct comprised of: proposal efficacy information, procedural compliance and decision understanding information, and competitive intelligence information. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the contributions of blockchain technology to supply chain parameters influence blockchain adoption among SMEs. Drawing on contingency theory, the study investigates the moderating effect of market turbulence. The data were collected from 204 SMEs in Malaysia's manufacturing sector and analysed using the partial least squares technique. The results showed that the intention of SMEs’ managers to adopt blockchain is influenced by the contributions of blockchain to supply chain transparency and agility.
