Additional strategies include integrating career-focused activities, facilitating reflective exercises, inviting practitioner perspectives, and providing applied assignments. The rapid expansion of generative AI (Gen-AI) has reshaped teaching and assessment in online, asynchronous introductory biology courses, creating new challenges for academic integrity and meaningful learning. This poster examines practical strategies to promote ethical AI use while maintaining student engagement. Transparency of instructions and timely, personalized feedback were found to curb AI misuse in online discussion posts. Structured use of AI tutors encouraged responsible engagement with Gen-AI, and surveillance methods for summative exams had mixed effects.

To address a gap in health policy application among nursing undergraduates, we piloted Lightning Debates, a high-energy teaching strategy that replaces passive lecture with active learning. Students are assigned Pro or Con stances on contentious local policies, using role-play and improvisation to present evidence-based arguments in five-minute sprints. This asset-based approach leverages student creativity to deconstruct complex fiscal and clinical issues. Results demonstrate significant impact: 87.5% of students reported an improved ability to analyze policy, and the percentage of graduates feeling prepared to apply policy knowledge rose from 57% to 77%. Exit tickets are an effective formative assessment tool for promoting student reflection and guiding responsive instruction. Exit tickets were used at the end of each class session to help students identify key takeaways, assess their understanding, and connect new learning to prior knowledge and professional practice. Exit ticket responses allowed for timely instructional adjustments, including reteaching key concepts, clarifying misunderstandings, and scaffolding complex content. Summarizing themes at the start of each class strengthened continuity between sessions and established a predictable reflective routine. Social media platforms offer valuable tools for public administrators seeking to assess public sentiment on policy issues, especially in urban areas with diverse stakeholder interests. This study investigates how public administrators can leverage social media by comparing communications on Reddit’s discussion forum platform with X’s microblogging platform. I hypothesize that Reddit fosters more subjective, nuanced discussions, providing richer insights into public sentiment. To test this, sentiment and regression analyses are conducted on communications about urban cycling on both platforms. Some spreadable cheese packaging uses flexible plastic without additional features and easily damaged boxes. This packaging causes several problems, such as difficulty in re-storage, loss of product information due to damaged box packaging, wasteful use of packaging materials, and making the product less hygienic. Through comparative analysis of leading LLM implementations, this research determines their capabilities in creating honeypots that balance authenticity with practical resource requirements. Falls remain a significant safety concern in skilled nursing facilities and are associated with increased morbidity, hospitalization, and loss of independence among older adults. While fall prevention strategies are widely implemented, inconsistent post-fall follow up and incomplete documentation can negatively impact residents and the facility. At a moderate-sized skilled nursing facility in central Minnesota, a review of recent fall reports identified inconsistencies in post-fall follow-up documentation, as well as gaps in staff education and the absence of a clearly defined post-fall documentation policy. Background: The Occupational Resilience Measure (ORM 1.0) is a 20-item, multidimensional self-report tool for measuring occupational resilience, a construct defined as an individual’s ability to persist in performing occupations despite barriers. Objective: This study evaluated test-retest reliability and internal consistency and explored the extent to which ORM 1.0 is a reliable measure across a diverse range of activity types. Methods: Ninety-four participants completed the test and retest measurements within a 2- to 3-week period. Purpose: This is the first paper to investigate how ownership structure influences ESG greenwashing, with a focus on the moderating role of information asymmetry. The study is set in Vietnam’s stock market, where state ownership remains significant and disclosure standards are still developing.

Design/Methodology/Approach: We construct a unique hand-collected dataset of annual reports from listed firms between 2020 and 2024. Greenwashing is measured using both disclosure–performance gaps and narrative-based textual analysis. Ordinary least squares and two-stage least squares regressions are employed, with robustness checks using alternative proxies for information asymmetry.

Purpose: The purpose is to explain and assess the connections between phenomena such as manager’s networking competence, personal brand, and employability.

Methodology: A qualitative study (IDI) was conducted using semi-structured interviews. The interviews were carried out using ICT tools among managers in Polish enterprises (N=13) and analysed using MAXQDA software. The data were complemented by literature review. Inductive reasoning was used.

In 2024, the GLINT survey conducted in our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) showed a psychological safety score of 61 out of 100, with nurses reporting avoidance of speaking up because they feared negative reactions from physicians and leadership. These results identified a critical need for leadership interventions.

NICU nursing leaders (nurse managers and director of nursing) implemented evidence-based leadership rounds which have been shown to enhance communication and psychological safety in critical care environments (Diabes et al., 2021).
