Large language models (LLMs) have recently been utilized to construct forecasting models for time series data. Both classical statistical models and newer LLM-based models offer distinct advantages and disadvantages. Significant effort is often invested in selecting and customizing suitable models. Current blending techniques, often employed in ensemble learning, involve training an additional layer during the training phase. This additional layer combines the prediction results of individual forecasting models to generate the final outcome. These techniques necessitate an extra training process, preventing direct use at inference time, and lack full customization for time series data forecasting. Some wearable devices such as augmented/mixed reality (AR/MR) glasses include cameras that enable capturing photos or videos of the user’s field of view. In some cases, AR/MR glasses may be set to a mode where video is captured continuously. Such capture is useful to determine relevant real-time information and provide it to the user as an overlay. However, when a user wearing such glasses navigates in the world, it is possible that the glasses capture video of other individuals or in locations. Contact centers, often referred to as call centers, can deal with a large number of calls each day. Identifying commonly occurring topics of calls can help call center administrators with resource allocation and prioritization. Many existing topic analysis call center solutions utilize historical data, inference on new calls, and some degree of personalization for determining topic trends. However, a modern-day topic analytics dashboard for a call center should also facilitate a higher degree of personalization in terms of adding existing topic labels, identifying new topics, and monitoring/alerting administrators when models are stale and in need of re-training.
