Introduction: In the general population, nasal polyps (NPs) linked to chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) are common. Patients with CRS are 60–65% more likely to develop NP. Treatment for NPs resulting from chronic rhino-sinusitis continuous to be challenging. Case summary: A 31-year-old female came with a swelling in her left nostril, clinically diagnosed as a case of NP. Homoeopathic medicine Lemna minor 1M was prescribed based on the acute complaints and pathological symptoms. The swelling was completely resolved within 45 days. This case report demonstrates the usefulness of homoeopathic medicine in the management of NP.

Homoeopathic mother tinctures form the foundation of homoeopathic pharmaceutical preparations, and their quality largely depends on the source material and the method of extraction. Standardisation of these processes of extraction is essential to ensure consistency, safety, therapeutic reliability, and reproducibility of preparations. The recently published Indian Standards IS 19327 (Part 1): 2025 and IS 19327 (Part 2): 2025 provide standardised procedures for the preparation of homoeopathic mother tinctures through maceration and percolation, respectively. Beethoven’s Grosse Fuge (Op. 133), previously interpreted as a work shaped by comedic design, can also be understood as an “algorithmic fugue” in which the subject undergoes a systematic process from deformation to restoration. Rather than relying mainly on traditional contrapuntal devices such as inversion and augmentation, Beethoven reshapes the theme through syncopation and paired slurred pulses, then expands these alterations into increasingly exaggerated fugal textures. Drawing on sketches and manuscript sources, this paper argues that the process resembles the moves of a Rubik’s Cube, with each transformation contributing to an eventual solution. This paper conducted a dynamic analysis on a seven-link mechanism suitable for a hybriddriven press, simultaneously considering lubrication clearances, interval parameters, and link flexibility. The vehicle mass variation during the operation of buses affects power demand of the vehicle, which can result in poor performance of energy management strategies. To this end, a hybrid electric bus energy management strategy based on proximal policy optimization-adaptive simulated annealing (PPOASA) is proposed. ASA is introduced into PPO to perturb policy parameters according to policy entropy before the policy update, and the perturbed policies are adaptively accepted or rejected by employing the Metropolis criterion, thus improving the exploration capability of the policy and convergence stability. To address the fixation offset problem caused by head movement in music solfeggio teaching simulation and the lack of system-level simulation validation in existing methods, this paper proposed a fixation accuracy optimization method integrating image semantic understanding, temporal trajectory modeling, and solfeggio cognitive simulation. With Vision Transformer as the core, after preprocessing via Mahalanobis distance, sliding window, and region of interest, position offset perception, offset residual regression, and dual-pathway fusion were introduced to achieve offset modeling and correction under unlabeled conditions.
