Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and quality of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) substation inspection, a hierarchical motion planning method for UAV inspection based on front-end path search and back-end trajectory generation is proposed. At the front end, an improved A* algorithm is proposed to increase the planning speed and reduce the path turnings by constraining the direction of node expansion and modifying the heuristic function. At the back end, a minimum-snap trajectory optimization combined with the waypoint filtering method is proposed to generate a smooth trajectory that is beneficial for UAV inspection and tracking. Abstract: The aircraft assignment problem is studied from a maintenance assurance perspective. In order to ensure its continuous airworthiness, civil aircraft are required to perform maintenance tasks, i. e., scheduled inspections, at specified intervals. The scheduled inspection interval is usually controlled by the number of flight cycles (FC), flight hours (FH), or flight days (FD), whichever comes first. To facilitate the initiative's implementation, the aim is to provide commanders with practical instances, dimensions, findings, and results. Throughout the coding process, instances of AI’s mechanisms were discovered in the literature. The link between PE and HQR boosted the overall vitality within the squadron, where vitality was determined to be the goal. This dissertation explores the application of machine learning to the control of autonomous unmanned combat aerial vehicles (AUCAVs). In particular, this research applies deep reinforcement learning methodologies to a defensive air combat scenario wherein a fleet of AUCAVs protects a military high-value asset (HVA). A collection of air battle management scenarios along with an original simulation environment and a set of designed computational experiments support the approximation of high-quality decision policies by employing Markov decision processes, approximate dynamic programming algorithms, and deep neural networks for value function approximation.

Specifically, instance space analysis (ISA) is used to characterize the landscape of existing instances and validate the novelty of new instances generated with a novel problem generation method, the primal problem instance generator (PPIG). Learning control policies for a large number of agents in a decentralized setting is challenging due to partial observability, uncertainty in the environment, and scalability challenges. While several scalable multiagent RL (MARL) methods have been proposed, relatively few approaches exist for large scale constrained MARL settings. QNNs are a type of neural network wherein the weights, biases, and input values are all represented as quaternion numbers. This work provides a critical evaluation of the myriad different quaternion backpropagation derivations that exist in the literature, testing the performance of each on a range of regression problem sets. The article presents the results of the study of the pumpkin drying process, comparisons with different drying models are carried out. A mathematical model for numerical analysis has been developed. Pumpkin drying rates are calculated and various drying models are investigated. 5 different drying models were used to verify the accuracy of experimental data and search for the most suitable model. The experimental data obtained for the drying air temperature of 45 °C, 55 °C and 65 °C were applied to various drying models.

In this work, a mathematical model of industrial wastewater treatment technology was formed. First, wastewater treatment technologies were analyzed and the technology of ion-exchange resin treatment was selected. A water purification device using ion-exchange resins was made, and tested on the Kungrad soda plant and the results were obtained. According to these results, it was determined that the cleaning coefficient of the device is up to 98-99%. Abstract: Accurate short-term vehicle speed prediction helps to resolve city traffic congestion problems. Focusing on the defect that CNN cannot process non-Euclidean geometric data, GCN and BiLSTM are combined to fully process the spatiotemporal characteristics of road network information, in which the advantages of GCN integrating global features and the ability of BiLSTM to extract temporal features are considered. In order to reduce the interference of noise to the data, variational modal decomposition (VMD) is introduced and short-term vehicle speed prediction model based on VMD-GCN-BiLSTM (VGBLSTM) is proposed .
