Existing congestion management techniques for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers typically involve dedicated hardware for managing network congestion, which can be costly to implement, thereby requiring a large investment by network operators. Existing approaches for managing congestion in an artificial intelligence (AI) data center (DC) network fabric typically involve dedicated hardware and are often reactive in nature. Proposed herein are techniques that can be utilized to avoid fabric congestion instead of building reactive techniques with new hardware. Specifically, a Segment Routing-Traffic Engineering (SR-TE) agent is proposed herein that can be utilized to avoid fabric congestion, which can enable enterprises to use their existing data centers for AI training.

The subject of my paper is the Berber oral literature of central Morocco, the linguistic area of the Tamazight dialect: the healing cantilenas sung by women. These songs are sort of melodies, laments in the usual sense of monotonous and melancholy songs. The monotony lies in the melody and rhythm of the poetic verses sung, and the melancholy is due to their content, which generally relates to the things of life : sorrow, pain due to disappointed love, or simply feelings of nostalgia and sadness.

How to give place – and what place – to a story made of fragments of narratives, reluctance and silences? This is the question addressed in this article, which focuses on the female part of the history of the Algerian war of independence. Through the approach of Liamna's story (the cry, inarticulate and yet so eloquent by the silence that follows it), the question arises of what can make heritage and heritage. At the same time the question arises of the posture of the one who writes and thus keeps a trace of the cry and silence.

This contribution is based on research into fifteen Tamazight stories collected from the Ayt Khebbach in the Tafilalt region of south-east Morocco between 2002 and 2010. Volume 8, Issue 1 examines dynamics of change in the Maghreb by showing how digital transitions reshape languages, memories, and heritage. The contributions connect linguistic and script visibility in urban spaces with living transmission—songs, women’s healing chants, tales, and proverbs—understood as ongoing remediation and narrative recomposition. They also stress the urgency of identifying, cataloguing, and digitizing dispersed local resources and manuscripts, turning fragile traces into accessible corpora. Finally, the issue highlights the epistemological stakes of digital scholarship: tools can expand scale, but critical methods—selection, archiving, and interpretation—remain decisive. Morocco and Algeria are read in dialogue across disciplines, informing debates today.

This study looks at the use of the Amazigh language in commercial signs in the town of Tiznit (Morocco). The aim is to find out the extent to which this language is used to mark space. We found that some shopkeepers prefer to leave their signs anonymous, either because they have not yet thought of marking their territory or because they consider it unnecessary to name them as they are known to their customers. This work introduces a free-space optical (FSO) communication system engineered to operate effectively under diverse atmospheric conditions, specifically addressing attenuation levels of 20, 30, 40, and 70 dB/km at a stable data rate of 10 Gbps. The proposed architecture utilizes advanced Phase Shift Keying (PSK) modulation, combined with a 60 dBm continuous-wave laser, a Mach-Zehnder modulator (MZM), and optical amplifiers with 20 dB gain, to ensure signals can be transmitted through challenging atmospheric channels. The model performs quite well, even in diverse conditions, and remains effective when the signal is 70 dB/Km weaker. It has a Q-factor of approximately 10.069 …

The growing world-wide demand of power from renewable sources has brought up considerable attention to HRES system as the strong supplementary or alternative systems for fossil-fuel based energy generation. The efficient deployment of HRESs has to tackle a number of difficult optimization problems that involve the trade-offs between cost, reliability and sustainability. Sophisticated optimization techniques are the key in system design and operation. This paper classifies and assesses the solar, wind, biomass and energy storage based HRES optimization methodologies.
