This study presents Linguistic Dual Hesitant Hypersoft Set (LDHHS) for Analysing Medical Diagnose. In LDHHS, linguistic terms are combined with Dual Hesitant logic to handle uncertainty and vagueness in Decision-Making. The Hypersoft Set extend traditional soft sets by handling multi-attributes and interdependent parameters in Decision-Making. In the context of LDHHS can be used to categorize and assess different aspects of Aggregation and using Decision-Making in Medical Diagnose. This paper introduces the concepts of neutrosophic hyper KU-ideals, including strong, weak, and strong-weak neutrosophic hyper KU-ideals, as well as reflexive neutrosophic hyper KU-ideals within the framework of hyper KU-algebras. Fundamental properties of these structures and the relationships among them are investigated in detail. This study establishes fundamental results in the emerging domains of neutrosophic quadruple metric spaces and neutrosophic quadruple normed spaces. Building upon the recent definition of neutrosophic quadruple metric spaces, the first primary contribution is the development of fixed-point theory within this generalized framework. Specifically, we formulate and rigorously prove an analogue of the Banach contraction principle tailored for neutrosophic quadruple metric spaces. This paper extends the recently developed framework of Neutrosophic Logic-based Two-Fold Algebra (TFA), which was designed to integrate classical algebraic operations with fuzzy and neutrosophic components for modeling uncertainty alongside deterministic structures. Although TFA successfully combines algebraic operations with uncertainty descriptors, its binary structure becomes restrictive in applications requiring the simultaneous integration of multiple independent qualification dimensions, such as risk, sustainability, reliability, and performance assessment. Purpose: The purpose of this quality improvement DNP project was to implement a preventative care bundle to reduce the number of hospital-acquired pressure injuries.Compliance with bundle elements was monitored through weekly bedside audits. HAPI data were collected for 12 weeks pre-intervention and 12 weeks post-intervention to evaluate outcomes. The project utilized Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles to refine implementation and address barriers in real time.

Background: The project was implemented in a 32-bed neuroscience intensive care unit in an academic center in the Texas Medical Center.

The global textile and apparel (T&A) industry faces critical pressure over its environmental impact, producing approximately 92 million tons of waste annually and contributing to nearly 20% of global water pollution. For Bangladesh, one of the leading apparel exporters, the integration of transparent Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices is crucial for meeting international sustainability standards and maintaining global competitiveness. Six in ten New Hampshire residents disapprove of President Donald Trump’s overall job performance and ratings of his handling of foreign affairs are even lower. Majorities in New Hampshire support several proposed changes to federal election laws, including requiring photo ID, requiring physical evidence of citizenship to register to vote, requiring states to set up programs to remove noncitizens from voter rolls, and requiring registration in person. Less than one-third of state residents believe the country is headed in the right direction.

The mechanism of the photoredox-catalyzed allylic arylation of cyclohexene with 1,4- dicyanobenzene (DCB) using tris(2-phenylpyridine)iridium(III) and a thiol hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) co-catalyst has been the subject of ongoing mechanistic debate. Three competing pathways have been proposed: radical-radical coupling, radical addition, and fragment-radical-radical coupling. In this work, methyl-substituted cyclohexene derivatives are employed as mechanistic probes to interrogate product distributions and reaction efficiency using ¹H and 2D NMR spectroscopy and external quantum yield measurements. Quantum yields across all substrates remained below one, confirming significant loss to unproductive pathways and ruling out a chain mechanism. Millions of gallons of wastewater are produced daily from dairy processing that are treated by either dissolved air flotation (DAF) or suspended air flotation (SAF) to remove insoluble particulates from the water. The particles consist of proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates that aggregate to flocculants and coagulants that float to the water's surface where it is skimmed off. This biomass contains 85-95% water making transportation for disposal expensive. However, these byproducts can be processed further through hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) to reduce water content and turn the biomass into high-value biocrude oil with high energy outputs. The use of agricultural pesticides and herbicides in the United States has increased steadily since the 1960s. Glyphosate, the most widely used herbicide globally, is the active ingredient in glyphosate-based herbicides (GBHs) such as Roundup®. Emerging evidence suggests that GBHs may adversely affect human health by crossing the blood-brain barrier, increasing oxidative stress and genotoxicity, and disrupting reproductive processes. Chronic exposure to environmental toxicants, including pesticides, has also been associated with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease (PD). These centers generate significant waste heat, necessitating extensive cooling systems. Approximately 70–80% of data centers rely on evaporative cooling systems because of their high energy efficiency [1]. The Idaho Child Fatality Review Team (CFRT), established in 2013 under Executive Order No. 2012-03, brings together multidisciplinary experts to review deaths of children under age eighteen across Idaho. The team identifies recurring risk factors and informs strategies to prevent future fatalities. While CFRT is unique to Idaho, similar review teams operate nationwide as part of broader child safety efforts. The primary project goal was to examine child fatality patterns and conduct trend and geographic analyses using CFRT data. The production of dairy products generates millions of gallons of wastewater every day. Processors treat the wastewater using methods called flocculation and suspended air flotation to capture and collect the solids from the water. The solids form a high-moisture (~85-90%) sludge, called flocs, that is hauled away and sold as low-value animal feed. Quantum computing is a rapidly developing field in physics with the potential to solve complex problems that are beyond the capabilities of classical computers. This advantage comes from the use of qubits, which can exist in multiple states rather than the fixed binary states of classical bits. A major challenge in quantum computing research, however, is that most experiments require extremely low temperatures — often near −270°C — to maintain quantum behavior. Achieving these temperatures demands expensive, specialized equipment, making such research difficult to access for many scientists.

This study addresses growing misunderstandings across generational and cultural groups in an increasingly globalized world (e.g., Spencer, 2023; Kamal & Courtheyn, 2024). These divides are often reinforced by in-group/out-group mentalities and misconceptions surrounding values and behaviors. These misconceptions obscure shared foundations of meaning-making and illuminate persistent social disconnects between groups (i.e., generations, e.g., “The Coddling of the American Mind” by Haidt & Lukianoff, 2018). Drawing on “Southern theorizing” (Kamal, 2024), this project emphasizes the importance of attending to diverse knowledge systems and lived experiences to better understand how values are constructed and expressed.

Mountain glaciers are sensitive indicators of climate variability and influence freshwater availability in alpine regions. This study examined climatic controls on glacier snow cover variability across 20 glacier sites in western North America. Glacier locations were selected using the Randolph Glacier Inventory (RGI), a global database of glacier outlines derived from satellite observations. Snowline upper and lower bounds were compiled from remotely sensed observations and summarized by year to identify minimum and maximum snowline elevations.

In this staff education project, I targeted early sepsis recognition and response among medical-surgical nurses. The practice gap at the site was nurses’ limited knowledge of sepsis indicators and screening tools, which contributed to delayed escalation of care. The practice-focused question guiding the project was “Does educating medical-surgical nurses on early sepsis recognition and response improve knowledge of early sepsis recognition and response?” I applied the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) and Johns Hopkins Evidence-Based Practice (JHEBP) models to design a structured sepsis education program for nursing staff.
