First, the outcomes of pulling a public policy lever are often deeply uncertain because of the complexity of the social and physical systems involved. Research Aims: This research aims to investigate the impact of organizational inertia on digital capabilities and digital transformation to optimize firm competencies.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The dataset was produced through a quantitative survey of 125 firms in Indonesia using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyse the data.

Research Findings: The results of this study indicate that organizational inertia indirectly impacts firm competencies through digital capabilities and digital transformation. Organizational inertia impacts digital capabilities, not digital transformation, whereas digital capabilities impact digital transformation and a firm’s competencies.

Research Aims: This research aims to identify the characteristics of Generation Z e-wallet customers in DKI Jakarta; analyse the effect of push-pull-mooring effects on switching intention, the moderating effect of the mooring effects on the relationship between push effects and pull effects with switching intention, and the effect of switching intention on the switching behaviour of Generation Z e-wallet customers.

Design/Methodology/Approach: There were 262 respondents, using non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS.

This study examines the impacts of R&D on new-born startups’ revenue during the 0-3 age period, as well as investigating the moderating role of founding team human capital in the R&D-revenue relationship. The sample is from a longitudinal panel data from the Kauffman Firm Survey (KFS), including a total of 1369 technology-based startups established in year 2004 and a total of 286 founding teams. However, most research assumes complete centralization or complete decentralization but omits the commonly adopted supply chain structure of partial centralization. With partial centralization, a firm owns a portion, but not all, of its partner. We study the informational content of factor structures in discrete triangular systems. Factor structures have been employed in a variety of settings in cross sectional and panel data models, and in this paper we attempt to formally quantify their informational content in a bivariate system often employed in the treatment effects literature. Our main findings are that under the factor structures often imposed in the literature, point identification of parameters of interest, such as both the treatment effect and the factor load, is attainable under weaker assumptions than usually required in these systems. Large parts of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes are automated. One example is the item values in the sales order process. To execute a sales order, the ERP system applies a specific “find” strategy on a wide variety of data sources such as customer master, material master, and customer price-specific data tables, and extracts information such as customer class, discounts, and dates for computations of line items, namely, prices, discounts, and taxes. Asthma is a chronic condition whose symptoms are managed/prevented using medication and interventions. The overarching objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of patients' demographics on case management enrollment and healthcare utilization, as well as to develop machine learning models to predict high-cost patients.

To accomplish these goals, the Man-Whiteness test, the chi-squares test, logistic regression and odds ratios, and machine learning models were implemented. The average cost of the non-enrolled CM group was significantly higher than the enrolled group (p-value .0001). Long-Term Care (LTCs) facilities and nursing homes have been an essential part of the healthcare industry to meet the needs of older adults. However, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs/ EHR within LTC facilities and nursing homes have lagged more than in other healthcare sectors. This research analyzed the impact of implementing EMR/EHR and Computerized Decision Support Systems within LTC facilities and nursing homes. In nursing homes and LTC facilities where EMR/EHR has been implemented, patient outcomes improved by reduced pressure ulcers and increased identification of patients at risk for malnutrition and falls. We Begin to Fill This Gap by Discussing the Nature of Conceptual Articles on Entrepreneurship, Particularly Those Geared for Publication in Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice.
