ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษากรณีของบริษัทจัดจำหน่ายรองเท้าแฟชั่นสตรี ซึ่งปัจจุบันกำลังประสบปัญหาการมีสินค้าคงคลังที่เสื่อมสภาพเป็นจำนวนมาก ซึ่งสินค้าที่ทำรายได้หลักของบริษัทมีสัดส่วนไม่ถึง 50% ของสินค้าคงคลังทั้งหมด ในขณะที่ระดับการให้บริการลูกค้าอยู่ในระดับ 90% งานวิจัยฉบับนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงนโยบายการสั่งซื้อและการจัดเก็บสินค้าคงคลังประเภทที่มีความหลากหลายมากเพื่อลดปริมาณ รวมถึงต้นทุนสินค้าคงคลังในขณะที่ยังสามารถรักษาระดับการให้บริการลูกค้าให้อยู่ในระดับที่ไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 95 การศึกษาเริ่มจากการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของสินค้าด้วยวิธี ABC Classification และเลือกสินค้าที่มีความสำคัญที่สุด 126 SKU มาดำเนินการหานโยบายการสั่งซื้อที่เหมาะสมด้วยการสร้างแบบจำลองสถานการณ์มอนติคาร์โล ภายใต้สถานการณ์ที่มีปริมาณความต้องการและระยะเวลาสั่งซื้อแบบไม่คงที่ โดยได้เปรียบเทียบผลการกำหนดนโยบายระหว่างแบบปริมาณการสั่งคงที่ (Q Model) และรอบการสั่งคงที่ (P Model) พร้อมทั้งเปรียบเทียบผลลัพธ์ของนโยบายใหม่ที่กำหนดกับนโยบายปัจจุบัน เพื่อสรุปและกำหนดเป็นนโยบายที่เหมาะสมในการสั่งซื้อสินค้าในอนาคต โดยได้ใช้ข้อมูลยอดขายปี 2562 และ 2563 จากการศึกษาพบว่านโยบายแบบรอบเวลาการสั่งคงที่ (P model) โดยกำหนดรอบเวลาให้สั่งสินค้ากลุ่ม A B และ C ทุก 2 เดือน ในขณะที่กำหนดระดับการให้บริการที่ 99% เมื่อเทียบกับนโยบายปัจจุบัน สามารถลดต้นทุนรวมได้ 22.66% ในปี 2562 และ 7.19% ในปี 2563 นอกจากนี้นโยบายใหม่ยังส่งผลให้ Inventory Turnover เฉลี่ยสูงขึ้น รวมถึงระดับการให้บริการที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นอีกด้วย

While the minimum cost flow (MCF) problems have been well documented in many publications, due to its broad applications, little or no effort have been devoted to explaining the algorithms for identifying loop formation and computing the value needed to solve MCF network problems. This paper proposes efficient algorithms, and MATLAB computer implementation, for solving MCF problems. Several academic and real-life network problems have been solved to validate the proposed algorithms; the numerical results obtained by the developed MCF code have been compared and matched with the built-in MATLAB function Linprog() (Simplex algorithm) for further validation.

เทคนิคบัญชีต้นทุนการไหลวัสดุ (Material Flow Cost Accounting: MFCA) เป็นเทคนิคในการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนความสูญเสียที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการ มุ่งเน้นให้เกิดการใช้ทรัพยากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพรวมถึงการลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประยุกต์หลักการบัญชีต้นทุนการไหลวัสดุกับกระบวนการจัดการคลังสินค้า ส่งเสริมการใช้วัสดุให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และลดความสูญเสียในกระบวนการจัดการคลังสินค้าของบริษัท XYZ โดยเลือกกลุ่มสินค้าที่มีความคล่องตัวสูงมาทำการศึกษา จากนั้นทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลต้นทุนที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละกระบวนการ และทำการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนความสูญเสียตามหลักการบัญชีต้นทุนการไหลวัสดุ จากการศึกษาพบว่า ต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีมูลค่าลบไม่ก่อให้เกิดรายได้แก่บริษัท พบในส่วนของต้นทุนวัสดุสูงที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นต้นทุนระบบและต้นทุนพลังงาน และพบว่าต้นทุนความสูญเสียของสินค้า Super Premium สินค้า Premium สินค้า Standard และสินค้า Economy คิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.044 ร้อยละ 0.062 ร้อยละ 0.089 และ ร้อยละ 0.158 ตามลำดับ เมื่อคิดคำนวณเป็นจำนวนเงินที่สูญเสียโดยรวมต่อวันของสินค้าทั้ง 4 ประเภทรวมเป็น 1,676.88 บาทต่อวัน ซึ่งความสูญเสียนี้เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการจัดเตรียมสินค้า นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า มูลค่าความสูญเสียนี้ ไม่ได้ถูกบันทึกอยู่ในระบบบัญชีปัจจุบันเนื่องจากการบันทึกบัญชีในปัจจุบัน เป็นการบันทึกบัญชีแบบดั้งเดิมที่รวมต้นทุนทุกอย่างไว้ด้วยกัน ไม่มีการจำแนกค่าใช้จ่ายในแต่ละประเภทสินค้าซึ่งยากต่อการแบ่งสัดส่วนต้นทุนต่าง ๆ ต่อประเภทสินค้า กิจกรรมหรือกระบวนการ ซึ่งแตกต่างจากการบันทึกบัญชีต้นทุนการไหลวัสดุที่สามารถแสดงให้เห็นถึงมูลค่าความสูญเสียนี้ได้

