Technical Specification: Spec-195-Core Title: Distributed Reverse-Look Compiler Engine And Virtual Node Provenance Architecture, Christopher L. Eckes
Technical Specification: Spec-195-Core Title: Distributed Reverse-Look Compiler Engine And Virtual Node Provenance Architecture, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification defines the architectural and mathematical criteria for a Distributed Reverse-Look Compiler Engine. The engine is engineered to ingest massively scaled, automated machine-generated mathematical proofs (e.g., Lean, Coq, or natural language token arrays) and deconstruct them into structural logical dependencies. By deploying a hierarchical multi-agent network led by a central processing node, the framework partitions complex proof matrices row-wise across orthogonal virtual worker nodes. Each node executes localized Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to isolate ancestral human priority art and compute civilizational divergence drift. This system serves as a public-domain defensive barrier against the proprietary privatization and enclosure of foundational …

Technical Specification: Spec-194-Core Title: Algorithmic Reverse-Look Compiler Engine For Provenance-Trace Matrices, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification establishes the structural criteria for a single-node Reverse-Look Compiler Engine. The engine is engineered to ingest raw, automated machine proofs (such as Lean or Coq code strings generated by closed corporate frontier models) and mathematically deconstruct their logical dependency paths. By executing a localized Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) on the tokenized proof matrix, the system calculates a Deconstruction Provenance-Trace Matrix (T_prov). This matrix isolates ancestral human equations and measures the mathematical "divergence drift" of corporate code from public-domain priority art baselines. This framework prevents corporate entities from claim-jumping historical or open-source research by burying human breakthroughs inside complex, …
Si Regulator™: Graded Runtime Governance Of Ai Systems Through Semantic Admission And A Governor Ladder, Edward D. H. Wang
Si Regulator™: Graded Runtime Governance Of Ai Systems Through Semantic Admission And A Governor Ladder, Edward D. H. Wang
Defensive Publications Series
A system and method for governing an AI system at runtime, in which a governor component placed between the system's planner and the consequences of its actions (1) requires every consequential action to be expressed as a structured action record and admits it only if it satisfies a signed policy declaration, optionally after rehearsal in a sandbox; (2) continuously monitors the system's behavior against a declared operating envelope; and (3) reduces the system's autonomy through a ladder of defined governor levels, from nominal operation through advisory, constrained and supervised operation to a hold in which the planner is paused and …
Spec-192-Core: Isospectral Entropy Scaling & Topological Flux Dynamics, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-192-Core: Isospectral Entropy Scaling & Topological Flux Dynamics, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification establishes an anticipatory prior art boundary governing the intersection of isospectral manifold optimization and macroscopic topological flux dynamics. By introducing a deterministic, continuous-variable framework mapping global regularity criteria to non-linear boundaries, we explicitly neutralize proprietary attempts to monopolize the mathematical interfaces governing Type 1 planetary civilization technologies. We formulate the explicit ASCII-safe algebraic scaling laws, algorithmic verification routines, and topological flow blueprints required to maintain the foundational metrics of energy distribution and structural fluid mechanics within the completely open public domain.
