Important music methods books began to emerge in the 1750s with instrumental treatises for flute, piano, and violin. By the end of the nineteenth century, there was a multitude of treatises for a variety of instruments, including classical voice. This study investigates and analyzes the content of treatises from four individual women who performed, taught, and published vocal treatises in the nineteenth century: German Mathilde Marchesi (1821–1913), Italian Virginia Boccabadati (1828–1922), Spanish Matilde Esteban (1841–1915), and English American Clara Kathleen Rogers (1844–1931). In the fall semester of 2020, five hurricanes were projected to make landfall along the coast of Louisiana. The following fall semester of 2021, Hurricane Ida, a major category 4 storm landed and wreaked havoc among Louisiana’s coastal universities. The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of hurricane events on students’ perceived stress, academic performance, and resilience. Background: Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) involves abnormal placental invasion into uterine wall and is associated with life-threatening maternal complications. Doppler ultrasound is the primary diagnostic tool, though its ability to determine invasion depth and predict outcomes remains uncertain. Multidisciplinary management improves safety, and treatment often requires planned cesarean hysterectomy, or conservative management. The aim of this work was to correlate rail signs by Doppler US as a predictor of deep villous invasion and to detect whether rail signs can predict maternal and fetal outcomes.

Research indicates that racialised minorities may experience psychological distress and trauma as a result of racism and racial discrimination. Race-Based Traumatic Stress (RBTS) describes the psychological injury that can arise from repeated racial harm and has been linked to mental health disparities among racially minoritised groups. This qualitative study explores how Black Irish individuals experience and make sense of racism, and how racial distress is sustained over time within the Irish context.

Objectives: Medical students require a solid understanding of statistics in research papers. However, literature lacks sufficient studies on their proficiency, especially on Jordanian aspect. Methods: We performed a cross-sectional study on 361 medical students to evaluate their attitudes toward statistics, their knowledge in research methodology, and their ability to correctly interpret commonly used statistics in medical research. Riparian ecosystems provide habitat for birds throughout their annual cycle, yet flow regulation along major rivers like the Missouri River has reduced early successional riparian forests. Following historic flooding in 2011, set-aside areas within the Missouri National Recreational River (MNRR) were established to allow natural riparian vegetation succession on newly created sandbars. I evaluated the value of these early successional forests for birds over three breeding seasons (2018–2020) and four migration periods (2020–2021). During migration, standardized point counts documented 7,462 individual birds representing 114 species across 828 surveys. This paper examines how district economic interests shaped congressional voting on the Trade and Development Act of 2000, providing evidence from congressional Voting on H.R.~434. The Act expanded duty-free access for African and Caribbean exports, providing a clear case to study how trade exposure and party alignment influence legislative behaviour. Using roll-call votes and 2000 Census data. The analysis is supported by a probit model linking textile employment, farm activity, racial composition, and party affiliation to support for the bill. Methods: Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, a systematic search was conducted across Scopus, PubMed/MEDLINE, DOAJ/PMC, and policy repositories. Eligible sources included peer reviewed studies, systematic reviews, and policy reports related to nursing education in Indonesia quality assurance, competency based learning, and workforce demand.

Resilience has been identified as a critical factor in mitigating these challenges. Purpose: The present study aimed to examine the levels of cognitive dissonance and decision-making among nursing students at Irbid National University-Irbid, Jordan, and to investigate the predictive ability of decision-making for cognitive dissonance.

Method: The study sample consisted of (251) male and female nursing students at Irbid National University-Irbid, Jordan. The cognitive dissonance scale and the decision-making scale were used after assuring validity and reliability.
