การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) เป็นความท้าทายในระดับโลกพร้อมกับการประยุกต์แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพจะเป็นการช่วยสร้างความยั่งยืนให้แก่ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม การเติบโตขึ้นของธุรกิจร้านกาแฟอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้ปัญหาเศษกากกาแฟเหลือใช้ในแต่ละวันมีจำนวนมากขึ้นตามไปด้วย นำมาซึ่งความจำเป็นในการแก้ปัญหาและจัดการเศษกากกาแฟ Self dripper cone เป็นอีกหนึ่งนวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์ชงกาแฟดริปที่ได้รับความสนใจเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะมีลักษณะการใช้งานที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมเนื่องจากไม่มีการใช้กระดาษกรองในการดริปกาแฟ โดยใช้ลักษณะความพรุนตัวของเซรามิกในการชงกาแฟ อย่างไรก็ตามในขั้นตอนการผลิตนั้นยังไม่เป็นที่เปิดเผย จึงเป็นที่มาของจุดประสงค์ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาและทดสอบความพรุนตัวของดินเผาจากการผสมอินทรีย์ในดิน เพื่อให้ความเหมาะสมกับการดริปกาแฟ 2. เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการจัดการกากกาแฟในธุรกิจร้านกาแฟได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยการประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน และนำข้อสงสัยดังกล่าวมาตั้งสมมติฐานในการหาความพรุนตัวของดินเผาที่มีส่วนผสมจากสารอินทรีย์ที่มีลักษณะเป็นผงที่เมื่อผ่านการผสมกับดินและผ่านการเผาแล้วกากกาแฟที่มีลักษณะเป็นผงจะหายไปจนเกิดเป็นความพรุนตัวของดินเผาและออกมาเป็นวัสดุที่เหมาะสำหรับการออกแบบและนำมาใช้เป็น Self dripper cone ในการศึกษาในช่วงต้นเลือกใช้ 1.กากกาแฟจากเครื่องชงเอสเพรสโซ่ขนาดกากกาแฟ 200-700 ไมครอน 2. กากกาแฟจากเครื่องชงเอสเพรสโซ่ขนาดกากกาแฟ 1100-1300 ไมครอน มาทดสอบเพื่อหาความพรุนตัว โดยใช้ดินเผาทั้ง 4 ชนิด ได้แก่ ดินแม่ริม ดินเหมืองกุง ดินอุดรธานี และดินสโตนแวร์สีดำ (ดินของบริษัทคอมพาวด์เคลย์) มาเป็นวัสดุในการทดสอบกับกากกาแฟ เพื่อให้ได้คุณสมบัติที่เหมาะกับการทำ Self dripper cone และสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาและใช้ประโยชน์ทางธุรกิจร้านกาแฟได้อย่างดี

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง “การสื่อสารผ่านการสัมผัสสำหรับผู้ที่มีและไม่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็น: กรณีศึกษาแบรนด์ .ONCE” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสัญลักษณ์สัมผัสที่สามารถสื่อสารเรื่องสีให้แก่ผู้ที่มีและไม่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็น โดยใช้แนวคิดจากทฤษฎีการรับรู้ผ่านการสัมผัส (Tactile Perception Theory) ทฤษฎีสัญศาสตร์ (Semiotics) และทฤษฎีการสื่อความหมายของสีผ่านสัมผัสในบริบทของผลิตภัณฑ์แฟชั่นการพัฒนาสัญลักษณ์สัมผัสในวิจัยนี้เริ่มจากการกำหนดความหมายที่ต้องการสื่อ โดยอิงจากทฤษฎีของ Roland Barthes ซึ่งแบรนด์ .ONCE ตั้งเป้าหมายในการสื่อสารเรื่องสีให้เข้าใจได้ทั้งผู้มีและไม่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็น จากนั้นได้เลือกใช้ทฤษฎีของ Charles Sanders Peirce ในการวิเคราะห์และตีความรูปแบบของสัญลักษณ์ เพื่อให้ได้สัญลักษณ์ที่ชัดเจนและสื่อความหมายได้ตรงตามเจตนา ในกระบวนการออกแบบสัญลักษณ์ ได้มีการใช้ทฤษฎีสัญศาสตร์ในการวิเคราะห์และสร้างสัญลักษณ์สัมผัส โดยสัญลักษณ์เหล่านี้ถูกออกแบบมาให้มีความสัมพันธ์กับธรรมชาติและสามารถเชื่อมโยงกับอารมณ์และความรู้สึกที่เกิดขึ้นจากสี จากนั้นได้มีการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการรับรู้ทางประสาทสัมผัส (Sensory Perception Theory) เพื่อเลือกเทคนิคที่เหมาะสมในการสื่อสารสีผ่านสัมผัส หลังจากพัฒนาสัญลักษณ์เสร็จสิ้น ได้มีการทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้ที่มีและไม่มีความบกพร่องทางการมองเห็น ผลการทดสอบแสดงให้เห็นว่าสัญลักษณ์ที่มีความเรียบง่ายและสัมพันธ์กับธรรมชาติ เช่น ใบไม้สำหรับสีเขียว และดวงอาทิตย์สำหรับสีเหลือง สามารถช่วยให้การสื่อสารเรื่องสีผ่านสัมผัสมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างสัญลักษณ์สัมผัสที่มีความหมายลึกซึ้งและสามารถเชื่อมโยงความเข้าใจระหว่างผู้ใช้ทุกกลุ่ม นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ครอบคลุมและสร้างสังคมที่เท่าเทียม ข้อสรุปจากการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า สัญลักษณ์สัมผัสที่เรียบง่ายและมีความเชื่อมโยงกับธรรมชาติ เช่น ใบไม้หรือดวงอาทิตย์ สามารถช่วยให้การสื่อสารเรื่องสีมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น การใช้รูปทรงที่มีการจัดกลุ่มเป็นคอลเลกชันเดียวกัน และการลดความซับซ้อนของรูปทรงยังสามารถช่วยลดความสับสนในการแยกแยะสีได้ วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีส่วนสำคัญในการนำเสนอกระบวนการออกแบบที่ช่วยสร้างความเท่าเทียมในสังคม และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ครอบคลุมผู้ใช้งานทุกกลุ่ม นำไปสู่ความเข้าใจและความเท่าเทียมในสังคม

