Background/Purpose: The benefits of physical activity in reducing morbidity and mortality rates have been widely recognized in recent years. However, the impact of physical inactivity on direct healthcare costs remains poorly understood. This study aimed to assess the direct economic burden of hospitalization due to two common chronic diseases (cerebrovascular disease and diabetes) caused by physical inactivity, to inform public health awareness and policy-making.

Background: Family concept has an intergenerational transmission effect. Relevant research has indicated that compared to fathers, the influence of mothers was increasing, especially for girls. Mother’s gender cognition connected two generations, which is an important entry point to observe gender cognition. This not only affects the physical and mental health of athletes but also hampers their prospects in the world of sports. Background and Objective: Internet addiction is a prevalent issue among today's adolescents, particularly among students who experience bullying victimization. Furthermore, anxiety is a common psychological response among these students, which can further exacerbate their internet addiction. However, physical exercise, as an effective regulator, has the potential to alleviate the severity of internet addiction in middle school students who are victims of bullying. Objective: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a highly effective form of exercise for the obese population. Concurrent training (CT) is also an effective intervention. Simultaneous training is often in the form of strength combined with aerobic training. Purpose: To study the differences in lower limb muscle explosive and maximal strength among trampoline athletes at different levels of competition.
Methods: A total of fifteen trampoline athletes, comprising seven elite and eight non-elite athletes, participated in this project. Lower limb explosive strength was assessed using the countermovement jump (CMJ) test. Maximal strength was evaluated by the MicroFet portable system.
