Seeing the importance of liquids in our daily diet, especially for children, because of the unique flavors and nutritional values, it is necessary to analyze the interest and safety of these liquids in different types of packaging. This study evaluates the impact of packaging type on the quality and safety of peach juice, comparing Glass bottles and Tetrapak cartons. Analysis of the peach juice revealed that glass bottles better preserve Vitamin C, total acidity, and Brix value, indicating superior nutrient retention and consistency in flavor compared to Tetrapak cartons. However, there is limited empirical evidence comparing the effectiveness of traditional and modern performance management systems. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate and compare the role of traditional and modern performance management systems.
