In agricultural supply chains, the complexity and indeterminacy pose serious challenges to traceability, reliability and confidence today. This challenge is especially acute in the olive oil industry where adulteration, wrong labeling, and uneven chemical quality threaten the actual well-being of producers and consumers. The project aims to design a blockchain-based hybrid architecture with intelligent agents (FNNs) to enhance transparency, reliability and responsiveness in the olive oil supply chain. This article examines responses to the regulatory challenges posed by decentralised finance (DeFi), a fast-evolving domain of blockchain-based financial innovation. It investigates the factors shaping divergent regulatory strategies, with a focus on the European Union’s comprehensive cryptoasset framework and selected comparative insights. Adopting a qualitative legal methodology – combining doctrinal-functional analysis, multivocal literature review, and two case studies – the authors explore how regulatory responses are influenced by three key variables: legal tradition, the financial function performed by blockchain-based solutions, and the level of technological and institutional autonomy. However, current systems suffer from legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) constraints, the risk of counterfeit products, temperature sensitivity, and scalability issues due to the surge in Internet of Things (IoT) data.

With the rapid growth of Decentralized Finance (DeFi), the challenge of Maximum Extractable Value (MEV) has become increasingly significant-particularly on Ethereum. MEV allows malicious actors to manipulate transaction order within blocks, enabling exploitative strategies such as frontrunning and sandwich attacks. In response, recent research has proposed encrypted mempools, which conceal trans- action content until after ordering is finalized, thereby reducing the exploitable surface for MEV. The software supply chain encompasses all stages of software development and delivery from initial coding and version control to integration and deployment. As development environments become increasingly distributed and reliant on external dependencies, ensuring the integrity, auditability, and consistency of code changes has become a pressing challenge. Blockchain technology (BT) has the potential to enhance security and robustness of transactions through a distributed ledger bookkeeping process. This study employs technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework and threat-rigidity theory (TRT) to examine whether perceived disruption caused by COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacted the adoption of BT, and inclination to adopt BT in the US. The COVID-19 pandemic provided a unique backdrop, as it affected businesses across all industries, sizes, and geographies. Traditional Machine Learning (ML) methods usually rely on a central server to per-
form ML tasks. However, these methods have problems like security risks, data
storage issues, and high computational demands. Federated Learning (FL), on the
other hand, spreads out the ML process. It trains models on local devices and then
combines them centrally. While FL improves computing and customization, it still
faces the same challenges as centralized ML in security and data storage.
This thesis introduces a new approach combining Federated Learning and Decen-

Cloud Manufacturing(CMfg) is an advanced manufacturing model that caters to fast-paced agile requirements (Putnik, 2012). For manufacturing complex products that require extensive resources, manufacturers explore advanced manufacturing techniques like CMfg as it becomes infeasible to achieve high standards through complete ownership of manufacturing artifacts (Kuan et al., 2011). Abstract: The autonomous collaborative control of a multi-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system lacks a unified underlying technology platform and faces single point failure and information security threats. In order to solve these problems, an idea to build collaborative task planning platforms based on blockchain technology is proposed. With thecollaborative task allocation of multiple UAVs as research objects, an online, safe, high-efficiency, and real-time task allocation method is designed.
