In remote communication, audio signals and visual signals are often unsynchronized. A mismatch between perceived visuals and corresponding audio leads to speech recognition errors and reduced audio quality. This disclosure provides an architecture for visual-audio speech correction. Features are extracted by a mouth landmark encoder, an audio encoder, and a visual encoder. These features are mapped to a target audio signal through an on-device visual-audio transformer. Simultaneous processing of signals from both visual and audio modalities is performed. Traditional interaction models for wearable displays often present challenges such as physical fatigue, social friction, and unintended activations. Fully autonomous execution based on inferred intent may also lead to high-stakes errors. This disclosure describes a method for predictive intent proposal and non-verbal confirmation using multimodal data analysis. Video streams, eye-vector data, and inertial measurement unit data are ingested. Raw eye movements are converted into semantic tokens. An on-device multimodal large language model processes these tokens and the visual scene to infer a likely user intent. Existing vehicle safety systems often involve expensive, factory-integrated camera arrays and sensors that are difficult to upgrade and susceptible to occlusion from environmental debris, such as dirt or rain. Many vehicles possess basic backup cameras, lacking comprehensive advanced driver assistance capabilities.

This publication describes a method for providing driver assistance through a wearable extended reality device. The device utilizes inside-out spatial registration to identify the location of statically-positioned vehicle mirrors within the interior.

Background processes are frequently suspended by mobile operating systems, which obstructs multitasking during long-running automated browser workflows. Visual feedback regarding the execution state of these workflows is typically absent. This disclosure explains how a live visual preview of an active Document Object Model is converted into a data stream compatible with a picture-in-picture container. Current methods for comparing content across multiple browser tabs are limited because tabs are treated as separate rendering instances. Comparisons of data across different pages often involve manual navigation or reliance on static text tables that lack interactivity. A technique is disclosed where a comparison interface is generated by extracting attributes from the underlying data structures of selected browser tabs. The adoption of extended reality (XR) headsets is limited by a lack of native volumetric content, resulting in flat presentations of standard two-dimensional media libraries. Traditional depth-mapping approaches introduce severe visual stretching artifacts during six-degrees-of-freedom (i.e., translation and orientation) movement due to missing data behind foreground objects. The disclosed technology introduces a generative artificial intelligence (AI) pipeline that synthesizes volumetric media from standard monocular two-dimensional inputs (e.g., an image or a video frame). A system is proposed herein that provides an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven autonomous testing framework that programmatically transforms network-controller object schemas into executable validation pipelines. The framework enables systematic and scalable validation of managed objects (MOs) in an intent-based networking system, such as an application policy infrastructure controller (APIC). Large language models (LLMs) interpret structured MO metadata and synthesize hierarchically valid configuration payloads, attribute-complete valid, invalid, and boundary test cases, deterministic verification logic, and cleanup sequences.

Presented herein is a system for automated generation, deployment, and evaluation of test cases for artificial intelligence (AI)-powered agents performing network operations. The system evaluates long-running agent trajectories rather than only single-turn outputs, validates whether required tool calls were executed, assesses whether a reasonable diagnostic process was followed, and checks whether conclusions were accurate and helpful. This paper presents a multimodal system that resolves these geometric ambiguities by fusing spatial stylus trajectory data with synchronized acoustic vocal data (e.g., via a microphone) and optical perioral (mouth) movements (e.g., via a camera). This study investigated seafarer satisfaction and perceptual evaluations regarding cabins, recreation, and social areas on cargo ships over 10,000 GT, and also examined the relationship between gross tonnage (GT), accommodation area size, and floor area per person on cargo ships. In the preliminary stage, the floor areas of the accommodation area were calculated using the plans of 20 cargo ships grouped according to MLC-defined GT categories. Murray Bowen proposed that a therapist's level of differentiation of self influences therapeutic effectiveness, particularly in clinically distressed relational systems. Although existing literature has demonstrated that therapist effects account for a meaningful portion of variance in couple therapy outcomes, differentiation of self has received limited empirical attention as a therapist-level predictor. The present article proposes a framework for empirically examining Bowen's hypothesis by investigating whether therapist differentiation predicts trajectories of couple relationship quality across treatment. Additionally, the article explores theoretical pathways through which therapists may increase their level of differentiation, assuming Bowen's hypothesis is supported.

This study asks a fundamental question in archaeology: why do people consistently choose certain places to settle over others? Focusing on the Near East, it investigates how deep-time tectonic features, specifically fault systems, structure long-term settlement decisions by shaping water availability and ecological productivity. To address this, I integrate a large geospatial dataset of 1,023 archaeological sites with 9,075 mapped fault traces across 674 hydrological basins. Using statistics in R, I apply Poisson generalized linear models to test basin-level relationships between site density and fault density and conduct distance-to-fault analyses comparing archaeological sites to randomized controls. Windows are currently the largest killer of birds on the planet, with an estimated 1 billion birds dying from collisions annually. If birds that hit windows do not die on impact, they may either die elsewhere shortly afterwards, resulting in the number of carcasses at collision sites being a conservative estimate of the actual number of fatalities. During the day, proximity to foraging sites and reflectivity play crucial roles in the danger of windows, and during the night, artificial illumination emitting from windows disorients and inhibits navigational cues. For this pilot study, I created a survey that was shared with choral directors around Wisconsin. The survey was filled out by 10 choral directors that have experience with single-sex choirs and that teach within Wisconsin. Participants that took the survey are from varying backgrounds, choral education experiences, and identities. Between 1865 and 1878, Emperor Napoleon III of France attempted to use the Latin Monetary Union (LMU) to attain power via a universal, bimetallic European coinage system, but ultimately failed due to the preference for the gold standard within the wider movement for a universal coinage.
