This paper presents a Bibliometric analysis of Prince of Songkla University (PSU) based on the Scopus database for 1978-2021. The study aimed to explore the current state, the trends, characteristics of Prince of Songkla University (PSU), i.e., growth of research output, collaboration trends, authorship pattern, citation patterns, contributing countries, and organizations. A total of 14,644 publications consulted of PSU published during the year 1978-2021 retrieved from the Scopus database, and these articles had a total of 10,257 cited items. Social exchange relationship quality can influence an employee’s commitment to supporting continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Researchers have established that leader-member exchange (LMX) quality and perceived supervisor support (PSS) can reduce employee commitment, affecting an organizational outcome. In the first quarter of 2020, societal upheavals related to the COVID-19 pandemic included employers’ work-from-home mandates and an almost overnight adoption of video meetings to replace in-person meetings no longer possible due to contagion fears and social distancing requirements. This exploratory study aimed to address, in part, the scientific knowledge gap about video meetings as a source of emotional labor. Workplace incivility refers to low-intensity negative behaviors that violate workplace norms of respect. Incivility is known to be a type of stressor in the workplace, with recent research drawing attention to how it may differentially affect employees with varying personality traits. Drawing from a stressor–strain theoretical framework, we examined the moderating effects of four of the Big Five personality traits (agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and extraversion) on the relationship between individuals’ experienced incivility and their subsequent emotional exhaustion and perpetrated incivility toward others in the organization. Research Aims - This study investigates the influence of Japanese work cultures on Malaysian foodservice employees’ work stress and their turnover intention. Design/methodology/approach - A total of 381 respondents participated in this study, and the research data was validated prior to the empirical assessment. Research Findings - The results of this study signify that the Japanese work culture amplifies workers disorientation, stress and turnover intention. Besides, thru hierarchical regression, workplace stress was found to mediate the relationship between Japanese work culture and employee turnover intention. Research Aims: This study investigates the link between involvement in direct export activities and firm performance, with reference to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study employed primary data collected from questionnaires administered to 271 exporting SMEs in seven provinces in Jawa-Bali Region. The OLS and GLM regression techniques were employed to estimate the export impact model.
