Abstract: The problem of robot processing path optimization for multi-contour parts was studied, and a new path planning algorithm based on the improved genetic algorithm and the minimum external triangle method was proposed. The genetic algorithm based on modified circle was applied to optimize the cutting path which selected arbitrarily, and an optimal contour sequence was found. The minimum external triangle method was used to seek the node as the tool entrance on each adjacent contour dynamically, and an optimal cutting path was constructed through several iterations in this way. Abstract: Thermal power plants for the main steam temperature are difficult to control, using Imperialist Competitive Algorithm to accomplish main steam temperature cascade control strategy simulation optimization. The main steam cascade PID control system with limiting and speed actuator as simulation object determined the appropriate error indicator function ITAE criterion. Several types of Cascade PID control scheme were compared. Simulation results show that Imperialist Competitive Algorithm is convenient and effective method of parameter optimization, and PID-PI cascade type system has better balanced dynamic performance, anti-interference ability.

By decoding and processing the raw data of AIS, data of rate of turning (ROT) are re-constructed with application of cubic spline interpolation method. Abstract: The simulation model of the pulverizing system of a 300 MW lignite oxygen-enriched combustion boiler was developed. And the dynamic and static simulation experiments were completed, the experiments included lignite surface moisture content variation, disturbance of feeder norm speed, flue gas inlet temperature and flow rate etc. The results show that, the model is able to correctly simulate the dynamic process of the system. Moisture reduction has a larger impact on the pulverizing system operating parameters. The mill outlet temperature gets a significant rise, especially when it is less than 30%. Three kinds of typical layout of facility were concluded and abstract by the enterprise facts. The evaluation system was established in the environment with complexity of manufacturing system. Abstract: In order to design a kind of high efficiency and low cost multifunctional skidder suitable for forest conditions of China, the replaceable triangular track was applied to skidder and the virtual prototype of triangular track skidder and road models were built based on the theoretical analysis by Solidworks and RecurDyn Software. Simulation analysis regarding the effects of pre-tension, turning angle, road conditions, loading and skidding on skidder's turning performance was made. Abstract: The particle swarm optimization (PSO) has some demerits, such as relapsing into local extremum, slow convergence velocity and low convergence precision in the late evolutionary. The Lévy particle swarm optimization (Lévy PSO) was proposed. Abstract: The doppler shift is augmented, that causes acquisition and tracking of GNSS losing, error of CNS's ray propagation also causes the problem of celestial body tracking when aircraft is hypersonically flighting. A way of INS/GNSS/CNS integrated navigation fault detection of the hypersonic cruising aircraft based on the residual chi-square-Fuzzy ARTMAP (Adaptive Resonance Theory Map) fast neural networks was proposed. Abstract: In order to study the trajectory deflection law of projectiles obliquely penetrating into concrete targets, based on the theory of rigid body kinematics and cavity expansion, the penetration motion differential equations of ogive-nosed projectile were established. The variation rules of trajectory offset and invasion depth were given in different initial conditions through the programming calculation and numerical simulation by MATALB and ANSYS-LYNA software. The calculation results agree well with experimental data. The results show that the influence of penetration depth and deflection angle increase with the oblique angle increasing. For some years now, our Department of Engineering Technology of the XXXX, has collaborated with Universities across the southern border to carry out different activities such as undergraduate research, collaborative course-based projects, and senior design projects.
