A lack of persistent message visibility in large language model chat interfaces often requires users to repeatedly request information or results in the model regenerating previously provided content. This disclosure describes a method for pinning specific messages within a chat thread to ensure they remain visible regardless of scrolling position. The core technology involves an inference flow where either a user or the model identifies a message to be pinned via a user interface or tool call. Curcuma zedoaria Rosc. (white turmeric) is a rhizomatous medicinal plant in the Zingiberaceae family, widely used in traditional Asian medicine. In recent years, increasing scientific attention has focused on its diverse pharmacological properties and bioactive constituents. This mini review summarises current knowledge of the phytochemical composition and biological activities of C. zedoaria, with particular emphasis on its antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer effects. Phytochemical investigations using analytical techniques such as GC–MS and HPLC have revealed the presence of numerous bioactive compounds, including sesquiterpenes (example, germacrone, curzerenone, and curdione) and curcuminoids, which contribute to its therapeutic potential. Connecting a user's online discovery with their offline purchasing behavior can be challenging due to fragmented ecosystems and a lack of visibility at physical point of sale (POS) terminals, which can impede transaction attribution. A headless commerce identity backend system is described that can address this gap by establishing a cloud-based account-level primitive. This primitive may use a payment account reference, a stable, non-sensitive identifier, as a federated key to map a user's account to their offline transactions. This Addendum extends the 5T-ISC-AWG Defensive Publication (2026) with a rigorous long-term thermal balance analysis of the bedrock-tunnel condenser, addressing a question that the parent publication acknowledged as a known limitation but did not quantify in detail: how the plant maintains passive operation over decadal timescales when the bedrock condenser is continuously absorbing latent heat of condensation at megawatt-class rates. Introduction: Atypical HUS (aHUS) is a rare type of Thrombotic Microangiopathy distinguished by complement dysregulation and overall clinical progression. We present a diagnostically ambiguous case with early intervention that preserved end-organ function with discussion of future pregnancy implications. Case Presentation: A 36yo F (G2P1) with hypothyroidism, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and intermittent urticarial rashes presented with fever, abdominal pain, and 3 days of bloody diarrhea. Discussion: This case highlights an atypical presentation of aHUS with diarrheal prodrome and normal complement function, features that typically suggest Shiga toxin–mediated HUS. Background: Nurses face persistent challenges in maintain well-being (Lönnqvist et al., 2025; Priano et al., 2018), which may contribute to the nurse staffing crisis. This analysis examines differences in well-being among nurses in different stages of their career trajectory.

Methods: Data from the HealthyNurse survey collected June 2024-May 2025 were examined (n=5006). Outcomes included fatigue, anxiety, depression, social ability, and physical functioning, measured using Patient-Reported Outcome Measurement Information System short form scales. Moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA, minutes/week), days of strength training per week, the Healthy Eating Index, and BMI were also measured and used as outcomes. …

This thesis presents a body of paintings that explore the tension between lived experience, memory, and digitally constructed identity. Through layered narrative compositions, the work examines how individuals navigate and internalize multiple versions of themselves within an increasingly image-driven and digitally mediated world. Familiar objects, childhood references, and symbolic imagery serve as accessible entry points, while distortions in scale, composition, and material disrupt immediate recognition and invite active interpretation.
