في ظل التشغيل الالكتروني للبيانات المحاسبية يتطلب توافر مهارات لدى مراقبي الحسابات كي يؤدي مهامه التدقيقية على وفق معايير التدقيق الدولية والمحلية تتناسب مع بيئة الحاسب , لذلك يهدف البحث الى التعرف على المهارات الواجب توافرها لديهم في ظل تلك المعايير من خلال تصميم استمارة استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة من مراقبي الحسابات في ديوان الرقابة المالية ومكاتب التدقيق الخاصة في العراق , وتم تحليل نتائج تلك الاستبانة وفق الأساليب العلمية الإحصائية بقصد تحقيق صحة فرضية البحث, إذ توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن هناك مهارات لدى مراقبي الحسابات عينة البحث يمكن توظيفها في أداء مهامهم التدقيقية بالعناية المهنية المطلوبة ووفقاً …

Some of the most important basic services provided by any level of government are the primary responsibility of municipalities, and urban managers devote more time and attention in making sure that these services are delivered. The availability of public services in any local jurisdiction usually depends on location, history, laws and regulations. Some local governments use alternative service delivery such as public-private partnerships, intergovernmental agreements, and contracting out or privatization. Using an exploratory case study approach, this paper provides a comparative analysis of water and wastewater services in Romania and the United States. Six cities were selected from both countries …

2011 Monitoring Status

Overview

In 2011, the first year of vegetation monitoring by the Northern Great Plains Network Inventory and Monitoring staff at Scotts Bluff National Monument, efforts resulted in the documentation of 79 plant species. This was the lowest number of species among parks sampled in 2011. Graminoid (grass and grass-like plant) species accounted for only 21 (27%) of the total species, but graminoid cover was much higher than that of any other plant type. Forbs were much more diverse, but did not provide as much foliar cover.

Introduction

The Northern Great Plains Inventory and Monitoring Network (NGPN) includes thirteen park units located in five northern Great Plains states across six ecoregions. Plant community composition and structure monitoring comprises the core of the vegetation monitoring effort for the NGPN, covering the “Riparian Lowland Plant Communities” and “Upland Plant Communities” vital signs (Gitzen et al. 2010). The narrative portion of the plant community protocol can be found in Symstad et al. 2012. The narrative includes the rationale for vegetation monitoring, an overview of sample design, field methods, data management, and program requirements. This article tries to show the transformation of jazz music as a cultural product in Yogyakarta. This transformation is, according to Baumann, fluid, contradictory, and ambivalent. In the origin, this music became a symbol of resistance by the lower class, whereas in Indonesia jazz became the upper middle class consumption. However, in its development, some jazz musicians try to restore the original meaning by combining local elements and bring a hybrid genre of jazz, although this was not last long. This paper examines whether Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) in the Durham Region are taking advantage of the opportunity for greater exposure and increased profits using indicators that measure five BIAs and one business association throughout the area. They include: the Pickering Village BIA; the Downtown Ajax BIA; the Downtown Oshawa BIA; the Port Perry BIA; the Downtown Orono BIA; and the Brooklin Business Association. This paper examines whether the municipal corporate culture has adapted to Generation Y or whether Generation Y has assimilated into the municipal corporate culture. The conclusions presented are based on two surveys. The first survey was administered to municipal supervisors in Central and Southern Ontario to determine if their municipality has implemented the recommendations from the literature regarding the transition of Generation Y in the workforce, such as mentoring, feedback, and communication and the use of technology.
