هدف المقال الكشف عن درجة إدارة الأزمات التربوية وعلاقتها بالإدارة الاستراتيجية لدى أُمناء اللوازم بالمدارس، وتكوَّنت عينة الدراسة من (70) من أُمناء اللوازم بالمدارس بلواء القويرة منطقة بدبة حانوت، وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى أنَّ نسبة مستوى إدارة الأزمات الخاصة بطلبة المدارس لدى أُمناء اللوازم بالمدارس بلغت (82.3%) وهو مستوى عالٍ، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ نسبة مستوى الإدارة الاستراتيجية لدى أُمناء اللوازم بالمدارس بلغت (83.4%) وهو مستوى عالٍ، وتوصلت إلى أنه توجد علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدارة الأزمات التربوية والإدارة الاستراتيجية لدى أُمناء اللوازم بالمدارس، كما وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدارة الأزمات …

This disclosure describes content-addressed build tools and techniques to accelerate the checkout of source code and building of software binaries. The techniques leverage the observation that a typical software build is highly cacheable, and major parts of a build are reusable when code changes are made. In contrast to traditional, timestamp-based build tools, the techniques use content hashes to trigger rebuilding. A Merkle Tree File System (MTFS) provides a content-hash of the directories and files of the software project. Build inputs are not required to be fully or correctly specified. In this paper we consider a deterministic complete information two groups contest where the effort choices made by the teammates are aggregated into group performance by the weakest-link technology (perfect complementarity), that is a “max-min group contest”, as defined by Chowdhury et al. Background and Aims

Patellofemoral pain (PFP) is common in males, causing reduced physical activity and chronic pain. One proposed cause of PFP is aberrant biomechanics during tasks loading the patellofemoral joint. Consistent evidence exists for females with PFP, but it is uncertain if males with PFP have altered biomechanics. This study investigated the kinematics of males with PFP compared to pain-free males during forward step-down (StDn) and single-leg squat (SLSq).

Methods

The history of Black people across the globe is marred by structural racism created by colonialism. Structural racism is deeply embedded in the American culture and academia is not excluded from this phenomenon. The research demonstrates that the problem of racism is not only prevalent in four-year academic institutions but also exists in two-year colleges. Our academic institutions are a microcosm of the broader society whereby we bring our worldviews, biases, and beliefs with us into the workplace. In the past decade, technologies to treat venous pathologies have increased dramatically, to the benefit of an often underserved and overlooked population of patients with venous disease. Using an interpretative phenomenological analysis this study explored the rich experiences of seven racially minoritized student affairs professionals (RMSAPs) who experienced racial battle fatigue (RBF) and the impact it had on their health at a predominantly white institution (PWI). Social psychological research has identified both blatant and subtle forms of racial discrimination have adverse which lead to deleterious mental health outcomes for racially minoritized individuals. The findings indicated that these racially minoritized student affairs professionals were experiencing racial microaggressions and racial battle fatigue at their predominately white institution. The study investigated teacher perceptions on the influence of culturally responsive instruction in advanced placement (AP) science courses, focusing on teachers of underrepresented student populations. The study explored how teachers viewed these educational strategies to support diverse student groups and bridge opportunity gaps prevalent in AP science education. Through narrative analysis, the research considered teachers' perceptions and implementations of culturally responsive practices and the engagement of underrepresented students in AP science. This was one of the first studies that looked at the effect that suicide prevention knowledge acquired through suicide prevention training (QPR training and Hope Squad curriculum) may have on suicide prevention behaviors (gatekeeping behaviors) in an adolescent population (Hope Squad members). Additionally, this study looked at how Hope Squad members' intent to intervene may mediate the relationship between suicide prevention knowledge and suicide prevention behaviors.
