The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has fast convergence rate and lower mean square error for different higher modulation signals comparison with …

Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: Wind power prediction usually concludes determined and uncertainly prediction. The former puts important on prediction accuracy and the later focus on the the risk of prediction results. For increase the prediction accuracy, an improved differential evolution algorithm was applied to widely search the optimal solution of wavelet neural network in different directions. By calculating joint conditional probability of wind power predictions about prediction error and power fluctuation, the risk of prediction results could be more fully assessed. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation experiments.

Analysis And Simulation Of A Class Of Time-Varying Wireless Networked Control Systems, Weihua Deng, Minrui Fei
Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: The problem of stabilization was investigated for a class of discrete time-varying systems over a physical IEEE 802.11b wireless channel. The wireless network-induced delays were characterized by an inverse Gaussian distribution model (IGDM) and the time-varying nature was depicted by uncertain parameter model. The model-based state feedback controller was designed to compensate the influence of delays and time-varying nature. And the stochastic stabilisability of discrete time-varying networked control system was analyzed and the solution of controller was given in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The effectiveness of the proposed methods was illustrated by numerical simulation examples.

Dem Clustering Simplification Algorithm Based On Fractal Dimension, Zhang Fan, Xiaoyang Li, Liu Huan, Hu Wei, Li Wei
Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: Fractal is the essential characteristic of natural scenes. It can describe the irregular extent of surface topography, so it is used for digital terrain generation. As the inverse process of terrain generation, digital terrain simplification usually uses geometric properties such as curvature index as a measure to reduce the grid to improve the efficiency of electromagnetic solver calculations, flood modeling, visual simulation and other issues, while ignoring the fractal nature of the terrain features. Since a traditional simplification algorithm of DEM is difficult to identify the characteristics of complex topography, a new clustering simplification algorithm based on fractal dimension …
