Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a congenital heart defect that causes chronic low oxygen levels, increased right ventricular workload, and a higher risk of complications. Weaning mechanical ventilation in patients with TOF is particularly challenging due to right ventricular dysfunction, muscle weakness, and the risk of heart failure. This study evaluates the use of a spontaneous breathing trial (SBT) strategy with pressure support ventilation (PSV) mode for mechanical ventilation weaning in pediatric patients with TOF. Cancer remains a leading cause of death worldwide. The complexity of cancer care demands strong interprofessional collaboration (IPC), particularly within cancer patient navigator (CPN) programmes. However, research examining IPC in the context of CPN implementation is still limited. This scoping review aims to explore the various roles of healthcare workers in the IPC process within cancer navigator programme interventions. Catholics represent the largest religious group among New Hampshire adults, followed closely by Protestants, but more than a third say they are agnostic, atheist, or religiously unaffiliated. Despite low church attendance, majorities say they believe in God or a supernatural entity and heaven or some type of afterlife, and just over half believe religion has a positive impact on society. This research analyzes the symbolism of colors and shapes used by dancers. The research results show that each element of clothing has a deep philosophical meaning, reflecting the noble values of the Banyuwangi people and the universe. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach within an interpretive paradigm and applies Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis, encompassing three dimensions: text, discourse practice, and social practice. Interlanguage fossilization represents a common phenomenon in Foreign/Second language acquisition. The current study attempted to investigate the students’ writing compositions to reveal if interlanguage fossilization occurred or not. A diagnostic test has been used to collect the data. A sample of this study was chosen randomly from 20 EFL students of the sixth year preparatory schools in the academic year (2023-2024). The findings of this study displayed that two kinds of interlanguage fossilization are found and achieved by students. Morphological fossilization and syntactical fossilization. This study examines the impact of a visual arts–based training program on reducing negative behaviors and enhancing selected skills among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). An experimental pretest–posttest design was employed with a sample of 20 children: 10 with moderate autism (mean age = 10 years) and 10 with mild autism (mean age = 6.5 years). The intervention included structured visual arts activities such as drawing, coloring, and clay modeling, which served as nonverbal communication tools to support emotional expression, attention, and social interaction. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by senior high school students in writing argumentative texts and to analyze the effectiveness of the Process Genre approach and peer feedback in improving argumentative writing skills. This research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 10 scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings indicate that students encounter several challenges, including cognitive, structural, linguistic, digital literacy, and metacognitive barriers, which affect the development of arguments and overall coherence of writing. International Arab Journal of Dentistry

Objectives: This study evaluated MMP-8 and VEGF-Alpha expression in rat dental pulp inflammation after application of bioactive calcium silicate combined with blood cockle shell extract.

Methods: Forty mandibular incisors were randomly assigned to four groups: 100% bioactive calcium silicate (control) and three treatment groups containing 25%, 50%, or 75% shell extract with the remainder calcium silicate. Direct pulp capping was performed, and samples were collected on days 1, 3, 7, and 14.

Results: Immunohistochemistry and one-way ANOVA revealed significant differences in MMP-8 expression on days 1 and 3, and VEGF-Alpha expression across all time points (p < 0.05). The 75% shell extract group showed the lowest MMP-8 and highest VEGF-Alpha expression.

BACKGROUND: As life expectancy for people living with HIV (PWH) has increased, there has been a rise in age-related comorbidities such as hypertension. Exercise is an important nonpharmacological strategy to counter such adverse effects of chronic HIV infection. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has been demonstrated to be safe and efficacious in improving health outcomes in individuals with chronic illness, but data are limited in older PWH and co-morbid conditions. The primary objective of this pilot feasibility study was to assess the feasibility, efficacy, and safety of a 6-week HIIT intervention among older PWH and co-occurring hypertension.

From spiral galaxies to the unfolding of leaves, this humble sequence reflects a universal grammar of balance. This paper develops the algorithmic and dynamical foundations of recursive ensemble learning driven by Fibonacci-type update flows. In contrast with classical boosting Freund and Schapire (1997); Friedman (2001), where the ensemble evolves through first-order additive updates, we study second-order recursive architectures in which each predictor depends on its two immediate predecessors. These Fibonacci flows induce a learning dynamic with memory, allowing ensembles to integrate past structure while adapting to new residual information. We introduce a general family of recursive weight-update algorithms encompassing Fibonacci, tribonacci, and higher-order recursions, together with continuous-time limits that yield systems of differential equations governing ensemble evolution. …

Ordinal data arise ubiquitously in survey research, psychology, medicine, economics, and recommender systems, yet kernel methods for such data typically rely on either nominal encodings or arbitrary numeric codings. The former discards order information; the lat- ter imposes a fictitious metric structure. This paper develops a principled framework for kernel design on ordinal scales and introduces a new class of Semantic–Aware Ordinal Ker- nels (SAOK) that simultaneously capture ordinal order and semantic proximity between categories.
