The Nevada Division of Insurance’s (the Division) enabling statutes provide it with authority to promulgate regulations protecting against unfair use of consumer credit information. Its new regulation, R087-20, imposes only limitations and not a blanket ban on the use of consumer credit information and does not interfere with existing statutory provisions. The Legislature has provided adequate interpretation and guidance standards to the Division to constitute a constitutional delegation of authority such that the Division’s approved promulgation of R087-20 does not mean its enabling statutes are unconstitutional delegations of authority.

Background: People with younger onset Parkinson's disease reported trouble navigating the health system and managing their Parkinson's disease symptoms. This impacted their everyday responsibilities, such as maintaining employment, caring for children, or meeting financial commitments. Aim: To understand the experiences of the unmet support needs of people diagnosed with younger onset Parkinson's disease and allow a deeper understanding of their lived experiences. Methods: Data were collected by interviewing four participants about their perceptions of the current supports available. Over the course of WW2, Slavic peoples in Eastern Europe faced exterminatory policies at the hands of the occupying Nazi forces. These policies included forced starvation, mass deportations, large scale executions, and slave labor. In many regards, these policies were not sudden inventions on the part of the Nazis, but rather policies with roots in German history. Moreover, in practice, Nazi policies towards Slavic peoples were often wildly inconsistent and contradictory.

Missouri glades are home to a variety of herpetofauna and one species of tarantula: Aphonopelma hentzi (Texas brown tarantula). These animals traverse through their environment very differently. Herpetofauna tend to travel in search of food, while tarantulas are usually restricted to foraging in areas very close to their burrows. Due to this contrast, and because of potential predator-prey relationships, I wanted to see if there was a pattern in the distances between these two groupings. Several studies have shown that drinking motives are a common and proximal pathway to alcohol use, which is in turn linked to long-term health risks such as chronic disease and cancer. The present study builds on earlier research by examining how drinking alone modifies the relationship between drinking motives and frequency of alcohol consumption. Cross-sectional data were collected from undergraduate students (n = 153) at the University of Missouri - St. Louis through an online Qualtrics survey. Though much research indicates that loneliness may cause increases in stress, findings are not ubiquitous. In a literature review, only 64% of studies found significant associations between loneliness and stress. One possible explanation for this inconsistency is a non-linear association. Additionally, social support is shown to provide a buffer against stress. Understanding differences in which sources of social support create resilience against loneliness is critical in supporting students. Eutectic Gallium-Indium (EGaIn) is a room-temperature liquid metal alloy that dramatically changes its surface tension and dynamics under an applied electric field. EGaIn has been used heavily in soft electronics engineering due to its high conductivity, malleability, and safety. Background: A few cross-sectional studies have highlighted inconsistent associations between cardiovascular disease (CVD) and musculoskeletal conditions. We sought to investigate the relationship between clinical CVD including subtypes, compromised muscle function, as well as incident self-reported and injurious falls in older women. Materials and methods: 1431 community-dwelling older women (mean age ± SD; 75.2 ± 2.7 years) were included in over 14.5 years of a prospective study, the Perth Longitudinal Study of Ageing in Women. Bladder cancer (BCa) is a prevalent disease with a high risk of aggressive recurrence in T1-stage patients. Despite the efforts to anticipate recurrence, a reliable method has yet to be developed. In this work, we employed high-resolution mass spectrometry to compare the urinary proteome of T1-stage BCa patients with recurring versus non-recurring disease to uncover actionable clinical information predicting recurrence. All patients were diagnosed with T1-stage bladder cancer between the ages of 51 and 91, and urine samples were collected before medical intervention. Throughout this reflective essay I explore Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Indigenous philosophy and contemplative education as ethical pathways to healing and reconciliation in higher education. I put forth the idea of becoming the imperfect friend in a world ethos of death by a thousand cuts as a response to the violence of colonialism perpetuated in academia. Participants were 52 under-five children who visited Posyandu in Pengasinan and Bedahan, Depok. Body weight for age z-score (WAZ) and height for age z-score (HAZ) were measured with standardized measurement tools by trained operators. Questionnaires were administered to determine sociodemographic, maternal, and child health history, sanitation, disease history, and exclusive breastfeeding history.
