A significant portion of the food loss in agricultural supply chains occurs at the farm level and has been linked to high cosmetic standards adopted by retailers regarding the size, color, and shape of the produce. We examine the economic incentives for retailers to adopt such high standards and their impact on food loss. We build a sequential game between a retailer and a farmer, where the retailer signs a contract with the farmer specifying both the wholesale price and cosmetic quality standard. When suppliers lose in a competitive tender process, they need feedback to make accurate sales loss attributions and adjustments to their competitive strategy. Unfortunately, buyers seldomly provide sufficient feedback to enable diagnostics, learning, and adaptation. The purpose of this research is to explore a buyer's debriefing as an effective feedback mechanism. Based on data from a sample of 218 U.S. government source selections, a new construct, debriefing quality, is developed as a multi-dimensional construct comprised of: proposal efficacy information, procedural compliance and decision understanding information, and competitive intelligence information. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the contributions of blockchain technology to supply chain parameters influence blockchain adoption among SMEs. Drawing on contingency theory, the study investigates the moderating effect of market turbulence. The data were collected from 204 SMEs in Malaysia's manufacturing sector and analysed using the partial least squares technique. The results showed that the intention of SMEs’ managers to adopt blockchain is influenced by the contributions of blockchain to supply chain transparency and agility. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the skill shortage impacts the performance of the construction supply chain in Australia. The study has adopted a quantitative research method. The quantitative data were collected by conducting a survey of employees who work in construction companies in Australia. A regression analysis was used to analyze the data from 113 respondents. The findings of the study reveal that the construction sector in Australia has high labour costs, but workers are still thinking they are not getting paid enough and cannot invest more in themselves to improve their skills. Purpose:

This study applied the herd mentality theory to explore local and global social media users’ responses to panic buying across the USA, UK and Australia during the COVID-19 crisis to understand the implications on operations and supply chains.

Design/methodology/approach:

A total of 208,806 social media user-generated content (UGC) pieces were collected from Twitter in three countries – the USA, UK and Australia. The analysis of this big qualitative data was performed using machine learning–based software – Leximancer.

This study provides a systematic literature review of blockchain technology in the food industry with a supply chain lens. We identify primary and sub-themes, discuss implications and applications in terms of delivering value and propose literature-informed future research directions. This review uncovered three primary themes: a) Value Creation; b) Supply Chain Digitization; and c) Transformation. It demonstrates that digitalizing food networks with blockchain technology may benefit from increased stakeholder involvement and data visibility to gain competitive advantage. Beyond the theoretical contributions, this research provides a methodological contribution by demonstrating the uses of machine learning techniques to perform systematic literature reviews.