การศึกษาบทบาทของความหวังต่อพฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ของนักออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัล (Digital Product Designer) ในบริษัทออกแบบในกรุงเทพ, อโรชา ทิพยไกรศร

จากการเติบโตของตลาด E-commerce ในประเทศไทย ผู้ประกอบการต้องปรับตัวเพื่อแข่งขัน ส่งผลให้นักออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัลต้องพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการเพิ่มศักยภาพการแข่งขัน การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความหวังและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานของนักออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัลในกรุงเทพฯ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับความหวังและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของนักออกแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยนักออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ดิจิทัลจาก 17 บริษัทในกรุงเทพฯ จำนวน 50 คน โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่าความหวังมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมสร้างสรรค์ โดยเฉพาะในด้านการสนับสนุนแนวคิดให้เป็นที่ยอมรับ (Idea Championing) และการสร้างแนวคิด (Idea Generation) ซึ่งมีค่า R² เท่ากับ 0.41 และ 0.39 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าการส่งเสริมความหวังและการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนความคิดสร้างสรรค์สามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความสามารถในการแข่งขันในตลาด E-commerce ได้

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อจำกัดของการจัดการขยะฟิล์มพลาสติกในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พร้อมทั้งสร้างแนวทางการออกแบบระบบจัดการขยะที่สามารถนำฟิล์มพลาสติกกลับเข้าสู่กระบวนการรีไซเคิลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บริโภค (End Consumer) ธุรกิจการจัดการขยะ และโรงงานผู้ผลิต/โรงงานรีไซเคิล ดำเนินการวิจัยระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2566 ถึง ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2567 งานวิจัยพบช่องว่างหลักในปัจจุบัน ได้แก่ ความยุ่งยากในการทำความสะอาดขยะฟิล์ม ขาดมาตรฐานในการแยกขยะ และการเข้าถึงระบบรองรับที่มีอยู่ยังทำได้ยาก อีกทั้งผู้บริโภคยังขาดแรงจูงใจอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มผู้ที่แม้มีความตั้งใจแต่ยังรู้สึกว่าการคัดแยกเป็นภาระ และการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐยังอยู่ในระดับขอความร่วมมือ ไม่ได้ผลักดันเชิงนโยบายหรือกฎหมายอย่างจริงจัง นอกจากนี้ยังพบข้อกังวลด้านบทบาทของสมาคมผู้ผลิตพลาสติกที่อาจเกิดความทับซ้อนกับบทบาทของภาคธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ที่ต้องจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมตามหลักการ EPR หากสมาคมฯ เป็นเจ้าภาพหลักเพียงฝ่ายเดียวจึงอาจต้องออกแบบระบบการประสานงานร่วมกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมและสถาบันกลางให้มีความครอบคลุมและสมดุล การวิจัยเริ่มต้นจากการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ขยะพลาสติกในปัจจุบัน พฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภค การทำงานของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในระบบ และแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน ผ่านกระบวนการวิจัยที่ประกอบด้วยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง การเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก รวมถึงกิจกรรม focus group และการออกแบบร่วม (co-creation) เพื่อระบุปัญหาและโอกาสในการพัฒนาระบบจัดการขยะฟิล์มพลาสติก โดยอาศัยแนวคิดการออกแบบระบบผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ (Product-Service System Design) มาเป็นแนวทางหลักในการออกแบบ ผลลัพธ์ของการวิจัยคือการออกแบบระบบการจัดการขยะฟิล์มพลาสติกที่มีจุดสัมผัส (Touchpoint) กับผู้ใช้งานในหลายรูปแบบ ได้แก่ แอปพลิเคชันสำหรับสะสมขยะฟิล์มพลาสติก, เครื่องปั่นขยะฟิล์มพลาสติกเพื่อเตรียมสำหรับการรีไซเคิล, แบดจ์ติดหน้าร้านสำหรับร้านค้าที่เข้าร่วมโครงการเพื่อสื่อสารการมีส่วนร่วม และจุดรับขยะ (Drop Point) อัจฉริยะที่สามารถแสดงสถานะการใช้งานได้ โดยทั้งหมดถูกพัฒนาเพื่อตอบ pain point