يسعى البحث إلى دراسة دور الإقتصاد المعرفي في بناء منظومة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والذي يعد الأساس في تطور المجتمعات ، وخاصة في مجال تطبيقه في الحياة العلمية في تنمية وإعداد الكوادر البشرية المتخصصة والعملية في توفير فرص عمل جديدة للعاطلين عن العمل وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على جمهورية مصر العربية كنموذج على ضوء البيانات المتوفرة عن مؤشرات البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. وما أفرزته تلك الدراسة من انعكاسات ايجابية للاقتصاد المعرفي على مستوى الإقتصاد الكلي للدولة والتي تساهم في عملية التطور والنمو الإقتصادي ، التي تستمد مقومات تحقيقها من مكونات تقانة المعلومات والاتصالات، وخلص البحث إلى تقديم بعض الاستنتاجات والتوصيات

تم في هذا البحث عمل تحليل التباين للتجارب العاملية المنفذة بتصميم RCBD التي تكرر في أكثر من موقع أي (تحليل التباين المركب لهذه التجارب) ولجميع أنواع النماذج (النموذج الثابت ، النموذج العشوائي والنموذج المختلط) وذلك من خلال بيان الفقرات الآتية :النموذج الرياضي ، تقدير التأثيرات ، التباين المتوقع (EMS) وجدول تحليل التباين (ANOVA).

من خلال هذا المقال سنحاول إبراز أهم الخصائص التي ميزت بيئة الأعمال الدولية، وذلك من حيث الاختلافات التي أصبحت تميز المجال المحاسبي بين الدول، كما سنوضح بعض المفاهيم الخاصة بكل من التوحيد والتوافق المحاسبي من حيث إظهار الفرق بين هذين المصطلحين، وكذا الأهداف والمبررات والمعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق وتنفيذ هذين الإستراتيجيتين كنموذج دولي يساعد في التقليل من التباينات المحاسبية والمالية بين الدول.وفي هذا الإطار سندرج المحاولة الجزائرية الرامية إلى تحقيق الإصلاح المحاسبي مع تبيان لأهم النقائص التي ميزت المخطط المحاسبي الوطني وأهم ما جاء به النظام المحاسبي المالي الجديد.

يعد أنموذج ARX من ألنماذج ألمهمة في موضوع تحليل ألسلاسل ألزمنية, وهنالك خطوات عديدة ومتسلسلة لغرض بناء هذا ألانموذج ومن هذه ألخطوات تشخيص رتب ألانموذج. وقد تم في هذا ألبحث مقارنة أربع معايير للتشخيص وهي معيار معلومات أكياكي (AIC), ومعيار بعد ألوصف ألأصغر(MDL), ومعيار Hannan&Quinn(HQIC), والوسيط للمعيارين (MDL) و (HQIC) وسيرمز له MMH)). و تمت ألمقارنة في مجال ألزمن Time Domain بأستعمال ألمحاكاة استنادا الى عدد ألمرات ألتي ينجح فيها كل معيار في أختيار ألرتب ألصحيحة للأنموذجو لأربعة نماذج ARX برتب مختلفة ,(1,1,1),(1,2,1) ,(2,1,1)(2,2,1) وعند حجوم عينات مختلفة. وقد تبين أن ألمعايير MDL, HQIC, MMH كفوءة في اختيار رتب ألأنموذج, …

The 2010 BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico awakened communities to the increased risk of large-scale damage along their coastlines presented by new technology in deep water drilling. Normal accident theory and high reliability theory offer a framework through which to view the 2010 spill that features predictive criteria linked to a qualitative assessment of risk presented by technology and organizations. Public participation is at the heart of democracy and of the environmental justice movement. Most state-level environmental justice policies and regulations focus on improving public participation within administrative processes to ensure that communities have a voice in the environmental decisions that affect them. New York has adopted an environmental justice policy that follows this model and requires enhanced notice, accessible comment opportunities, and improved access to technical information for new major environmental permits issued to facilities proposed in low-income or minority communities. However, New York's policy, like other state participation-focused environmental justice policies, has yet to be evaluated.

Traffic-related incidents were the leading cause of fatal injuries to officers in 14 of 15 years between 1997 and 2012. Vehicle crashes occur at the individual officer level, but chiefs are responsible for agency performance, creating and implementing police policy, and developing organizational culture. This quantitative survey research study draws from organizational culture theory and asks chiefs in state, county, and city police organizations what they believe are salient factors in crashes causing injuries and death to police officers in the United States. Despite the many benefits associated with policy advocacy, many nonprofit organizations do not lobby. Recently, scholars have called attention to the possibility that the vagueness and ambiguity of the term lobbying may hinder policy advocacy activities, though few studies have systematically explored the relationship between nonprofit professionals' perception of this term and political activity. This study explored the social construction of the term "lobbying" by examining nonprofit leaders' beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors surrounding lobbying activities. Participants reported having a strong aversion to the term "lobbying" and preferred alternative language to describe their political activities. Implications for practice and research are …