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการเปรียบเทียบการจัดส่งสินค้าจากซัพพลายเออร์โดยตรงกับการจัดส่งผ่าน ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าโดยเลือกกรณีศึกษาตัวอย่าง การส่งผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าสถานีบริการเชื้อเพลิง ซึ่งมี วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการทำงานปัจจุบันภายใต้การขนส่งแบบผสมซึ่งมีทั้งการขน ส่งผ่านศูนย์กระจายสินค้า (Centralized Distribution) จากซัพพลายเออร์จำนวน 7 ราย และซัพพลาย เออร์จัดส่งโดยตรง (Direct Stroe Delivery) จากซัพพลายเออร์จำนวน 2 ราย และประเมินผลการการ ปรับเปลี่ยนมาเป็นการขนส่งแบบ Direct Stroe Delivery ทั้งหมด โดยการศึกษาวิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา กระบวนการขนส่งแบบ CD และ DSD เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จากนั้นทำวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้เทคนิค IDEF0 ในการเขียน Mapping เพื่อแสดงกระบวนการทำงาน และออกแบบการจัดส่งแบบ DSD ทั้งหมด เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในด้านของค่าใช้จ่ายและ ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งทั้ง 2 รูปแบบ จากการศึกษาการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างการจัดส่งแบบผสม (CD และ DSD) และการจัดส่งโดยตรง ทั้งหมด (DSD) โดยต้นทุนจัดส่ง CD คำนวณจากต้นทุนศูนย์กระจายสินค้า, ต้นทุนขนส่งสินค้า และต้นทุน การตรวจรับแบบ CD ส่วนต้นทุนจัดส่ง DSD คำนวณจาก ต้นทุนขนส่งสินค้า และต้นทุนตรวจรับสินค้า แบบ DSD โดยพบว่าการจัดส่งแบบ DSD ทั้งหมด จะสามารถลดระยะเวลาการจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังสาขาได้ ถึง 15 วัน แต่จะมีต้นทนการตรวจรับสินค้าที่สูงกว่างเดิมมาก ทำให้การจัดส่งแบบ DSD มีต้นทุนรวมสูง กว่าการจัดส่งแบบปัจจุบันอยู่ 27,010.44 บาท อย่างไรก็ดี ต้นทุนการตรวจรับสินค้าที่วิเคราะห์เป็นต้นทุน ค่าเสียเวลาของพนักงาน แต่เนื่องจากพนักงานมีเงินเดือนประจำอยู่แล้ว ต้นทุนนี้อาจไม่เกิดขึ้นจริง เมื่อตัด ต้นทุนการตรวจรับสินค้าออกไป การจัดส่งแบบ DSD จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายต่ำกว่าการจัดส่งแบบปัจจุบันอยู่ 617,310.36 บาท

การศึกษาวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนและระยะเวลาในการขนส่งยางพาราจากโรงงานในจังหวัดสงขลาไปยังท่าเรือชิงเต่า เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการเปิดเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งใหม่จากท่าเรือกรณีศึกษา โดยเปรียบเทียบกับเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งที่มีอยู่เดิม กับเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งจากท่าเรือกรณีศึกษา ซึ่งขั้นตอนในการศึกษานั้นคือการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัทที่ดำเนินการจัดการในการส่งออกตู้คอนเทนเนอร์บรรจุสินค้ายางพารา ในขนาดตู้ 20 ฟุต เพื่อทำการเก็บข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องในส่วนของต้นทุนและระยะเวลาในการขนส่ง เส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งในวิจัยนั้นมีทั้งหมด 5 เส้นทางและรูปแบบโดยเส้นทางและรูปแบบที่ 1 – 4 นั้นมีอยู่เดิม และเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งที่ 5 น้้นเป็นเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับท่าเรือกรณีศึกษา ซึ่งรูปแบบและเส้นทางการขนส่งทั้งหมดนั้นมีดังนี้ 1) โรงงานต้นทาง – ด่านศุลกากรสะเดา (ผ่านรถบรรทุก) – ท่าเรือปีนัง – ท่าเรือชิงเต่า 2) โรงงานต้นทาง – ด่านศุลกากรปาดังเบซาร์ (ผ่านรถไฟ) – ท่าเรือปีนัง – ท่าเรือชิงเต่า 3) โรงงานต้นทาง – ท่าเรือสงขลา – ท่าเรือสิงคโปร์ – ท่าเรือชิงเต่า 4) โรงงานต้นทาง – ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง – ท่าเรือชิงเต่า และ 5) โรงงานต้นทาง – ท่าเรือ ABC – ท่าเรือ XYZ – ท่าเรือชิงเต่า โดยผลการวิจัย พบว่าเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งที่ 1 นั้นมีต้นทุนในการส่งออกต่ำที่สุด อยู่ที่ 31,415 บาท/ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ และเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งที่ 4 นั้นมีระยะเวลาในการขนส่งที่ต่ำที่สุด อยู่ที่ 19.5 วัน ทั้งนี้ ในส่วนของเส้นทางและรูปแบบการขนส่งที่ 5 นั้นมีต้นทุนในการส่งออกที่สูงที่สุดอยู่ที่ 49,400 บาท/ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ และมีระยะเวลาในการขนส่งไปยังท่าเรือปลายทางอยู่ที่ 21 วัน

