This exploratory, qualitative case study describes how a centralized training organization (LandWarNet School) was improved by introducing decentralization (Army Learning Model) toward “the best competitive position” or "sweet spot," defined by Brafman and Beckstrom (2006) as “enough decentralization for creativity, but sufficient structure and controls to ensure consistency” (pp. 189, 191). Any presence of the six chaordic elements of a decentralized organization, as described by Hock (1999), was also considered.

This interior design research study explores the experience of direct dementia-care staff member tasks in relation to the physical environment. The study asked the following questions: 1) Do building elements in dementia-specific long-term care units interact with staff job satisfaction? 2) What building elements of patient direct-care are identified by staff as being helpful on the job and what are identified as a hindrance? 3) What, if any, environmental elements demand more dementia-specific modification? Historically, the assessment of medical resident knowledge and skill has occurred through standardized written examinations and faculty observation during real patient encounters. The written examinations, including three levels of board qualifying examinations (USMLE and COMLEX-USA) and specialty specific annual in-training examinations, are used to identify each resident’s knowledge deficiencies. Research shows that faculty evaluations are unable to predict how residents will perform on emergency medicine in-training examinations, and that practicing skills on real patients puts patients’ lives at risk. We develop a model to enable engineering professional services firms to improve the management of their competitive resources, i.e., skilled engineers, to be better able to respond to customer demand. The model was informed by semistructured interviews with senior executives from engineering, information technology (IT) services and technical consulting firms. As a result, we capture many of the complexities associated with the resource planning process in the professional engineering services sector. การจัดการหลักสูตรของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา เป็นหน้าที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งสำหรับการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัย ในปัจจุบันสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอุดมศึกษา (สกอ.) กำหนดกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ (Thailand Qualification Framework: TQF) ขึ้นมาบังคับใช้ แต่ไม่ได้อธิบายกระบวนงานจัดการหลักสูตรไว้อย่างชัดเจน มหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ จึงดำเนินการโดยพัฒนาระบบบันทึกข้อมูลลงในแบบฟอร์มตามที่สกอ.กำหนดขึ้น เช่น มคอ 2 ถึง มคอ 7 อาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่ยังขาดความรู้และความเข้าใจในการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร งานวิจัยนี้ได้สร้างนวัตกรรมแบบจำลองการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรแบบบูรณาการสำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทย โดยใช้แนวคิดการจัดการกระบวนงานที่มีความสามารถ (Capability process) ของแบบจำลอง Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) ที่พัฒนาโดยสถาบันวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์แห่งมหาวิทยาลัยคาร์เนกี เมลลอน เพื่อให้กระบวนงานจัดการหลักสูตรมีระดับความสามารถ (Capability level) ที่ระดับ 3 และมีหัวข้อปฏิบัติด้านจัดการที่จำเป็นครบถ้วนและสอดคล้องกับกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ การวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงลึกด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมหาวิทยาลัยรัฐบาลและเอกชน จำนวน 12 คน เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์กระบวนงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องการการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรประกอบด้วย กระบวนงานแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการ กระบวนงานวางแผนและจัดทำหลักสูตร กระบวนงานการสื่อสารหลักสูตร กระบวนงานรับนักศึกษา กระบวนงานวางแผนการสอนประจำปีการศึกษา กระบวนงานพัฒนาอาจารย์ กระบวนงานจัดการเรียนการสอน กระบวนงานสอนและรายงานผลการสอน และกระบวนงานรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร ผลจากงานวิจัยนี้ ทำให้ได้กระบวนงานบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรที่มีคุณภาพและสามารถปรับปรุงกระบวนการสอนได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลการยอมรับคู่มือและแบบจำลองต้นแบบให้อาจารย์ทดลองใช้ปฏิบัติงานจริง ยอมรับในระดับมากที่สุด เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดเวลาในการทำงาน

