Abstract: To address the cooperative interference allocation of jamming tasks, a cooperative interference allocation method of jamming resources was proposed based on the improved genetic algorithm. In search and tracking modes of the target radar, a threat level assessment was conducted by the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) based on the entropy weight method. Abstract: Existing optimization algorithms for solving the vehicle routing problem with time windows (VRPTW) are prone to fall into local optimal solutions and have slow convergence speed. To address this issue, a K-means clustering algorithm and improved large neighborhood search algorithm (K-means-ILNSA) was proposed. A strategy of clustering before optimization was adopted, and the K-means algorithm was adopted to group the customers to be delivered, so as to improve the optimization efficiency. Abstract: To address the scheduling problem of aircraft fleet support processes under limited resources, a fleet support process optimization model that covered multiple aircraft, activities, and resource constraints was developed. An activity node graph model was used to establish the temporal logic, resource competition, and other constraints in the fleet support process, forming a "time – activity – resource" multidimensional optimization model. Abstract: To address the shortcomings of current contactless delivery methods in the collaborative distribution of epidemic prevention supplies, we introduce a specialized model called the vehicle routing problem with drones considering zoned distribution (VRPD-ZD). The base connection is flexible, not fully pinned/fixed, implying a nonlinear moment rotation relationship. This deviates from a linear response, where rotation is not directly proportional to the applied moment. Numerical investigations using the commercial software ABAQUS were conducted to analyze the steel base plate connections. The finite element (FE) models were verified against previous experimental results. Moreover, numerical findings of a comprehensive parametric investigation were conducted. This research addresses the development of deployment policies for aerially dropped sensors in a wireless sensor network (WSN). Multi-objective genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing meta-heuristic techniques, along with Monte Carlo simulation are used to identify policies with the aim of maximizing coverage and minimizing the number of sensors deployed. Abstract: Grid-connected solar micro-inverter is a highly nonlinear and time-varying system, so it is difficult to achieve good control effect using traditional PI controller. Small signal analysis model of micro-inverter was established, grid-connected current control strategy composed of fuzzy PI controller and grid voltage feed-forward was put forward, and the initial parameters of PI controller was optimized using the genetic algorithm. Simulation results show that the control strategy has the virtues of good robustness, small dynamic deviation, and could reduce the harmonic content of grid-connected current.

Abstract: To solve the problems of information redundancy and low optimization efficiency in the structure learning of fuzzy-tree model, a method based on rigorous binary tree code and genetic algorithm is proposed. The structure of fuzzy-tree model is coded by rigorous binary tree code, which improves the information redundancy of the existing matrix code.