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นเพื่อประเมินมูลค่าความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายเพิ่มเติม สำหรับการยกระดับการให้บริการรูปแบบใหม่บนแพลตฟอร์มสั่งอาหาร โดยใช้วิธีแบบจำลองทางเลือกหรือการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบร่วม (Conjoint Analysis) ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านการสัมภาษณ์โดยตรงจากกลุ่มผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 144 ราย ซึ่งบริการพื้นฐานประกอบด้วย ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 35 นาที การบริการลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Livechat เวลาทำการ 09.00-23.59 น. ค่าจัดส่ง 20 บาทต่อออเดอร์ และบริการเสริมประกอบด้วย ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 20 นาที ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 45 นาที เลือกเวลาจัดส่งได้อย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมงล่วงหน้า การบริการลูกค้ามีเจ้าหน้าที่บริการช่วยเหลือ 24 ชั่วโมง ค่าจัดส่ง 32 บาทต่อออเดอร์ ค่าจัดส่ง 11 บาทต่อออเดอร์ และค่าจัดส่ง 19 บาทต่อออเดอร์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้การออกแบบ Orthogonal เพื่อสร้างการทดลองทางเลือกสำหรับรูปแบบการให้บริการ แต่ละทางเลือกของรูปแบบการให้บริการได้นำเสนอชุดคุณลักษณะการบริการรวมถึงอัตราค่าจัดส่ง โดยที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแต่ละรายทำการแสดงความเห็นจัดลำดับทางเลือกใน 3 ชุดสถานการณ์เพื่อให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจัดลำดับทางเลือกที่พึงพอใจภายใต้สถานการณ์เหล่านั้น ผลการวิเคราะห์เผยให้พบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการแพลตฟอร์มสั่งอาหารมีความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายเพิ่ม7.66 บาทต่อออเดอร์ เพื่อให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่บริการช่วยเหลือ 24 ชั่วโมง จากปกติที่ให้บริการผ่าน Livechat เวลาทำการ 09.00-23.59 น. เท่านั้น และเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายเพิ่ม 4.22 บาทต่อออเดอร์ เพื่อลดระยะเวลาจัดส่งเหลือ 20 นาที จากปกติระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 35 นาที และในทางตรงกันข้ามจะขอส่วนลด 12.07 บาทต่อออเดอร์ หากระยะเวาจัดส่งเพิ่มเป็น 45 นาทีแทนที่จะเป็นแบบปกติระยะเวลาจัดส่ง 35 นาที และในกรณีของการสั่งล่วงหน้า 1 ชั่วโมง ผู้ใช้บริการจะขอส่วนลด 7.10 บาทต่อออเดอร์

