A metabolic illness known as diabetes mellitus (DM) is brought on by the body's decreased secretion and/or activity of the hormone insulin. The condition worsens, pathological alterations in the body, such as nephropathy, retinopathy, and cardiovascular problems, become inevitable. Type I and II DM are the two primary subtypes of DM. Oral hypoglycaemics are used to treat type II diabetes, while insulin replacement therapy is typically used to treat type I diabetes. Patients typically receive dual drug treatments. Despite using oral hypoglycemic medications as monotherapy, have not been able to accomplish their therapeutic goals with first-line therapy.

This paper describes a composite projection projecting configuration that generates a high resolution projection through the utilization of 4 cyclically configured projection projecting systems. The composite projection projecting configuration consists of a commonly utilized convex lens stack and 4 cyclically configured identical projection projecting systems. Each projection projecting system will contain 4 identical angled small reflecting surfaces, 4 identical projection projecting configurations, 4 light blocking sections, 4 enclosures and a large reflecting surface. The composite projection projecting configuration, by utilizing the 4 cyclically configured projection projecting systems collectively and concurrently, will have the capability to produce a high resolution projection.

This research's main objective is to identify the level of contamination in drinking water in Adama town and its environs by employing PIG, GIS and HHRA. The physical–chemical parameters of groundwater were determined, and the results were compared to regional and global drinking water quality guidelines. The pH of groundwater is alkaline, and the contents of Ca₂⁺, Na⁺, HCO₃ ⁻, and F⁻ in the majority of samples surpassed the permissible drinking limit. This policy brief examines the growing phenomenon of South-South migration, with a focus on the challenges of urban food security faced by migrants moving from one Global South country to urban areas in another. South-South migration has become increasingly significant, yet it remains under-researched, especially regarding the food insecurity that many migrants face in their host cities.