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดจำนวนรถขนส่งของบริษัทที่เหมาะสม ภายใต้ความต้องการขนส่งที่ไม่แน่นอน ซึ่งใช้ข้อมูลของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา ABC ในแผนกการขนส่งแบบกระจายสินค้าทั่วประเทศ (Nationwide Distribution Transport) โดยมุ่งเน้นศึกษาเฉพาะการขนส่งสินค้าที่ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าจังหวัดขอนแก่นที่มีการขนส่งด้วยรถที่เป็นของบริษัท (Own fleet) และบริษัทขนส่งภายนอก(Outsource) โดยในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ใช้การจำลองสถานการณ์ที่สามารถแบ่งการจำลองสถานการณ์ออกเป็น 4 ส่วน คือ 1) การสร้างแบบจำลองความต้องการขนส่งสินค้ารายวันโดยใช้เทคนิคมอนติคาร์โล 2) การพัฒนาสมการประมาณการจำนวนรถขนส่งสินค้าต่อวันด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression) ที่มีตัวแปรสำคัญทั้งหมด 3 ตัวแปรได้แก่ จำนวนสินค้าที่ต้องการขนส่งต่อวัน จำนวนลูกค้าที่ขนส่งต่อวัน ระยะทางระหว่างลูกค้าทั้งหมดในหนึ่งวัน 3) การประมาณการต้นทุนรวมด้านการขนส่ง และ 4) การกำหนดจำนวนรถขนส่งของบริษัทที่เหมาะสม ซึ่งผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ว่าจำนวนรถขนส่งของบริษัทที่เหมาะสมสำหรับแผนกการขนส่งแบบกระจายสินค้าทั่วประเทศ เท่ากับ 7 คันที่ทำให้ต้นทุนการขนส่งสินค้าเฉลี่ยต่อปีต่ำที่สุด

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการใช้รถยนต์ปิกอัพไฟฟ้ากับรถยนต์ปิกอัพเครื่องยนต์สันดาปภายใน ของบริษัทกรณีศึกษาขนส่งอะไหล่รถยนต์ในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑลโดยทำการเปรียบเทียบราคาค่าเช่ารถแบบรวมสัญญาบริการในเวลา 5 ปีของรถทั้ง 2 ประเภทโดยใช้แนวคิดบัญชีต้นทุนการวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนแล้วนำข้อมูลมาเปรียบเทียบหากมีความผันผวนของราคาน้ำมันดีเซล บี7 จะส่งผลต่อต้นทุนอย่างไร รวมถึงค่าความผันผวนของค่า FT ของการไฟฟ้า และการซื้อขายคาร์บอนเครดิต แล้วสรุปต้นทุนการใช้รถทั้ง 2 ประเภท นำข้อมูลที่สรุปได้นำเสนอผู้บริหาร 5 ท่านเพื่อการตัดสินใจ โดยใช้ทฤษฎีกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ (AHP) เพื่อประเมินผลการพิจารณาเลือกของผู้บริหาร จากผลผู้บริการมีการเลือกใช้รถยนต์ปิกอัพเครื่องยนต์สันดาปในโดยมีค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญ 69 % และรถยนต์ปิกอัพไฟฟ้ามีค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญ 31%

