Abstract: In order to study the law of the combat personnel attrition and guide the military medical logistics support, the relevant researches are systematically sorted out and the key questions are clarified. Based on Lanchester equation theory, a system dynamics model of the combat attrition process is established, and the consistency between the model conclusion and the historical experience is analyzed. A multi-agent model of the combat attrition process is also constructed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two models are analyzed. Abstract: The insufficient ability of the rescuers and the insufficient self-rescue ability of the victims are the two main reasons of the low efficiency in some conventional event emergency. An emergency response model which combines the rescue ability and the self-rescue ability is presented. The division of the internal and the external system in the disaster field is defined, the basic structure of the model and the emergency response process characteristics are described. Abstract: On the basis of considering the electric motor vibration, a time domain vertical dynamics model of the electric vehicle with 11 DOF is built, and the road roughness input model and the numerical method are given. Aiming at an electric passenger vehicle, the basic characteristics of the typical vehicle dynamics responses under the condition of the impulse and random road roughness inputs are calculated, the influence of the different mount stiffness, damping and motor mass on the motor and the vehicle vibration is analyzed under the condition of the impulse input. Abstract: Aiming at the underactuation of the Wheeled Mobile Robot (WMR) and considering the various limitations and constraints during the actual operation, a trajectory planning method based on the Model Predictive Control (MPC) is proposed.This method can deal with the kinematics constraints, physical constraints and obstacle avoidance constraints unifiedly and effectively. It can generate the feasible trajectories that conform to the characteristics of the car body model and satisfy the various constraints. It fully guarantees the feasibility, safety and efficiency of the autonomous driving of wheeled mobile robots. The simulation results fully verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Focus on the health maintenance of vehicle power supply, a fault diagnosis method of vehicle power supply is proposed, which is based on the long and short time memory LSTM(Long Short Time Memory) network and the sequential probability ratio test SPRT(Sequential Probability Ratio Test). Based on the LSTM network, the multivariate time series model of vehicle power supply is established, and the SPRT method is used to perform the adaptive multi-sample fault diagnosis. Taking into account the complexity, particularity and uncertainty of the service process, a Gaussian probability model of flight ground service resource in place time is established, a flight ground service time prediction model based on the deep neural network is proposed. Abstract: In order to realize the coordinated control of the vertical, pitch and roll vibration of vehicle, a coordinated control strategy of vehicle semi-active suspension is proposed. In the strategy, the fuzzy PID controllers estimate three adjustment forces according to the vibration state in vertical, pitch and roll directions. Abstract: The retrieval of the 3D tree models cannot get the higher accuracy, retrieving efficiency and descripting match. In order to solve the problems, a three-dimensional tree model matching method based on tree space is proposed. By constructing the tree space of the three-dimensional tree model dataset, the method computes the difference between the Euclidean distance and the geodesic distance in the tree space by means of spindle matching, contour matching, and branch matching, and gradually matches the corresponding model. Great effort is given to designing and delivering a continuing education program, but it is also important to know if the training had all of the intended impacts. Nationally, there is no evidence-based system in place for training evaluation at EMS. Considering drones’ recent technological advancements over the past decade, they are increasingly ready to replace conventional truck-based delivery services, especially for the last mile of the trip. Drones have significantly improved in terms of their travel ranges, load-carrying capacity, positioning accuracy, durability, and battery charging rates. Levels of Automation (LOA) provide a method for describing authority granted to automated system elements to make individual decisions. However, these levels are technology-centric and provide little insight into overall system operation. The current research discusses an alternate classification scheme, referred to as the Level of Human Control Abstraction (LHCA). LHCA is an operator-centric framework that classifies a system’s state based on the required operator inputs. The framework consists of five levels, each requiring less granularity of human control: Direct, Augmented, Parametric, Goal-Oriented, and Mission-Capable. However, extensive studies on the vehicle routing problem with cross-docking (VRPCD) only considered the forward flow instead of the reverse flow. Automation is pervasive across all task domains, but its adoption poses unique challenges within the intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) domain. When users are unable to establish optimal levels of trust in the automation, task accuracy, speed, and automation usage suffer (Chung & Wark, 2016). In the first problem, a combinatorial auction market has been proposed for fractional ownership of autonomous vehicles. The proposed combinatorial auction has two unique features. First, the items are continuous time slots defined by bidders and second, the spatial information of bidders has been incorporated so that sharing becomes a viable plan. The 45th Weather Squadron (45th WS) ensures that any weather safety requirements are met during pre-launch and actual space launch. The importance and value of statistical predictions increase as data grows in availability and quantity. Metamodels, or surrogate models, provide the ability to rapidly approximate and predict information. However, selection of the appropriate metamodel for a given dataset is often arduous, and the choice of the wrong metamodel could lead to considerably inaccurate results. This research proposes and tests the framework for a metamodel recommendation system. The implementation allows for virtually any dataset and preprocesses data, calculates meta-features, evaluates the performance of various metamodels, and learns how the data behaves via meta-learning, thus preparing and bettering itself for future recommendations. …

The 45th Weather Squadron supports the space launch efforts out of the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station for the Department of Defense, NASA, and commercial customers through weather assessments. Their assessment of the Lightning Launch Commit Criteria (LLCC) for avoidance of natural and rocket triggered lightning to launch vehicles is critical in approving space shuttle and rocket launches. The LLCC includes standards for cloud formations, which requires proper cloud identification and characterization methods.
