Abstract: The smoothness of restored video is poor to the complex-texture block for the H.264 standard error concealment algorithm. Aiming at the H.264 questions, the project of adaptive error concealment based on multi-texture direction was proposed. A multiple model predictive control based decentralized coordinated control, which combined the characteristics of multiple model predictive control (MPC) and interaction measurement modeling, was proposed and applied to the simulation study of a hybrid wind-thermal power system. Abstract: The construction methodology of partially observed system realizing unambiguous fault diagnosis was studied. The observable places determination algorithm OPD was proposed, and the necessary and sufficient condition for solution existence of the algorithm with polynomial time complexity was presented, then it is proved that all transitions in the modeled system could be distinguished by setting SO. Abstract: Considering that Polyacrylonitrile Dimethyl Sulfoxide solution and Dimethyl Sulfoxide aqueous solution were used as the spinning dope and coagulating liquid respectively, the solidification process in spinning system of carbon fiber was studied. The radial concentration distribution and the curve of time-dependence concentration were proposed. The influence of the spinning conditions on the solidification process was investigated by changing the parameters of the model. The results show that extending the coagulation time by using coarser article spinning or increasing the solid content in dope can help to obtain the fiber with uniform structure and densification. Abstract: In order to improve the offense and defense capability of robot soccer, a dynamic offense and defense conversion strategy of robot soccer based on hybrid communication mechanism of ant colony system was proposed. The feature of extension theory was used in managing the structured information through qualitative and quantitative description, and it was also combined by the characteristic of parallel construct in neural network. Abstract: Based on the Variations Seculaires des Orbites Planetaires (VSOP) 87 theory, an approach for generating infrared radiant scene of planetary background was presented. With the VSOP87 theory, the heliocentric coordinates of eight planets in the solar system were worked out at given time. Abstract: With the same input voltage and duty cycle, quasi-Z-source boost converter can provide higher output voltage than traditional boost converter. It has the advantages of high efficiency, wide range of practical output voltage. A quasi-Z-source boost converter topology with soft switching technology was proposed. Using assist switch replaced the diode of original topology, which could accomplish the zero voltage switching on state of the main switch. The MATLAB/Simulink simulation results show that the new topology can reduce the switch stress of main switch and increase the system stability, also it can prolong the life time of switching devices.

Abstract: A position controller for a quadruped robot with high payload was proposed. The robot was developed by the lab, and the high payload capacity was realized by the specific design of its actuation system, integrating novel high precision actuators, and by its legs, composed by a new family of parallel mechanisms. The foot trajectory was scheduled based on the Bezier curve in order to improve the stability of quadruped robot. The performance and efficiency of the proposed methods were verified by simulation and experiments.

The food distribution process is responsible for significant quality loss in perishable products. However, preserving quality is costly and consumes a tremendous amount of energy. Research On Radar Anti-Jamming Performance Evaluation Index System Based On Rough Set Theory, Zongfeng Qi, Han Shan, Jianxun Li

Abstract: The applications of generalized rough set theory were researched for the construction and optimization of radar anti-jamming performance evaluation index system. A mass of real-valued data was converted to some interval-valued data to avoid the difficulty of classification. The H'- information entropy-based information filling technique was employed to solve the problem of missing evaluation data. The E-condition entropy-based heuristic algorithm was applied to make attribute reduction, optimize evaluation index system, and extract final decision rules. The feasibility, validity and practicability of proposed method were testified by a simulation example.

Abstract: Vulnerability to spoofing attacks is the main drawback for current face authentication systems. Traditional spoofing attacks include displaying printed photos and replaying recorded videos. Abstract: Hose-Drogue fly with the tanker in the air can produce shaking motion which increases the difficulty of coupling with a refueling drogue for a receiver plane safely and accurately. A mathematical model of shaking motion of aerial refueling hose drogue under the tanker wake and atmospheric turbulence was proposed by the method of rigid multibody dynamics. Abstract: The phenomenon of non-motor vehicle reverse driving in one-way non-motor vehicle road occurs in most China's cities. A cellular automata model of non-motor vehicle flow mixed with reverse driving vehicles was established, which considered the different lane-changing rules of the reverse and forward vehicle. The results of the computer numerical simulation for the model show that, in low density stage, the ratio of reverse vehicles has little effect on flow and speed, and the capacity and the avenge speed decrease as the ratio of reverse vehicles increases. Abstract: An algorithm for the aircraft constant-altitude long-distance flight consider earth curvature studied. The required overload was calculated using the error between the real position and the ideal trajectory for two basic long-distance flight styles, i.e. great circle flight and circular flight, the simulation model of the two basic constant-altitude flight styles was established. On this basis, taking the modeling of constant-altitude box maneuvering and 8-shape constant-altitude flight as an example, the modeling process of constant-altitude combined model was studied.