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจากความตกลงหุ้นส่วนเศรษฐกิจไทย-ญี่ปุ่น (JTEPA) ที่มีผลต่อการนำเข้าและส่งออก ในสินค้าประเภทส่วนประกอบและอุปกรณ์ประกอบของยานยนต์ เพื่อนำผลการศึกษาและการวิเคราะห์ไปสรุปผลเพื่อหาเหตุผล ปัญหา เพื่อเสริมการให้คำแนะนำในฐานะผู้ให้คำปรึกษาในการนำเข้าส่งออก การรวบรวมข้อมูลของงานวิจัยฉบับนี้จะทำโดยการเก็บข้อมูลผ่านทาง Google form โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการที่มีกิจการนำเข้าส่งออกส่วนประกอบและอุปกรณ์ประกอบของยานยนต์ หรือผู้จัดการ หรือผู้มีสิทธิตัดสินใจเลือกใช้วิธีการต่างๆในการนำเข้าของกิจการ การวิเคราะห์ผลของงานวิจัยฉบับนี้จะใช้หลัก Explanatory Sequential Design ซึ่งเป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ผลด้วย Cross-tabulation และ Chi-Square test จากนั้นจึงสรุปผลที่ได้ และทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ประกอบการเพื่อยืนยันข้อมูล รวมทั้งถามเหตุผลในเชิงลึกที่เป็นข้อจำกัดของแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้ JTEPA ในการนำเข้าส่งออกส่วนประกอบและอุปกรณ์ประกอบของยานยนต์มีการใช้งานกับบริษัทขนาดย่อมหรือกลาง (SMEs) ที่น้อย และขนาดบริษัทมีผลอย่างมากในการตัดสินใจใช้หรือไม่ใช้ JTEPA เป็นวิธีทางเลือกในการนำเข้า ซึ่งสาเหตุมาจากค่าใช้จ่ายโดยรวม และการต้องอาศัยประโยชน์ของประกาศกระทรวงอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม แต่สำหรับบริษัทที่ทำหน้าที่เป็น OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) หรือบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ ที่ผ่านคุณสมบัติตามประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม การใช้ JTEPA จะให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีกว่า และค่าใช้จ่ายโดยรวมที่ต่ำกว่า

การศึกษาเรื่องการคัดเลือกและจัดลำดับซัพพลายเออร์ที่เหมาะสมต่อการซื้อ Mechanical Seal สำหรับการใช้งานในการซ่อมบำรุง Pump ภายในโรงกลั่นทั้งสองแห่งของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา ABC ซึ่งเป็นวัตถุประสงคฺหลักของงานวิจัย ซึ่งมีวิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการดำเนินงานวิจัยโดยรูปแบบการสัมภาษณ์และเก็บแบบสอบถามเพื่อหาแนวทางหรือข้อตกลงร่วมกันในการดำเนินโครงการของทางบริษัทซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้ของกรอบนโยบายและเป้าหมายขององค์กรและได้ผลลัพธ์เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ โดยมีการดำเนินการประเมินและตัดสินใจในการเลือกรูปแบบหรือตัวช่วยในการตัดสินใจที่ต้องการการช่วยตัดสินใจที่ซับซ้อน จึงทำให้ผู้วิจัยมีใช้งานกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Hierarchy Process: AHP) ในการช่วยสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจและมีส่วนได้เสียจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการคัดเลือกและจัดลำดับซัพพลายเออร์ประกอบไปด้วย 10 ปัจจัยคือ ด้านต้นทุนรวมสินค้า ด้านการส่งมอบตรงเวลา ด้านการส่งมอบครบถ้วน ด้านวัสดุที่ใช้ในการผลิต ด้านอายุการใช้งาน ด้านการตอบสนองรวดเร็ว ด้านระยะเวลารอสินค้า ด้านการเข้า Survey อุปกรณ์ ด้านความมีชื่อเสียง และ ด้านสถานะทางการเงิน โดยที่ปัจจัยดังกล่าวทั้งหมดจะอยู่ภายใต้หลักเกณฑ์ทั้ง 5 เกณฑ์ ได้แก่ เกณฑ์ด้านต้นทุน เกณฑ์ด้านการส่งมอบ เกณฑ์ด้านคุณภาพ เกณฑ์ด้านการบริการ และ เกณฑ์ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ และนำน้ำหนักความสำคัญของเกณฑ์และปัจจัยที่ได้มาไปดำเนินการจัดลำดับของทางเลือกหรือซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อสั่งซื้อ Mechanical Seal คือ ซัพพลายเออร์ A ซัพพลายเออร์ C และ ซัพพลายเออร์ B ตามลำดับ

In an ever-evolving digital landscape, this research explores Generation X (GenX) consignment store owners in West Virginia and the transformative power of Social commerce (sCommerce). Despite the ubiquity of Social media platforms, little attention has been given to the impact of sCommerce on the consignment store industry. Drawing from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DIT), this study examines the factors influencing sCommerce adoption decisions for GenX consignment store owners.
