This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the significant influence of financial technology (FinTech) on the banking industry, consumer finance, and economic growth. It specifically concentrates on the swiftly changing FinTech environment in Egypt. The study investigates the impact of incorporating advanced technologies on worldwide financial practices, which has significantly transformed traditional banking models and facilitated the emergence of inventive financial services. The transition is clearly apparent in Egypt, where the expansion of FinTech has been driven by advances in regulations, adaptation to technology, and a population that is becoming more comfortable with digital solutions.

It takes Essential Science Indicators (ESI) highly cited papers referenced in patents as the foundatial analyzing data, revealing the impact of leading-edge fundamental research on the development of technological innovation worldwide. It identifies the hotspot areas that are driving the advancement of technological innovation and compares the performance between China and the United States in these areas, providing robust data support for informed scientific decision-making. After examining nearly 160 strategy and planning documents released by scientific and technological powerhouses from 2000 to 2023, the study finds ten common approaches adopted by the powerhouses to advance nano S&T as follows. In California (CA), the wildland-urban interface (WUI) faces escalating challenges due to surging population and real estate development. This study evaluates communities along CA's WUI that have witnessed substantial population growth from 2010 to 2021, utilizing demographic data and the 2020 WUI boundaries by the University of Wisconsin-Madison SILVIS Lab. Employing the Mann-Kendall test, we analyze yearly population trends for each census tract along the CA WUI and assess their significance. House ownership, affordability, and wildfire risk are examined as potential drivers of this demographic shift. Digital transformation is the key for enterprises to achieve breakthrough development, and the heterogeneity of top management team (TMT) has an important impact on the success of digital transformation. Starting from the high-level echelon theory, taking the panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies during 2010—2021 as research samples, the Herfinadal coefficient was used to measure the heterogeneity of TMT function-al background, and the impact of TMT functional background heterogeneity on enterprises' digital transformation was investigated.
