Government social interventions hold considerable power over what choices and opportunities impoverished households have available to escape the oppressive socioeconomic trappings of poverty. The U.S. Internal Revenue Service’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) is one such program. While there are many positive mission statements of social governance, this study focused on the regressive potential for oppressive institutional policies and practices. Theoretical frameworks guiding the study were Pierce’s 1979 model of oppression and Crenshaw’s 1989 intersectionality theory. Community foundations have considerable potential for positive social change in the communities they serve yet are understudied in nonprofit management and leadership literature. Recently, community foundations have become one of the largest avenues of organized philanthropy. The boards of community foundations frequently consist of a different composition of members than other nonprofit organizations, making a focus on individual characteristics of board members a worthwhile area of study. المستخلص تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى إيضاح الدور الذي يمارسه التمايز السلوكي في بلورة التماثل التنظيمي للحد من سلوك العمل المنحرف . وقد جمعت بيانات الدراسة من آراء منتسبي الكلية الاسلامية الجامعة في القادسية وقد بلغ عدد الذين ابدوا آرائهم (55) فرداً ما بين موظف وتدريسي وقائد ادري . تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة التي تدور حول علاقات الارتباط والتأثير المباشر وغير المباشر بين متغيرات الدراسة . اثبتت نتائج الدراسة صحة اغلب الفرضيات والتي اصيغ بصددها مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن الاستفادة منها في تطوير واقع التعليم العالي في العراق بشكل عام وفي المنظمة المبحوثه بشكل خاص .

Vocational high school students are not passing state tests and are not meeting adequate yearly progress (AYP) requirements in Puerto Rico. Limited qualitative research has been conducted to examine the experiences of vocational high school students regarding mandated standardized tests. Using a qualitative case study, the experiences of Puerto Rican cosmetology and barber vocational high school students regarding mandated standardized tests were examined. The purpose of this quantitative correlational research study was to examine how intrinsic and extrinsic motivations affect job satisfaction among different age cohorts in the public workforce. The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to examine the relationship between Nigerian local government administrative leadership and organizational outcome and between perceived leadership effectiveness and transformational leadership factors, based on Bass's full range leadership theory (FRLT). African-trained landed immigrants in the Alberta labor market are faced with employment over qualification and professional devaluation. Researchers have documented the precarious labor market position of this cohort and efforts undertaken by federal and provincial Canadian governments to address it. Little is known, however, about how these African immigrants perceive job satisfaction and over qualification.
