With the ever-increasing demand for secure transmission and storage of medical records in a healthcare system, quick and effective data protection techniques are required. In this paper, a new approach of using Speck-Cipher, Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), and Quantum-based Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO) is proposed for the security of embedded medical data in medical images. The technique can also maintain good image quality and offers Speck-96bit to safeguard sensitive medical data with high noise & compression attack resistance (CR = 0.95). Background: Athletic performance is a psychologically complex process, with “flow” recognized as central to optimal performance. However, its emergence is often treated as automatic and lacks sufficient explanation through broader psychological mechanisms. Objective: This study synthesizes recent literature on flow in sport performance, emphasizing psychological mechanisms, situational determinants, and conceptual gaps. Methods: A systematic review was conducted following PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Eight peer-reviewed, English-language articles (published 2022-2026) retrieved exclusively from the Scopus database met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using thematic synthesis. A qualitative study on after-hours communication and its impact on Rumination. The study studied 5 participants from a variety of different fields and organizations who worked more than 20 hours. Questions were asked in a semi-structured interview style. Four Demographic questions, four questions relating to interpretations, and two questions about types of after-work communication. Results were qualitatively coded and reported here.

This principle arises from four canonical cases decided by the Supreme Court between 1973 and 2013. These cases remain good law. Students in higher education are often uncertain about which uses of generative AI are acceptable, and that uncertainty causes stress and inadvertent breaches. Permission scales describe intended use but are hard to enforce in unsupervised work: compliance rests on honest disclosure, and enforcement rests on detection, which is unreliable. This paper proposes a structural alternative organised around one question: was AI present when the assessed work was produced? Presence is defined by opportunity, which design controls. This study aims to examine presupposition as a pragmatic phenomenon, particularly how speakers use implicit assumptions to manage information, influence interpretation, and negotiate common ground. This systematic literature review synthesizes the rapidly expanding body of empirical research on generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) in lower division general education courses. Across disciplines and instructional settings, the review analyzes publication patterns, theoretical perspectives, methodological approaches, and recurring findings related to student learning. Evidence consistently suggests that GenAI can strengthen performance, engagement, confidence, and perceptions of usefulness, particularly when supported through intentional instructional design and opportunities to build AI literacy. At the same time, the literature is dominated by short-term evaluations of product quality, leaving the mechanisms of learning and longer-term development underexplored. This article studies the dynamics of customary land ownership in Papua New Guinea (PNG), where approximately 97 percent of land is collectively held by clans. Drawing on insights from political anthropology—particularly normative pluralism (Griffiths, 1986; von Benda-Beckmann, 2006), Polanyi's double movement (Filer, 2014), along with cosmological perspectives on land and identity (Weiner & Glaskin, 2007; Ingold, 2021), it analyzes how government efforts to formalize customary land through the Land Act 1996 and the Incorporated Land Groups (ILG) Act 2009 generate three principal paradoxes: (1) protection versus exclusion, (2) recognition versus commodification, and (3) negotiation versus rigidity. 次に、「影響力」とはどういう風に働かせるのか。自分一人ですべてのことをやろうとしたら限りがあります。でも、誰かほかの人に働きかけて一緒にやれば、自分の影響力を、1.2倍とかにするのは控え目に見積もってもできるでしょう。その輪を広げていくと、３倍とか５倍とかにまでできますよね。さらに、相手の人やグループの人に働きかけて、その人やグループが、関係ある人たちに自分が与えようとしている影響力を、その人たちの方法で周りに発散するように丁寧に訓練していくなら、時間はかかるかもしれませんが、結果的には、自分の力の及ぶ人たちの全体として、自分の１０倍以上の影響力を周りの人たちに対して与えることになります。

以上のように考えると、１０倍の影響力を社会に対して与えるというのは、あながち不可能ではないと、意外と、根気よくやればできることだと思えてきませんか？

At the entrance to many small towns and counties can be found signs proclaiming "Zoning Enforced" or "Zoned Community, Permits Required." Such signage purports to be providing notice of local land use law. In the language used on these signs and in their visual cues, they appear to be official, instrumental communications, like a traffic or "no trespassing" sign. Moreover, when asked, that is what the local officials and residents who advocate for erecting such signs understand them to be.

Conventional scheduling optimizes throughput and latency, and treats security as an afterthought. This paper takes a different approach: a reinforcement learning framework for risk-aware scheduling, with its risk signal drawn from multi-modal analysis of UNSW-NB15 traffic – statistical profiling, DBSCAN and Gaussian mixture clustering, and sequential pattern mining. The pipeline runs in two phases. First, preprocessing and feature engineering turn raw network data into usable scheduling features. Net primary productivity (NPP) plays a central role in biological carbon pump (BCP) and global carbon cycling, but NPP estimates in high-latitude regions remain highly uncertain despite their disproportional contribution to the global carbon sink. Previous studies identified discrepancies among satellite- and in situ-derived NPP estimates, but the drivers of disagreement remain poorly resolved due to limited high-frequency observations.
