Hypertension is a common comorbidity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and substantially increases the risk of both macrovascular and microvascular complications. Data on the determinants of hypertension status among T2DM patients in primary healthcare settings remain limited. This study aimed to analyze the determinants of hypertension status in T2DM patients at Puskesmas Menteng during 2024–2025. This was an analytic observational study employing a cross-sectional design. Adolescent overweight/obesity is an increasing public health concern and contributes to the risk of non-communicable diseases later in life. Physical activity plays an important role in weight regulation. However, its association with overweight/obesity may vary according to residential setting. This study aimed to examine the association between physical activity and overweight/obesity among adolescents living in rural and urban areas of Indonesia. Hypertension is a chronic condition that adversely affects quality of life (QoL). Identifying factors associated with QoL is essential for improving hypertension management. This study aimed to identify factors associated with QoL among hypertensive patients in Riau Province, Indonesia. A cross-sectional study was conducted from December 2024 to January 2025 at two public health centers in Riau Province: Puskesmas Rejosari in Pekanbaru City and Puskesmas Bagansiapi-api in Rokan Hilir Regency. What socioecological conditions nurture the ingenuity and collaborative interactions underlying transformative technological innovations? We compiled a dataset on more than 400 major technological inventions from 1690 to 1990 spanning seven categories (agriculture, armaments, information and communication, household, industry, medical, and transportation) and performed inductive macroecological analyses to address how attributes of inventors, teams, and their social and geographic environments contributed to the innovation of new technologies that have changed the way people live. We analyze a multidimensional screening model in which a principal offers a menu of quality-price pairs to a consumer with multiple dimensions of private information and a quasilinear utility function. We derive necessary conditions for optimality, and use them to provide insight into optimal exclusion, positive trade, and screening. We then recast the problem in terms of incremental quality levels and prices, the so-called demand-profile approach (DPA). Under DPA, the problem decouples across increments and can be solved one at a time. Chlamydia trachomatis is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections, often asymptomatic, yet a major cause of infertility. In clinical practice, vaginal discharge and cervical ectropion are frequently used as syndromic indicators. However, their predictive value for Chlamydia trachomatis infection remains limited, particularly in regions with restricted access to NAAT/PCR, such as Indonesia. As workforce readiness becomes an increasingly central metric for evaluating academic programs, humanities disciplines, particularly small language and area studies fields such as Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies (SEEES), face growing pressure to demonstrate measurable employment outcomes. Drawing on national and state-level workforce policy frameworks, employer competency data, and the author’s administrative experience as Dean of Liberal Arts, this article argues that SEEES programs are uniquely positioned to meet contemporary career readiness mandates without compromising their intellectual and civic missions. Infant mortality remains a worrying public health issue, particularly in areas with poor access to drinking water and sanitation. In 2020, Papua Province recorded an infant mortality rate of 49.04 per 1,000 live births and West Papua 47.23. These figures are far above the national average. This study aims to determine the relationship between access to safe drinking water and infant mortality rates in provinces in Indonesia. This research paper addresses a contemporary topic: shopping vouchers. It explores the legitimacy of issuing and selling such vouchers from an Islamic legal perspective. In the first chapter, the paper defines shopping vouchers and categorizes their different types. The second chapter discusses the Sharia-based justification for issuing shopping vouchers, whether free of charge or for a price, as well as the ruling on selling them after acquisition. Stunting remains a major problem in Indonesia, particularly in Depok City, West Java. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing stunting in Sawangan District. The study design used is a cross-sectional study, analyzing test variables such as stunting incidence, maternal characteristics (age, education, maternal nutritional status during pregnancy, and personal hygiene), and toddler factors (exclusive breastfeeding status and LBW incidence) using univariate, bivariate (chi-square test), and multivariate (binary logistic regression) analyses. Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) remains a major health problem among toddlers in Indonesia and is closely related to exposure to indoor air pollution. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the type of cooking fuel used by households and the incidence of ARI in toddlers in Indonesia. I must confess that I am not a big fan of The Beautiful Game, probably because I never played football of the European variety or grew up in an area where soccer was followed. Whatever the reason, I am not all excited that the World Cup has once again come to the United States.