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและขั้นตอนชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือน เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมตัวแบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือน การทดลองใช้นวัตกรรมระบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือน และการประเมินผลการยอมรับและนำนวัตกรรมระบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถผู้ศึกษาการแพทย์แผนไทยที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ไปใช้งาน โดยการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ผู้สอนทางด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ จำนวน 15 ราย ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์นำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วย Nvivo10 เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและขั้นตอนในการออกแบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือน ร่วมกับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเพื่อสภาพความต้องการและแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ระบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถผู้ศึกษาการแพทย์แผนไทย จากนิสิตแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ จำนวน 303 ราย และทดสอบการยอมรับระบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือนด้วยทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี พร้อมทั้งศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาในเชิงพาณิชย์ ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและขั้นตอนระบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถผู้ศึกษาการแพทย์แผนไทย ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ คน พื้นที่การเรียนรู้ ศาสตร์การสอน เทคโนโลยี และขั้นตอน 5 ขั้น คือ การเตรียมความพร้อม การสร้างกรอบความคิด การตรวจสอบความจริง การหาข้อสรุปและการอภิปรายจากนำระบบไปทดลองใช้พบว่า ผู้เรียนที่เรียนตามแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนผ่านระบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและการทำงานร่วมกันของผู้ศึกษาการแพทย์แผนไทย โดยภาพรวมมีคะแนนความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อพิจารณาแยกความสามารถแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของนิสิตทุกด้านมีคะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการประเมินความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกัน พบว่า มีคุณภาพการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับดี ผลการทดสอบการยอมรับพบว่ามีเหมาะสมง่ายต่อการใช้งาน มองเห็นประโยชน์และต้องการนำระบบชุมชนแห่งการสืบสอบเสมือนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถผู้ศึกษาการแพทย์แผนไทยไปใช้งาน จากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านการเงิน ระยะเวลาโครงการ 5 ปี มีค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) ที่ได้จากการลงทุนเท่ากับ 7,583,549.86 บาท และอัตราผลตอบแทนที่แท้จริง (IRR) จากการลงทุนเท่ากับร้อยละ 32.54% จะคืนทุนภายในปีที่ 4 จากเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรกที่ 7,325,000 บาท

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรมแอปพลิเคชันBrighter Daysเพื่อช่วยการฟื้นฟูจิตใจของตนเองสำหรับผู้ที่ผิดหวังจากความรัก โดยนำเอาความรู้ทางด้านจิตวิทยามาประยุกต์กับวิทยาศาสตร์ในด้านของเทคโนโลยี เพื่อที่จะพัฒนาเครื่องมือแอปพลิเคชันที่ช่วยเหลือจิตใจซึ่งสามารถทำได้ด้วยตนเอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ที่ผิดหวังจากความรักในการใช้งาน ศึกษาการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและวัดความพึงพอใจในนวัตกรรมแอปพลิเคชัน Brighter Days เพื่อช่วยการฟื้นฟูจิตใจของตนเองสำหรับผู้ที่ผิดหวังจากความรัก อีกทั้งยังวางแผนนำนวัตกรรมสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัย เป็นชายและหญิงที่มีประสบการณ์การผิดหวังจากความรักจำนวน 436 คน อายุ 18 – 29 ปี และมีขั้นตอนการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะและมีผลการวิจัยดังนี้ การวิจัยระยะที่ 1 เป็นการศึกษาจากผู้ที่ผิดหวังจากความรักจำนวน 400 คน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 38.25 ต้องการใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อช่วยการฟื้นฟูจิตใจของตนเองสำหรับผู้ที่ผิดหวังจากความรัก โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการให้แอปพลิเคชันมีคุณลักษณะหลากหลายรูปแบบ ต่อมาการวิจัยระยะที่ 2 พัฒนาแอปพลิเคชัน Brighter Days เพื่อฟื้นฟูจิตใจตนเองสำหรับผู้ที่ผิดหวังจากความรัก โดยให้มีลักษณะตรงตามความต้องการของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และการวิจัยระยะที่ 3 ศึกษาจากผู้ที่ผิดหวังจากความรักจำนวน 36 คน ที่ได้ทดลองใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Brighter Days เพื่อศึกษาการยอมรับนวัตกรรมแอปพลิเคชันและการนำนวัตกรรมออกสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก และการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีก็อยู่ในระดับการยอมรับที่มากเช่นกัน นอกจากนี้ ผู้วิจัยยังได้เสนอแผนการตลาดในการนำนวัตกรรมนวัตกรรมแอปพลิเคชัน Brighter Days ออกสู่การใช้งานในเชิงพาณิชย์ พร้อมทั้งเสนอการวางแผนงบการเงินสำหรับการลงทุน ซึ่งสามารถคืนทุนได้ภายใน 1 ปี
