Sibling violence (SV) represents a pervasive yet underexplored dimension of family violence, encompassing physical, emotional, and psychological abuse. This paper critically examines the intersection of gender dynamics, societal norms, and family structures in shaping SV behaviors. Using social learning theory (SLT) as a foundational framework, the analysis explores how gendered expectations and traditional roles influence the prevalence and forms of aggression, with boys more likely to exhibit overt physical aggression and girls engaging in relational aggression. Meskipun terdapat pengakuan konstitusional di Indonesia dan Australia, hak-hak masyarakat adat dalam tata kelola sumber daya alam masih lemah perlindungannya, terutama karena kerangka kerja Indonesia yang terfragmentasi dan tersentralisasi gagal mewujudkan keadilan lingkungan. This course is the third in a Humanities Initiative learning community themed around Culture, Water, and Life en La Frontera. The class will introduce students to a variety of dramatic works from a range of time periods and regions, including early modern England and the contemporary US–Mexico Borderlands. We will pay special attention to the ways that plays are adapted and performed to fit new contexts and to speak to current concerns, including questions of identity, language, culture, and power. In the last decades, Steel Beams with Corrugated Webs (SBCWs), especially those with trapezoidal profiles, are extensively employed in structural applications owing to their superior strength-to-weight ratio and improved structural stability under various loading conditions. While the behavior of SBCWs has been widely investigated, comparatively fewer studies have explored approaches aimed at improving their structural performance through strengthening techniques. This study presents numerical investigation into the capacity enhancement of SBCWs through the application of horizontal stiffeners and reinforcing plates. The extent to which legislators pursue their privately held preferences in office has important implications for representative democracy and is exceedingly difficult to measure. Many models of legislative decision-making tacitly assume that members are willing and able to carry out the wishes of their constituents so as to maximize their reelection prospects and, in so doing, relegate their personal preferences. This project explores this assumption by examining the role that members' place of birth plays in shaping legislative behavior, apart from other politically relevant factors like partisanship. Drawing on motivation and commitment theories, this study offers a thorough analysis of the prevalent shipping industry practices within the Nigerian setting, exploring the complex effects of human resource practices on the experiences of Nigerian seafaring officers. Purpose: Conventional normal tissue complication probability (NTCP) models for patients with head and neck cancer are typically based on single-value variables, which, for radiation-induced xerostomia, are baseline xerostomia and mean salivary gland doses. This study aimed to improve the prediction of late xerostomia by using 3-dimensional information from radiation dose distributions, computed tomography imaging, organ-at-risk segmentations, and clinical variables with deep learning (DL).
