يسعى البحث إلى دراسة دور الإقتصاد المعرفي في بناء منظومة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والذي يعد الأساس في تطور المجتمعات ، وخاصة في مجال تطبيقه في الحياة العلمية في تنمية وإعداد الكوادر البشرية المتخصصة والعملية في توفير فرص عمل جديدة للعاطلين عن العمل وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على جمهورية مصر العربية كنموذج على ضوء البيانات المتوفرة عن مؤشرات البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. وما أفرزته تلك الدراسة من انعكاسات ايجابية للاقتصاد المعرفي على مستوى الإقتصاد الكلي للدولة والتي تساهم في عملية التطور والنمو الإقتصادي ، التي تستمد مقومات تحقيقها من مكونات تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات، وخلص البحث إلى تقديم بعض الاستنتاجات والتوصيات

تم في هذا البحث عمل تحليل التباين للتجارب العاملية المنفذة بتصميم RCBD التي تكرر في أكثر من موقع أي (تحليل التباين المركب لهذه التجارب) ولجميع أنواع النماذج (النموذج الثابت ، النموذج العشوائي والنموذج المختلط) وذلك من خلال بيان الفقرات الآتية :النموذج الرياضي ، تقدير التأثيرات ، التباين المتوقع (EMS) وجدول تحليل التباين (ANOVA).

من خلال هذا المقال سنحاول إبراز أهم الخصائص التي ميزت بيئة الأعمال الدولية، وذلك من حيث الاختلافات التي أصبحت تميز المجال المحاسبي بين الدول، كما سنوضح بعض المفاهيم الخاصة بكل من التوحيد والتوافق المحاسبي من حيث إظهار الفرق بين هذين المصطلحين، وكذا الأهداف والمبررات والمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق وتنفيذ هذين الإستراتيجيتين كنموذج دولي يساعد في التقليل من التباينات المحاسبية والمالية بين الدول.وفي هذا الإطار سندرج المحاولة الجزائرية الرامية إلى تحقيق الإصلاح المحاسبي مع تبيان لأهم النقائص التي ميزت المخطط المحاسبي الوطني وأهم ما جاء به النظام المحاسبي المالي الجديد.

The welfare of broiler chickens in cages is affected by movement restriction, poor bone strength due to lack of exercise, and prevention of key behavioral patterns such as dustbathing and ground scratching. In this paper we investigate a stochastic appointment-scheduling problem in an outpatient clinic with a single doctor. The number of patients and their sequence of arrivals are fixed, and the scheduling problem is to determine an appointment time for each patient. The service durations of the patients are stochastic, and only the mean and covariance estimates are known. We do not assume any exact distributional form of the service durations, and we solve for distributionally robust schedules that minimize the expectation of the weighted sum of patients' waiting time and the doctor's overtime. This case study discusses the economic, legal, and ethical considerations for conducting clinical trials in a controversial context. In 2010, pharmaceutical giant Roche received a shame award by the Swiss non-governmental organization Berne Declaration and Greenpeace for conducting clinical trials with organs taken from executed prisoners in China. The company respected local regulations and industry ethical standards. However, medical associations condemned organs from executed prisoners on moral grounds. Human rights organizations demanded that Roche ended its clinical trials in China immediately. Negotiations are important interactions in ongoing buyer-supplier relationships. Previous research has identified two commonly utilized types of negotiation strategies that are incorporated into buyer-supplier negotiation encounters. The collaborative strategy seeks to achieve an outcome that is mutually beneficial, while a competitive strategy is focused on individual outcomes. The purpose of this dissertation is to utilize a multi-method research approach to examine the relational impact of negotiation strategies choices. In the transportation industry, companies position rolling stock where it is likely to be needed in the face of a pronounced weekly cyclical demand pattern in orders.

Strategic policies based on assumptions of repetition of cyclical weekly patterns set rolling stock targets; during tactical execution, a myriad dynamic influences cause deviations from strategically set targets. We find that optimal strategic plans do not agree with results of tactical modeling; strategic results are in fact suboptimal in many tactical situations. We discuss managerial implications of this finding and how the two modeling paradigms can be reconciled.
