Previous literature demonstrates common childhood characteristics of adults with mental health problems and children with internalizing and externalizing behavior challenges (Fatori et al., 2013; Jaffee et al., 2002; Koegel et al., 1995; Morrissey et al., 2014). The aim of this study was to explain the effects a practicum had on the attitudes and perceived self-efficacy of preservice physical educators toward teaching students with disabilities in an inclusive learning environment. Through this non-experimental descriptive correlational study, 31 high school classrooms were observed, and instances of non-content teacher talk were identified and correlated with female student science identity survey responses to determine the presence or absence of a relationship between the two constructs. A correlational research design was used employing both naturalistic observation and survey methods. Non-content teacher talk data were collected via teacher voice recordings during class sessions and science identity data were collected via a student science identity survey. The purpose of this correlational study was to explore the relationship, if any, between school principals’ laissez-faire leadership and teacher turnover. My research expanded the literature to focus specifically on principal gender and teachers at different levels of teaching experience. I used the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to measure the independent variable, principals’ laissez-faire leadership, and the Turnover Intention Scale (TIS-6) to survey the dependent variable, teacher turnover intention. The study found that experienced teachers who are led by laissez-faire principals are more likely to leave their job. The findings illuminated that it is teachers with more than three years …

The transport and mixing of dissolved oxygen (DO) is important to replenish the oxygen depleted by natural processes; gas transfer in general has implications for ecosystem metabolism and greenhouse gas transfer. Currently, reaeration coefficients can be found through gas tracer methods, which estimates one-way gas transfer.
