This article provides an overview of COUNTER5 metrics and reports, describes the Usage Data Dashboard template, and provides several takeaways for designing data collection workflows. Drawing from research data management (RDM) principles surrounding documentation, the Usage Data Dashboard template can support library workers and improve processes of collecting and interpreting electronic usage data.

High Throughput Phenotyping: Field Based Triticale Breeding And Educational Resource Impact, Catherine Kay Mick

Triticale (Triticosecale) is a multifunctional hybrid cereal crop that adopted the hardiness of rye and wheat's high-yielding and nutritional qualities. Plant breeding programs work to improve the quality and number of varieties available to producers through multiple rounds of evaluation and selection. However, traditional phenotyping methods are labor-intensive, time-consuming, and destructive, creating a phenotyping bottleneck. Remote sensing using unmanned aerial systems has the potential to alleviate this issue and change the evaluation of phenotypes in a breeding. This study is on the impact of remuneration on staff productivity in Imo State University, Owerri library and Coal City University, Enugu library. The study aims to ascertain the impact of remuneration in university libraries. Three research objectives and three research questions were adopted for this study.
