This study investigates the relationship between various factors in supply chain management (customer relationship, level of information, sharing postponement, sharing quality of information, and strategic supplier partnership) and their impact on organizational performance. The Gompertz distribution of lifetimes was introduced in 1825 and a probability model was derived for studying human mortality. In this paper, an attempt has been made to Bayesian fitting of Gompertz distribution. The Bayesian approach is implemented with R and JAGS for analytic and simulation tools. Our main target is to explore the use of Laplace Approximation for Bayesian analysis. A real right censored data is used. Finally, the model is compared with Weibull distribution using Bayesian prediction tools.

This study aimed to investigate the influence of spiritual and authentic leadership styles on organizational innovation in Saudi universities. We examined how the influence of these leadership styles fluctuates, depending on the extent of knowledge sharing. Then we built a suggested model, using (SEM) for data analysis. The results of the study concluded that spiritual and authentic leadership have a positive influence on organizational innovation. in addition to the positive influence of knowledge sharing on organizational innovation. However, knowledge sharing plays a positive mediating role between spiritual leadership and organizational innovation, whereas this trend was not found for authentic leadership.

This research examines the impact of cultural dimensions on perceptions of social media as an educational tool in two different contexts. The study included 815 students volunteered to answer the survey questions from the University of Sharjah (UoS) in the United Arab Emirates and the University of Arkansas (UoA) in the United States of America. The results were analyzed via SPSS, and then counteracted with a Push-pull-mooring model to check for differences in terms of cultural contexts that would be reflected in perceptions of the value of social media in learning. The current qualitative research explores six student teachers reflections on the online practicum after shifting from in-school to online delivery due to the COVID-19 quarantine. This research was undertaken with the application of quasi-structured interviews with six student teachers. The thematic analysis uncovered the student teachers perceptions regarding the online practicum and highlighted opportunities afforded by an online practicum, including time and effort efficiency; accurate performance and rapid completion, significant development of planning skills, ability to understand students and deal with different teaching situations, stimulation of innovation and creativity in teaching; and promotion of self-learning.
