Patients with classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) with primary refractory disease, early relapse, or extranodal disease have a higher risk of relapse after salvage therapy and autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT). Post-ASCT brentuximab vedotin (BV) maintenance improved progression-free survival (PFS) in high-risk relapsed/refractory (R/R) cHL in the AETHERA trial, but subgroup analysis suggested that the benefit in patients transplanted in complete metabolic response (CMR) is unclear. In a large international real-world cohort, we assessed the efficacy of BV maintenance stratified by pre-ASCT metabolic response and by the number of clinical risk factors as defined in the AETHERA trial. While prairie dogs are an important species in the region because their burrows provide shelter for many wildlife species, they are also preyed upon by many mammals and birds. However, because of the damage they can cause to cropping and range systems, their populations may occasionally need to be controlled. After you have identified which prairie dog species you are in conflict with and the scope of the damage, you will want to decide how to manage them. This fact sheet provides information on control options and the general ecology of the three prairie dog species in Utah.

Including more geothermal energy in Utah's energy mix would help address issues of concern for many Utahns: poor air quality, climate change, and the need to support renewable energy research. Geothermal energy, heat from within the Earth, is a renewable energy source that can provide flexible, baseload electricity––like coal or natural gas––but without the climate-warming and polluting effects. This fact sheet provides information about geothermal energy, generating electricity from geothermal energy, and current geothermal projects in Utah.

Geothermal energy has the potential to transform Utah’s electricity landscape, driving a future with improved air quality, lower carbon emissions, and fewer environmental impacts. In this fact sheet, we provide an overview of geothermal energy and its potential environmental implications in Utah. We highlight that recent geothermal projects in Utah do not use fresh water and that new well designs are expected to reduce the consumption of salty, brackish water. If these efforts are successful, geothermal energy would have lower water consumption, reduced seismic risk, and a similarly low land-use footprint compared to fossil fuel sources of electricity.

Introduction: In the general population, nasal polyps (NPs) linked to chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) are common. Patients with CRS are 60–65% more likely to develop NP. Treatment for NPs resulting from chronic rhino-sinusitis continuous to be challenging. Case summary: A 31-year-old female came with a swelling in her left nostril, clinically diagnosed as a case of NP. Homoeopathic medicine Lemna minor 1M was prescribed based on the acute complaints and pathological symptoms. The swelling was completely resolved within 45 days. This case report demonstrates the usefulness of homoeopathic medicine in the management of NP.

Homoeopathic mother tinctures form the foundation of homoeopathic pharmaceutical preparations, and their quality largely depends on the source material and the method of extraction. Standardisation of these processes of extraction is essential to ensure consistency, safety, therapeutic reliability, and reproducibility of preparations. The recently published Indian Standards IS 19327 (Part 1): 2025 and IS 19327 (Part 2): 2025 provide standardised procedures for the preparation of homoeopathic mother tinctures through maceration and percolation, respectively. Beethoven’s Grosse Fuge (Op. 133), previously interpreted as a work shaped by comedic design, can also be understood as an “algorithmic fugue” in which the subject undergoes a systematic process from deformation to restoration. Rather than relying mainly on traditional contrapuntal devices such as inversion and augmentation, Beethoven reshapes the theme through syncopation and paired slurred pulses, then expands these alterations into increasingly exaggerated fugal textures. Drawing on sketches and manuscript sources, this paper argues that the process resembles the moves of a Rubik’s Cube, with each transformation contributing to an eventual solution.