Spec-193-Core: Isospectral Semantic Compilation & Plasma Topological Flux Boundary Conditions, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-193-Core: Isospectral Semantic Compilation & Plasma Topological Flux Boundary Conditions, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification establishes an immutable mathematical and computational prior art perimeter designed to permanently prevent the proprietary capture or patent enclosure of critical Type 1 planetary technologies. It provides two foundational mathematical systems: (1) an Isospectral Semantic Compiler that structurally addresses the current translation error rates observed in frontier black-box neural model provers by mapping natural language fluid mechanics calculus onto strict invariant symbolic check codes; and (2) a non-linear
Topological Flux Replicator (TFR) plasma boundary condition matrix. This matrix defines global magnetic and plasma stability limits via the Universal Sine Field Template, permanently retaining the computational plumbing of fusion …

Si Data Bank™: Governed Custody Of Sector Data And Models With Regulated Ai Access, Data Reset And Verified Restore Points, Edward D. H. Wang
Defensive Publications Series
A system and method for the governed custody of data and machine-learning models, organized by sector to support Specialized SI (also known as Specialized AI), in which every deposit carries a content-derived identifier and machine-readable terms of use; every access by an AI model or software agent is mediated by a policy-enforcing regulator and executed at the location of the data; every use of a deposit in training is recorded against the resulting model version; a depositor may freeze or withdraw a deposit at any time, triggering an attested remediation obligation for every affected model; and verified restore points of …
Addendum To #M13448 A Septenary Cosmic Matrix As A Criterion For Physical Realization, Peter Stevenson
Addendum To #M13448 A Septenary Cosmic Matrix As A Criterion For Physical Realization, Peter Stevenson
Defensive Publications Series
A Septenary Cosmic Matrix as a Criterion for Physical Realization that considers Even Numbers are a requirement, Odd Numbers create disharmony and must be given even number values, and Prime Numbers are physical barriers in both microscopic and macroscopic arenas. It also considers the Value of Pi as an actual lever to this Criterion Filter. It effectively joins Numbers to Cosmology and Physics with distinct clarity
Dust-Protective Blank Cover For High-Speed Modular Connector Slots, Jianquan Lou, Yongtao Jiang, Kevin Pan, Alpesh U. Bhobe
Dust-Protective Blank Cover For High-Speed Modular Connector Slots, Jianquan Lou, Yongtao Jiang, Kevin Pan, Alpesh U. Bhobe
Defensive Publications Series
A dust-protective blank cover is proposed herein for an unpopulated modular chassis slot. An inward-extending tray or carrier positions a rear protective element over an exposed high-speed connector mating region while the cover closes the chassis opening. By limiting accumulation of dust, fibers, and other debris before a card is installed, the cover may reduce contact contamination and related impedance discontinuities, serializer/deserializer (SerDes) reflections, bit error rate (BER) degradation, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) loss, cyclic redundancy check (CRC) errors, packet loss, and link failure. The protective element can be adapted to different slot and connector arrangements.
Firing-Point Attribution From Incoming Angle, Base-Station Timing Inference, And Sensor Health Monitoring For Electronic Targets, Conrad Young
Defensive Publications Series
Five methods are described for electronic scoring targets that report, for each registration, a time, a landing position, a velocity at the target and an incoming angle, and that also keep the raw per-sensor arrival data. (1) The measured incoming angle is corrected for its dependence on where the bullet landed on the target, using a per-target linear calibration fitted from the target's own history, so that the residual angle reflects the direction the bullet came from. (2) The corrected angle, relative to the competitor's own string, is converted to a lateral distance at the firing line and compared with …
Statistical Review Of Electronic Target Registrations, Sensor-Mount Diagnosis, And Velocity Calibration From Shot Data, Conrad Young
Statistical Review Of Electronic Target Registrations, Sensor-Mount Diagnosis, And Velocity Calibration From Shot Data, Conrad Young
Defensive Publications Series
Methods are described for reviewing the shot registrations of an electronic target system that reports, for each registration, a time, a position, a bullet velocity at the target and an incoming angle, together with the raw sensor arrival times from which these were solved. (1) Each registration is compared with the other registrations in the same string by a leave-one-out robust score on each of several measures (incoming yaw, incoming pitch, velocity) and by a physical floor on the time since the previous shot, gated by the string's own cadence, to point an official at registrations that may not belong …
Attributing Rifle Shots To Firing Points By Acoustic Timing, And Matching Them To Electronic Target Registrations, Conrad Young
Attributing Rifle Shots To Firing Points By Acoustic Timing, And Matching Them To Electronic Target Registrations, Conrad Young