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านต้นทุนในการลงทุนซื้อรถบรรทุกขนส่งสินค้าและบริหารงานขนส่งเอง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการใช้บริการจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่งอย่างที่ทำอยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน มาใช้ในการประเมินการใช้ประโยชน์และความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุน การวิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ถึงความต้องการในการใช้รถบรรทุกขนส่ง 6 ล้อของปีพ.ศ. 2563 พบว่ามีการใช้งานในเขตพื้นที่ 4 จังหวัด คือ จังหวัด ชลบุรี สระบุรี ระยอง และพระนครศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งมีปริมาณการใช้งานมากน้อยแตกต่างกันไป ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ทำการแบ่งเป็น 4 โครงการ คือ โครงการที่ 1 ขอบเขตเฉพาะจังหวัดชลบุรี, โครงการที่ 2 ขอบเขตในจังหวัดชลบุรี และ สระบุรี, โครงการที่ 3 ขอบเขตในจังหวัดชลบุรี สระบุรี และ ระยอง และโครงการที่ 4 ขอบเขตในจังหวัดชลบุรี สระบุรี ระยอง และ พระนครศรีอยุธยาเพื่อประโยชน์ในการตัดสินใจเริ่มต้นโครงการซึ่งแต่ละโครงการมีจำนวนเที่ยวและลงทุนจำนวนรถไม่เท่ากัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปริมาณการใช้งานที่มากน้อยมีผลต่อความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุนรวมถึงผลตอบแทน และระยะเวลาคืนทุน ซึ่งทั้ง 4 โครงการอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่คุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน แต่จะมีความแตกต่างกันออกไปในเรื่องของระยะเวลาคืนทุน ซึ่งโครงการที่ 1 ถึง 4 มีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 3 ปี 3 เดือน , 3 ปี 10 เดือน , 3 ปี 8 เดือน และ 3 ปี 2 เดือน ตามลำดับ นอกจากนั้น ปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีผลกระทบต่อความคุ้มค่าของโครงการในสถานะการณ์ปัจจุบันคือ ราคาน้ำมันดีเซลซึ่งมีความผันผวนและปรับราคาสูงขึ้น ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ทำการศึกษาในกรณีที่ราคาน้ำมันปรับราคาขึ้นถึง 35 บาทต่อลิตร ซึ่งทุกโครงการยังคงอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่มีความเป็นไปได้ และ มีความคุ้มค่าที่จะลงทุนซื้อรถบรรทุกขนส่งเอง

ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล, ธมนวรรณ จงเจริญชัยวงศ์

งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล และศึกษาลักษณะพฤติกรรมการซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑลที่เคยซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานคือ การวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าช่องทางการซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคออนไลน์ที่นิยม คือ Shopee และ Lazada ความถี่ในการสั่งซื้อส่วนใหญ่ซื้อเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง มีค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยในการสั่งซื้อครั้งละ 501-1,000 บาท สินค้าที่นิยมซื้อผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ คือ ของใช้ส่วนตัว เช่น สบู่ ยาสระผม และ ของใช้ในบ้าน เช่น น้ำยาทำความสะอาด กระดาษชำระ สาเหตุที่เลือกซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ คือ ความสะดวกสบาย ราคา และโปรโมชั่นสินค้า นิยมชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต/บัตรเดบิต และชอบนโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้าแบบฟรีค่าจัดส่ง ไม่มียอดการสั่งซื้อขั้นต่ำ (ราคาสินค้ารวมค่าจัดส่ง) และยังคงจะซื้อสินค้ายี่ห้อเดิม แต่จะซื้อจากช่องทางออนไลน์อื่นที่มีราคาสินค้าและค่าจัดส่งที่ถูกกว่า ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มีจำนวน 5 ปัจจัย ดังนี้ ปัจจัยด้านกายภาพและการนำเสนอ (Physical Evidence/Environment and Presentation) ปัจจัยการส่งเสริมการตลาด (Promotion) ปัจจัยด้านการขนส่ง (Transportation) ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล (People) และปัจจัยผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product)

This dissertation investigates three profit maximization models for coordinating Sales and Operations (S\&OP) management.

The first problem considers implementing a customer education strategy for the digital channel users of a multi-channel service provider. Using a customer network flow model, I investigate the effect of customer education in the digital channel on the number of users of digital and in-person channels. Further, I define a customer value metric that characterizes the optimal level of education effort. This study investigates the impact of enhanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) on firm performance through green supply chain management, supplier integration, and internal integration. The population is the manufacturer domiciled in East Java, Indonesia, which has implemented ERP and been certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in the environmental management system. Data collection used a questionnaire designed with the five-point Likert scale. Of 243 manufacturers, 150 questionnaires were distributed, and 135 questionnaires are considered valid for analysis. Problem definition: In 1992, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) instituted the accelerated approval pathway (AP) to allow promising drugs to enter the market based on limited evidence of efficacy, thereby permitting manufacturers to verify true clinical benefits through postmarket studies. However, most postmarket studies have not been completed as promised. We address this noncompliance problem.
