The court sustained the tenant's traverse, dismissing the landlord's nonpayment/holdover proceeding without prejudice due to improper service of process. At the traverse hearing, the landlord's process server failed to provide mandated GPS records, and landlord's counsel refused to introduce them. The court found this omission, coupled with the process server's problematic history and a prior consent order requiring such data, fatally undermined his credibility. The landlord failed to establish proper service by a preponderance of the evidence, precluding the court from obtaining personal jurisdiction over the tenant.

Using qualitative content analysis to organize the thematic elements of Bitzer’s (1968) rhetorical situations, the researcher provides actionable insights into reducing errors and improving aviation communication. The problem lies in the gap between aviation communication and rhetorical situations to determine if this theory impacts pilot errors and affects flight safety. Strategies in this area must be improved to ensure effective communication among pilots and between them, control towers, and other contributors in the aviation industry. Sleep disturbances are highly prevalent among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and may negatively affect daytime behavior, emotional regulation, learning, and overall family well-being. This quantitative research proposal examines the relationship between sleep difficulties, behavioral functioning, and family experiences among children with ASD. The study will explore how behavioral and environmental sleep interventions may influence sleep quality and nighttime behaviors, how improved sleep may contribute to changes in daytime behavior, and how parents and caregivers perceive the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing sleep-focused interventions at home. Certification mandates under the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) have made measurable strides in promoting sustainability standards, yet governance challenges in High Conservation Value (HCV) 4, 5, and 6 management remain insufficiently addressed within Indonesian plantation contexts.  Drawing on adaptive governance theory and the social-ecological systems framework, this study argues that such gaps are structurally linked to the marginalisation of community agency within corporate-dominated decision-making. Much of the recent work published within the literary neurodiversity studies field focuses on how certain writing techniques can be viewed as representing the experience of being autistic by influencing the reader so that they experience distinctly autistic patterns of cognition. Likewise, the Book of the New Sun series employs many such techniques within the narrative and prose. This is in addition to the fact that the plot contains elements that mirror the relationship and conflict between those with autism and neuronormative hegemony (that being the ways in which societies oppress, mistreat, and belittle those not deemed “neurotypical”). Interrater reliability (IRR) is an important component of evaluation processes that involve subjective judgments, as it reflects the degree of consistency among multiple raters. In training and hiring contexts, establishing adequate IRR helps ensure that applicant evaluations are fair, systematic, and minimally influenced by individual bias. The present program evaluation examines the interrater reliability of the intern selection process at the Providence Medical Group Psychology Training Program. Specifically, this project evaluates the consistency of raters’ scores assigned to internship applicants using the program’s standardized application rating forms. The purpose of this study is to examine how students respond to using five multicultural read aloud texts and responding to them in a response. The goal of this study was to see if student engagement improved as a result of the study and if student comprehension improved through the use of pre and post assessments. Student data was collected that included a pre and post assessment, anecdotal records of student discussion, responses to texts, and student and parent surveys. Students discovered and discussed themes across texts such as cultural identity, community, and belonging.

Nursing is a known profession to help others by providing an environment of healing that includes elements of physical and psychological comfort. Our project looks at the importance of belonging as a form of supportive protection for the acute care novice nurse by using mentorship to help navigate the everchanging clinical environment. Mentoring has a direct correlation with belonging for nurses, being part of something with shared goals. Mentorship supports professional development while endorsing career pathway direction. Introduction: Infective endocarditis (IE) of the native pulmonic valve is exceedingly rare. Reported cases most commonly involve Staphylococcus aureus and occur in patients with intravenous (IV) drug use or congenital valvular disease.

Case Description: A 50-year-old woman with coronary artery disease and a secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) presented after one week of rigors, dyspnea, chest pain, and vomiting. Initial evaluation showed leukocytosis (14.3 K/mcL) and unremarkable vital signs. A previously undocumented high-pitched murmur was noted at the left upper sternal border. Blood cultures drawn in the emergency department grew Streptococcus species at 19 hours, and empiric IV ceftriaxone was …

In recent years, the space domain has exploded with both commercial and government activity, making situational awareness critically important. In this work, we highlight the need for signal intelligence capabilities that can transfer gracefully from terrestrial systems to space networks. This already difficult task is additionally complicated by the fact that satellites operate at multiple different orbits. Geostationary (GEO) satellites face significantly different channel conditions than their Low Earth Orbit (LEO) counterparts, meaning that any cross-orbital signal analysis tool must be able to handle widely varying conditions. Adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rainfall and associated flooding, pose significant challenges to road safety and emergency response in Dubai, UAE. The existing road infrastructure, primarily designed for arid conditions, often struggles to cope with these infrequent yet severe events, leading to increased traffic accidents and hindered access to critical services. The first Ceramics & Art class (IDS-110-F: ST: Ceramics) has completed an immersive, interdisciplinary exploration of stained glass and we’re excited to showcase it now. Through hands-on studio work, experiments, and design projects, we combined artistic expression with the science of glass—learning how physics and chemistry shape everything from color to strength and light interaction. The students have developed practical skills in cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering, and assembling stained-glass pieces, while also experimenting with thermal stress, light transmission, and color chemistry. Glass is now understood as not just as an art form, but as a dynamic material grounded in scientific …