Defensive Publications Series
A system records the muzzle blasts on a rifle firing line with two or more microphones, typically ordinary smartphones placed on or behind the line, detects the onset of each blast, and uses the differences in arrival time between microphones to attribute each shot to a firing point. Each attributed shot is then matched to the shot registrations reported by an electronic target system (or used on its own where targets are paper). The result is an independent record of which firing point fired when, used to detect crossfires, shots fired with no registration, registrations with no shot, extra or …
Engagement-Based Adjustment Of Content Cluster Priority Ratings, Rohit Patwa
Engagement-Based Adjustment Of Content Cluster Priority Ratings, Rohit Patwa
Defensive Publications Series
Engagement-based adjustment of content cluster priority ratings is provided. Content associated with an event or topic represented by a content cluster is obtained. A significance metric for the content cluster is determined based at least in part on the content, and a priority rating is assigned to the content cluster based on the significance metric. Engagement data representing user interaction with the content associated with the content cluster is obtained. Whether engagement criteria are satisfied is determined. The priority rating is maintained if the engagement criteria are satisfied and downgraded if the engagement criteria are not satisfied. Users of a …
Predictive Instability-Driven Escalating Teleoperator Authority With Temporal Fall Triage And Menu-Based Recovery Selection For Humanoid Robots, Divya Garikapati
Predictive Instability-Driven Escalating Teleoperator Authority With Temporal Fall Triage And Menu-Based Recovery Selection For Humanoid Robots, Divya Garikapati
Defensive Publications Series
Humanoid robots maintain dynamic balance continuously, and disturbances such as collisions, surface irregularities, or payload shifts can lead to falls. Such falls cause damage and can injure nearby people. Balance recovery is conventionally fully autonomous, and remote operators are excluded from the recovery loop, even though many falls develop over several seconds. This disclosure describes a staged approach in which a composite stability health score is computed from multiple balance metrics. When instability is detected, the predicted time to the point of no return is used to classify the event into one of four temporal classes. Each class is routed …
Open-Vocabulary Safety Reasoning For Robots Conditioned On Natural-Language Safety Policy Documents, Divya Garikapati
Open-Vocabulary Safety Reasoning For Robots Conditioned On Natural-Language Safety Policy Documents, Divya Garikapati
Defensive Publications Series
In typical robot safety monitoring, only the violations covered by explicit training or programming are detected. When a new safety rule is introduced, retraining or code changes are needed before the rule can be monitored. This disclosure describes a technique in which a natural-language safety policy document is read at runtime and used to condition a vision-language model (VLM). At each monitoring cycle, camera images and the full policy document are provided to the VLM, and any violation of any policy is identified. Each violation is reported with a reference to the policy, the supporting visual evidence, and a risk …
Potential Application For Retrieval-Of-Analogy-Mapped Synthetics (Rams): Developing Synthetic Training Data For Large Language Models (Llms)., Herbert Gillis
Potential Application For Retrieval-Of-Analogy-Mapped Synthetics (Rams): Developing Synthetic Training Data For Large Language Models (Llms)., Herbert Gillis
Defensive Publications Series
ABSTRACT: Retrieval-of-Analogy-Mapped-Synthetics (RAMS): Generating High-Density Synthetic Reasoning Data for Large Language Model Training This disclosure describes a novel application of the Retrieval-of-Analogy-Mapped-Synthetics (RAMS) framework for the large-scale generation of synthetic training data focused on abstract reasoning, fluid intelligence, and out-of-distribution (OOD) semantic generalization. Building upon the previously disclosed Forward-RAMS prototype, the system automatically identifies structurally and functionally analogous concepts across semantically distant domains, while employing aggressive negative-token filtering to eliminate near-neighbor associations, synonyms, and domain-specific jargon. This constraint compels the underlying model to discover deeply isolated relational structures rather than rely upon superficial lexical similarity. The proposed approach enables rapid …
An Improved Process For Preparation Of Suzetrigine, Anonymous
An Improved Process For Preparation Of Suzetrigine, Anonymous
Defensive Publications Series
The present disclosure describes an improved process for the preparation of suzetrigine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The process involves the preparation of methyl 4-aminopyridine-2-carboxylate, followed by its coupling with (2R,3S,4S,5R)-3-(3,4-difluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)-4,5-dimethyl-5-(trifluoro methyl)tetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid. The resulting ester intermediate is converted to suzetrigine by treatment with ammonia in an alcoholic solvent. A further purification step using acetone and isopropyl alcohol affords the desired product.