ที่พบจากผู้ใช้งาน ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าขยะฟิล์มพลาสติกแม้จะมีปริมาณมากในชีวิตประจำวัน แต่ยังขาดระบบจัดการที่เหมาะสม เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดด้านมูลค่าที่ต่ำ ความยุ่งยากในการทำความสะอาด และน้ำหนักเบาซึ่งส่งผลต่อความยากในการขนส่ง ระบบที่ออกแบบขึ้นนี้จึงมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการคัดแยกและรวบรวมขยะฟิล์มพลาสติกตั้งแต่ต้นทาง พร้อมส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้คนในชุมชนและภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสร้างระบบการจัดการขยะที่ยั่งยืนมากยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต จากการทดสอบแนวคิดกับผู้ใช้งาน พบว่าผู้ใช้งานต้องการระบบที่เข้าใจง่ายและให้ผลลัพธ์ที่ชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะระบบการแบ่งระดับผู้ใช้ตามความสามารถในการแยกขยะ ระบบสะสมแต้ม และการติดตามเส้นทางขยะ ล้วนสร้างแรงจูงใจและความเชื่อมั่นในการมีส่วนร่วมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ในขณะที่ฟีเจอร์เชิงเทคโนโลยี เช่น ระบบ AI และการเลือกถุงขยะล่วงหน้า ช่วยลดความยุ่งยากในการใช้งานจริง และสะท้อนถึงความตั้งใจของผู้วิจัยในการออกแบบให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทการใช้งานในชีวิตประจำวัน

เคลือบกลู๊ปได้รับความนิยมในงานเครื่องปั้นดินเผาร่วมสมัยในช่วงทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมและอธิบายลักษณะรูปลักษณ์ของเคลือบกลู๊ปหลังการเผา และศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผล ได้แก่ การใช้เคลือบและการจัดเรียงชิ้นงานก่อนเผา แบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็นสองส่วนคือ การตั้งเกณฑ์เพื่อจัดกลุ่มรูปลักษณ์และการตั้งสมมติฐานการใช้เคลือบ การจัดเรียงชิ้นงานเพื่อเผา โดยใช้แนวคิดทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเคลือบในการอธิบายและพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าว โดยเริ่มจากการรวบรวมผลงานศิลปิน 6 ท่าน รวม 389 ภาพ คัดเลือกเหลือ 97 ภาพ แบ่งออกเป็น 9 กลุ่มรูปลักษณ์หลัก ก่อนสุ่มเลือก 23 ชิ้นมาศึกษารายกรณี สร้างแบบจำลองเพื่อทดลองการใช้เคลือบและจัดเรียงก่อนเผา และวิเคราะห์ผลการทดลองเพื่อวัดผลสมมติฐาน สุดท้ายอภิปรายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปลักษณ์หลังเผา การใช้เคลือบ การจัดเรียงชิ้นงาน และตัวแปรสำคัญอื่นๆ ที่จะเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาต่อยอดงานวิจัยในอนาคต

School staff would benefit from background knowledge to understand students who have experienced trauma and interventions to respond appropriately and positively to behaviors. An approach to identify and validate hidden quality costs associated with regulatory non-compliance from inspections by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not been previously researched. This dissertation presents a robust quantitative methodology to analyze the daily cumulative abnormal returns (CAR) on populations of publicly traded mid-to-large cap companies around FDA inspection events having negative outcomes. Three hypotheses have been tested focusing only on inspection events from companies falling under the biologics product type category. The Center for Centering seeks to create a large-scale healing center, conducive to individual centering of the mind and body. This mobile installation provides a relaxing, enclosed space while still maintaining a connection to the outdoors. The clients liked the idea of having a pop-up installation that could be easily set up as a touring display. Alcohol abuse and peer pressure to drink are prominent issues on college campuses across the nation. More than 50 percent of college students aged 18 to 22 consume alcohol monthly and 33 percent consistently engage in binge drinking (National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, 2021a). A non-alcoholic beverage product marketed to students as an alternative to alcohol in social settings could alleviate some of the negative impacts, such as peer pressure and the dangers caused by overconsumption.
