هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق الإدارة المفتوحة بشركات التأمين( الخرطوم ــ السودان) وواقع أداء تلك الشركات ، إذ اختبرت الدراسة أثر تطبيق الإدارة المفتوحة في أداء شركات التأمين السودانية في الفترة من العام (2019 ــ 2014) و إنتهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ، كما تم تصميم استبانة( اشتمل المتغير المستقل فيها على ثمانية محاور اتضح بعد تحليلها أن ثلاثة منها فقط وهي التقارير المكشوفة ، الإدارة المشتركة وإدارة المعرفة لها أثر في المتغير التابع الأداء ، خمسة منها مطبقة بشركات التأمين وهي الشفافية الإدارية ، تمكين العاملين، التعلم، التدريب، أنظمة الحوافز لكن ليس لها أثر في أدائها) وزعت على …

يعد الأقتصاد العراقي من أكثر الأقتصاديات في العالم غنى بالموارد الطبيعية وبالأخص النفط ألا أن واقع النمو والتنمية الأقتصادية لا يعكسان هذه الوفرة في الموارد بسبب تعاقب الأحداث السياسية والأقتصادية خلال فترات زمنية تمتد لعشرات السنين ، فنشوب الحروب المتعاقبة أثر على معدلات النمو الأقتصادي وعلى الموارد المالية المخصصة بصورة جعلت الأقتصاد العراقي يتصف بالريعية وعدم التنوع هذا الى جانب أن السياسات الأقتصادية المتخذة والمطبقة في البلد أتسمت بالتقلب تبعاً لأختلاف هذه الأحداث السياسية وتأثيرها على المسيرة التنموية ، لذلك جاء هذا البحث ليركز على السياسة المالية والنقدية وعلاقتهما النمو الأقتصادي في العراق خلال المدة 1990-2016.

تسعى هذه الدراسة الى أستكشاف دور صراع المهمة النسبي في تفسير العلاقة بين ثقافة الخطأ التنظيمي وأداء مقدمي الخدمة في مجموعة من المصارف الحكومية والأهلية في محافظات الفرات الأوسط (المثنى, الديوانية, الحلة, كربلاء), إذ بلغت عينة الدراسة الحالية (40) مدير مصرفي و (259) عاملاً مع اختلاف تحصيلهم العلمي ومناصبهم الإدارية. وتضم الدراسة ثلاث متغيرات رئيسية وهي المتغير المستقل المتمثل بثقافة الخطأ التنظيمي, والمتغير الوسيط متمثلاً بصراع المهمة النسبي والمتغير المعتمد فهو متغير اداء مقدمي الخدمة. وقد استخدمت أداة قياس تم أعدادها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة من أجل جمع بيانات الدراسة. وتضم الدراسة ثلاث فرضيات رئيسة تتمثل بأختبار العلاقة بين ثقافة …

This study aims to analyze the role of online information in the decision-making process of investors in the form of donation-based crowdfunding. We use Kitabisa.com as a donation-based crowdfunding platform and collect 74 data on donation projects. This study uses the combination of a regression model with cross section data and an Elaboration likelihood model. The results of this study found that several very important online information variables, such as updates and shares on Facebook, proved significant to influence investors' decisions on crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia. Using motivation crowding and self-determination theories, this study examines the relationship between elements of management control, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and the performance of public sector organizations in Indonesia. We used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a survey method on 187 employees of district/city governments in Indonesia to see if results, action, personnel, and cultural controls have an effect on employee motivation. A new auditor reporting standard requires auditors to disclose critical audit matters (CAMs) in the auditor’s report. CAMs highlight accounts or disclosures that involved especially challenging, subjective, or complex auditor judgment. As one of few audit-related disclosures, CAMs act as an important signal of qualitative aspects of recognized (i.e., items shown on the face of the financial statements) or disclosed (i.e., items shown in the footnotes of the financial statements) financial statement items.
