Assembling large-scale, high-definition maps from machine learning predictions generated on small, isolated geographic tiles can result in fragmented data, and some consolidation techniques may introduce geometric inaccuracies. A disclosed technique frames map consolidation as a global optimization problem. The process can involve partitioning a geographic area into patches and generating multiple prediction candidates for each patch. A global solver may then select a candidate for each patch to reduce a total cost. This cost function, for example, can evaluate the intrinsic quality of individual candidates and the geometric and semantic connectivity between candidates in adjacent patches. The present publication describes an approach for mitigating processing overhead and malicious route oscillations within BGP routing protocol. The described system enhances dampening mechanisms within a routing information base and a forwarding information base by marking unstable routes as unusable while retaining their entries. Furthermore, the approach utilizes policy hardening to enforce a default local preference value for externally advertised routes, which neutralizes exploitation vectors where attackers manipulate route preferences using routing communities.

This paper presents a novel geometric framework, termed Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP), to reconcile the foundational mechanics of high-energy particle physics with the empirical datasets generated by modern hadronic colliders. Rather than treating the spacetime vacuum as an abstract mathematical void populated by independent, fundamental point-particles, DEHP models the universe as a continuous, two-dimensional viscoelastic phase fluid substrate (\(z=0\)) capable of localized, non-linear geometric displacement along a vertical projection axis (\(z>0\)).

Existing tools generally address individual domains or workflows rather than coordinating heterogeneous operations under a single operator-driven trigger. The techniques presented herein implement a system that enables an artificial intelligence (AI) agent to execute manifest-defined, read-only application programming interface (API) operations across multi-vendor infrastructure in response to a single human trigger. Background: Tuberculosis remains a major global public health challenge. This study determined the prevalence of latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) using the Interferon-Gamma Release Assay (IGRA) and identified associated risk factors among household contacts of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Roi Et Province.

Method: This cross-sectional analytic study included 334 pulmonary tuberculosis patients (index cases) and their 359 household contacts in Roi Et Province. The data was collected using screening and follow-up tools for TB patients and household contacts between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025. Administrative discipline of public employees is regarded as an autonomous punitive system that is distinct from other sanctioning regimes in terms of its objectives, characteristics, and the authority responsible for its enforcement. Nevertheless, this autonomy does not preclude the existence of a close relationship between administrative disciplinary law and criminal law, nor does it prevent the former from being influenced by the latter in several respects. Water striders (Hemiptera: Gerridae) are skating aquatic insects with piercing-sucking mouthparts that opportunistically feed on prey trapped by surface tension. The presence or absence of water striders and other aquatic Hemiptera in water systems may be important indicators of water quality. Despite their importance, the last aquatic Hemiptera checklist for the state was published in 1988. Since this publication, humans have altered waterways to meet their needs, and Gerridae taxonomy has continued to evolve. Many neurological diseases impact specific brain regions despite widespread expression of the disease-related protein. Spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 (SCA1) primarily affects the cerebellum, though Ataxin-1 (ATXN1) is widely expressed. We previously showed that intensified interaction between mutant ATXN1 and Capicua (CIC) drives SCA1 pathogenesis in the cerebellum, whereas ATXN1 loss augments amyloid β production in the hippocampus and cortex. CIC, however, forms a complex with ATXN1 and its paralog, Ataxin-1-like (ATXN1L), yet knockout of either yields completely different phenotypes. Problem: Postpartum depression has become more prevalent in recent years, negatively impacting infant/mother bonding, infant development, and maternal well-being. Women in rural communities often face limited access to mental health services and supportive services. The purpose of this project was to promote emotional well-being by implementing structured peer support programs to reduce depressive symptoms among postpartum women in rural communities.

Poor T2DM self-management may contribute to decreased self-efficacy and increased risk of complications. The purpose of this project was to evaluate the effectiveness of a four-week community-based T2DM education program on participant self-efficacy related to diabetes management. Sexual violence (SV) is a persistent concern on U.S. college campuses, with student-athletes at higher risk for both perpetration and victimization. Rape myth acceptance (RMA) reflects beliefs that excuse or downplay SV, but it is unclear how these beliefs relate to student-athletes’ personal experiences with SV. This study examined RMA based on past SV involvement and gender, with attention to individuals reporting both perpetration and victimization. Participants were 350 NCAA Division III student-athletes who completed measures of SV perpetration and victimization, RMA, and sexism. Optical Wireless Communication (OWC) promises ultra-high bandwidth for vehicular networks but suffers from critical beam misalignment in dynamic environments. The emerging paradigm of Optical Integrated Sensing and Communication (O-ISAC) addresses this challenge by unifying the sensing and communication functions over a single shared optical aperture, enabling real-time environmental awareness to guide beam steering. Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) is a single-stranded RNA retrovirus whose error-prone reverse transcriptase drives a high mutation rate, enabling adaptive mutations on drug target proteins that confer antiviral resistance and complicate long-term treatment. This study therefore aims to detect such adaptive mutations on HIV-1 drug target proteins using our novel analysis framework (c/µ) on 5,711 genomic sequences, with findings expected to inform timely therapeutic adjustments and guide the development of more robust antiretroviral strategies. This study examined the disconnect between legal access protections and institutional practices in real-time access decisions driven by safety, program integrity, accrediting standards, and decentralized decision-making.
