Public Health Centers (PHCs) are responsible for organizing public health efforts and individual health efforts. PHCs also serve as FKTP, UPTD, sub-district supervisors, and implementers of policies and programs from the Ministry of Health. The workload of PHCs is increasing because people visit PHCs primarily for treatment, rather than seeking preventive measures to stay healthy. The PHCs have Sub-PHCs to lighten the workload of the PHCs, but there is no policy regulating Sub-PHCs to be used as FKTP. This research aims to analyze the policy of Balancing Community and Individual Health Efforts by utilizing Sub-PHCs such as FKTP. The research …

Ai Based Space Categorization And Intelligent Summaries, Fergal Keating
Defensive Publications Series
Collaboration technologies allow users to create spaces/channels for discussions and task creations. Recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI) facilitate assisting users dealing with data overload issues associated with spaces/channels, such as summarization, task extraction, and assistance with wording. However, users are largely left to organizing and managing spaces themselves. To overcome this issue, techniques are proposed herein that provide for the automatic categorization of spaces in conjunction with a more advanced summarization system that combines personalized profiles with space categorization to provide unique and concise user notifications and also remove unwanted noise.

Defensive Publications Series
This paper describes a resolution combining composite light capturing configuration which consists of 4 light capturing configurations arranged in 2 dimensional array configuration. The composite configuration consists of 4 light capturing configurations. Each light capturing configuration will contain a convex lens stack, an enclosure and a distributed sensor system. The composite configuration, utilizing the 4 light capturing configurations that are arranged in the 2 dimensional array configuration, will have the capability to collectively and simultaneously capture 4 distributed image areas of the same 2 dimensional scene. The resolution combining composite light capturing configuration, will have the capability to combine the …

Abdominal Congestion As A Predictor Of Worsening Renal Function In Patients With Acute Decompensated Heart Failure, Hossameldin Rezk, Ghada (Sayed) Youssef, Karim Said, Iman (Atef) Mandour, Magdy Abdelhamid
Journal of the Saudi Heart Association
Objective: Worsening renal function (WRF) is a frequent finding in patients with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) and is a powerful independent prognostic factor for adverse outcomes. The link between abdominal congestion and worsening renal function in such patients is not yet fully addressed. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of abdominal congestion in the early prediction of worsening renal function in hospitalized patients with acute decompensated heart failure. Methods: This was a prospective study that enrolled 100 patients with a diagnosis of ADHF and received intravenous diuretic therapy. Intra-abdominal pressure (IAP), splenic Doppler impedance indices …

Cardiotocography has become popular as the method to monitor the condition of the fetus during labor. An admission cardiotocography was introduced to identify fetuses at risk that needed closer monitoring during labor, allowing those with no signs of distress to be monitored by intermittent auscultation. In this study of 200 patients, we have evaluated the role of NST as an admission test and its outcome in pregnancy concerning the prediction of fetal distress, Mode of delivery, APGAR score of the newborn, and Need for the baby's NICU admission. We have also compared the outcomes with cases without the admission test. …
