Systems and techniques are described for dynamically generating personalized, context-aware media segments for insertion into media streams. A system can analyze user profile data in conjunction with the primary media content, such as its audio transcript and visual elements, to establish a specific context. A script generation module may then author a new script based on this context, which a multimodal synthesis model can use to create a new audiovisual segment, for instance, employing voice cloning and conditional video generation. Conventional product development processes can involve the manual coordination of multiple teams. This disclosure describes a system that can utilize a cooperative framework of specialized software agents to automate aspects of product research and prototype planning. The system can execute a multi-stage workflow where agents may perform roles, such as research agents gathering data, analyst agents synthesizing information to identify trends, and planner agents generating machine-readable implementation plans. The framework can also include oversight agents to facilitate quality control through automated feedback loops. Proposed herein is an artificial intelligence (AI) for information technology operations (AIOps)-driven engine and system that provides for the ability to automate the transition from legacy Internet Protocol (IP)-based rules to identity-centric, zero trust policies. In this context, Security Group Tags (SGTs) are used as an illustrative example of such attribute-based policies. The system correlates identity metadata with real-time traffic telemetry and applies a Stability Index (SI) to evaluate whether a legacy rule can be converted to an attribute-based policy with reduced risk of service disruption. Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are promising biomarkers and therapeutic delivery vehicles for disease diagnosis and treatment. However, standardizing isolation and characterization techniques is essential, as different isolation methods can alter the biophysical properties of the sEVs. In this study, we compared the physicochemical properties of HEK-293-derived sEVs isolated by polymer precipitation (PP) and sucrose cushion ultracentrifugation (UC). Using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and chemical force microscopy (CFM), we measured the morphology, adhesion, Young’s modulus, and lipid membrane tethering events to understand how the choice of isolation method influences the sEV properties. Repetition As Ritual Structure: Sound, Movement, And Electrodermal Activity In A Hmong Shaman Ceremony, Maile Williams

This thesis examines the relationship between repetitive sound, physiological arousal, and embodied participation in a Hmong shamanic ritual. Drawing on scholarship about music, trance, absorption, repetition, and Hmong ritual journeying and communication, I consider how sonic layers such as chant, rattle and gong help structure ritual time and sustain the shaman's altered state. The project uses electrodermal activity (EDA) data from wearable sensors, video and audio recordings, and my own event coding of sonic and physical activity during a selected 30-minute section of a recorded Hmong shaman ceremony.
